Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

We came here, 3 generations to celebrate a birthday. Perfect house with plenty of room, a big nice outdoor-area for the oldest to socialise with a glass of wine while the youngest enjoyed the heated pool (and sauna). Grocery store not very far away, but we also discovered the Glovo-app which we used several times, both for take-away dinner and bread-delivery in the mornings. Taxi was easy to get , once we learned how to from the host :) Would definately recomend this house for families!

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. check in was easy. A lovely place for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. The outdoor area was lovely. You could sit in the shade with a beer or cook on the barbecue or pizza oven while watching the kids in the pool. plenty of outdoor seating. Sound system was also nice to have outside. We didn't want to leave. Any questions we had Simone was quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay from start to finish.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Good location in the city center, 3 minutes from the Central Market. Clean, welcoming and well equipped. We didn't miss anything! ✅ Visited in December 2024

The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the living room. We used the balcony every morning whilst we had breakfast and it was lovely to start the day in an alfresco way. The bathroom is huge! It was clean and fresh towels were provided. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of clothes storage. The only criticism I have is that the bed was too firm for me, however my husband slept well. We can’t praise Mihai enough! He responded immediately to questions before our trip and was so polite, kind and friendly. He couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay went perfectly. A fabulous host and a perfect apartment for our mini holiday! Thanks Mihai!

Fantastinen huoneisto isolla kattoterassilla Alicanten sydämessä, josta pääsi kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. l'appartement est très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Il est fidèle à la description faite sur l'annonce et bien équipé. L'endroit est calme également, nous avons très bien dormi. Le wifi fonctionne particulièrement bien. La communication avec Maria était très facile. Toujours disponible, nous sommes arrivés tard et tout était bien expliqué pour que nous trouvions facilement l'appartement. Elle était aussi reactive pendant le séjour quand nous avions besoin. Nous remercions chaleureusement Maria et espérons revenir quand nous le pourrons. Merci également pour le kit de bienvenu avec de très bons fruits locaux et autres !

Asuimme kohteessa vajaan viikon ajan. Meitä oli kuusi aikuista ja kaksi 2-3 vuotiasta lasta. Kohde on erittäin lähellä kahta pientä ja suojaisaa hiekkarantaa ja aivan rantakävelyn vieressä.

A környéken közelben elérhető több bolt, éttermek, tömegközlekedés. Ami a képeken nem látszik, az a szállásadók kedvessége és segítőkészsége, maximális odafigyelése a vendégekre. Mindig a rendelkezésünkre állt Laura és Dany, olyan szolgáltatást nyújtva, mely egy 4*-os szálloda színvonalát is eléri. Mindenkinek ajánlom az apartmant, aki szép, tiszta, rendezett környezetben szeretne pihenni, mosolygós és kedves házigazdák vendégszeretetét élvezve. Hosszú évek óta a legjobb szállásunk volt.

El trato ha sido excepcional de principio a fin y la casa era exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Nos dieron facilidades tanto a la entrada como a la salida, dejándonos mucha flexibilidad (lo cual se agradece mucho). Repetiríamos sin lugar a duda.

Rachael & Christian’s villa was really beautiful. You can tell a lot of attention has been made to make it feel like a place worth staying in. Its modern amenities throughout the villa are great. The pool area is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool. All rooms are nicely laid out offering good comfort and a/c. The hosts were very attentive and were only glad to assist with any queries we had. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. We would definitely recommend Christian & Rachael’s Villa and hopefully can return a some point in the future.

Great place, very well equipped and gorgeous views of the sea. We would have liked to stay longer. The tram station is just down the hill, there is a small local beach and some nice restaurants.

Butterfly villa was the perfect spot for my family and I to spend a relaxing Christmas with 2 young children. The villa is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and has everything you need for kids. We hired a car and it was roughly 30 mins to drive to the main surrounding towns. Bogdan was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you Bogdan.

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

Had an amazing holiday here which was only enhanced by Peggy’s beautiful villa that suited our family of seven perfectly. Nice and peaceful area with restaurants and beach within walking distance. Having its own pool was a real bonus meaning if we wanted to stay at home the children still had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of coming to Alicante with a family, as getting to Alicante was very easy using taxi or bus service which we did multiple times whilst staying here.

A wonderful place to come and visit. Very well equipped to cook at home, great facilities inside and out. Very peaceful, not overlooked. Their mobile app told us everything we needed to know. We were met in person when we arrived and when we left. Really recommend this place for everyone that’s visiting this area.

We had a wonderful time at Jason's villa for a large family get away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need to keep a large party entertained for a week. The pool and games rooms especially were brilliant, and the children loved the play room. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Most importantly he really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making the holiday feel special; helping us to organise a wheelchair for one of our party and dropping it off, treating us to a wonderful Paella. This is next level hosting and we can't thank Jason enough. We would come back again and again.
