Puerto Marino, Gran Alacant : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Excelente piso para pasar unas hermosas vacaciones en El Campello. con vistas a las Playa del Mar. Pudimos disfrutar de unos amaneceres de ensueño y unas noches de luna llena sobre el agua. Piso super amplio, con un gran salón, con un gran balcón con tumbonas para relajar cuando vuelves de la playa y unas mesas para desayunar por la mañana. Dos amplios baños, que pueden utilizarse simultáneamente para ducharse sin siquiera notar menos presión de agua. Una gran cocina muy bien equipada para disfrutar de ricas comidas y con todo lo necesario para 10 huéspedes. Se ubica sobre el paseo marítimo con lo que podrás disfrutar de una caminata cada noche y visitar los variopintos restaurantes de la zona. Si bien no cuenta con parking, tampoco es tan difícil aparcar en la calle. Piso totalmente recomendable. Gracias Karen y Alex por su atención. ¡Un lujo como pocos!

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Great 6 week stay in December and January. The gardens and general urbanization are full of palm trees and plants and maintenance crew is out everyday making sure it looks great. Big pool although quite cold in the winter, great for cold plunge. Communication w Alex and Victor very smooth. No issues inside the apartment. Huge balcony with great views was our spot for sun and lunch every day. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure very good. Appliances, dishwasher, clothes washer all worked well. Tram to Alicante around the corner, fruit market and grocery one block and Mercadona grocery 10 minute walk. Recommend!

+ Spacious place, as in the photos + Great pool area + Jeroen and Manon were flexible when we arrived, we could leave our baggages until the appartement was ready - Not enough toilet paper (we’ve bought some, did not contact Jeroen and Manon) - The beach nearby can be smelly, sometime you have to go a bit further

Eva was a great host and person. She was on time and made check-in easy in person and very flexible. Place was spacious and comfy, explained everything and made checkout simple and on time. Will stay there again in the future.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

Een heerlijk huisje met besloten tuin waar jonge kinderen veilig kunnen spelen. Veel voorzieningen in de keuken. Ruime slaapkamers en een goed ledikantje en een fijne kinderstoel. Alle bedden waren keurig opgemaakt. Er was voldoende verwarming via de airco en een aparte kachel. Heel geschikt voor een familieverblijf, of voor een kleine groep. Een fijne ruime koelkast. Kruiden en specerijen zijn aanwezig. De loopafstand naar het strand is voor volwassenen 5 minuten, je kunt via een tunneltje onder de tramlijn door. Het hele huis heeft rolluiken dus het blijft binnen lekker donker of koel als je dat wenst.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Our first time in Torrevieja and chose Denis’s apartment for our stay and very pleased that we did. A lovely clean and well decorated place with lovely views of the sea. The area around the apartment while hilly, was so quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking close by. Denis was always quick to respond to our messages. A few bars & restaurants around the corner and the beach and other restaurants approximately ten minutes walk away. Will look to book again if we chose to return.

Fijne plek, direct aan het strand met een prive parkeerplaats. We waren buiten het seizoen waardoor sommige restaurants al gesloten waren. Wat betreft de accommodatie: super! Dank Eduardo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Natalia's beautiful and conveniently located appartment. We stayed here with our baby and both the house and neighbourhood were very child friendly. The only two minor things that hindered our stay a tiny bit were some loud nights from the neighbors above (which luckily was only temporary) and the unpleasant sewage smell from the toilet/bathroom. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Although Natalia did not personally welcome us into the house, the instructions she gave were flawless, and she responded very quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. The house is clean with great views over the sea and beach, just lovely! Thank you for everything

Geweldige plek, modern, schoon en goede indeling. Extra toilet. Supermarkt op loopafstand en genoeg plek om veilig te parkeren. Hele mooie omgeving die net buiten de drukte van de stad is. Laat inchecken was mogelijk en de reactietijd van Marjen was heel snel. Smetteloos appartement met 2 goede slaapkamers met goede bedden en airco zowel boven als in de woonkamer. Prijs kwaliteit helemaal in orde. Bedankt!

Buen ambiente, muy bien el alojamiento para familias porque la playa y piscina están cerca, no tienes que usar el coche y la calle peatonal de la playa está libre de coches. Se puede hacer deporte y las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

We enjoyed in Jaime/Gloria's home very much! They provided everything in detail to us for 3 nights, can't thank them enough. In few months the harbour will be finished and I am sure it's even better. We hope seeing you again. It's difficult to leave the apartment and going back to winter again. Thank you so much!

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und absolut aufgeräumt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – weniger als eine Minute Fußweg zum Strand! In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Mülleimer, Restaurants, ein Park und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So braucht man sich um nichts sorgen und kann den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Kontakt zum Host war ebenfalls hervorragend – immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️
