Our stay in playa de Carmen was epic!! It wouldn’t have been possible without the great home that we stayed in.this place is literally 5minute walk from La Quinta Avenida yet hidden from the commotion and noise! They provided all the amenities and clean drinking water.The wifi was high speed and the kids were overjoyed.if you are looking for a nice home to enjoy your special memories this is the perfect spot.the only bad thing I have to say is that we had to leave and come back to reality! We are very satisfied with the service they provided and some even had massages from therapists that Daniel and Kim recommended.diamonds in the rough for sure! Thanks again

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. On the ground floor, surrounded by beauty, delightful walks to the beach and endless pools. Good food right within the complex, and an equipped kitchen to make eating in a breeze. Miguel was a friendly and helpful host, responsive to any concerns we had and informative about what we could do while staying in Playa del Carmen. Our kids 9 and 10 rated this home a 10/10

Our family of 6 adult and 2 kids really enjoyed this place. Great location right on the beach. No vendors hawking their wares. Easy access to the water The house is not fancy but has everything you need. Lots of beach towels, 2 big beach umbrellas, drinking water, beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen. Washer dryer, lots of hot water Could use a hair dryer Cece had the first floor bedroom twin beds made into a king for us which we appreciated A easy taxi ride to town It is a perfect place for families We had different families coming early and going late and Cece accommodated them Cece and Irma responded quickly and even referred us to a doctor. Then followed up to see if everything was ok and if there was anything they could do We would definitely stay there again ❤️

Unfortunately we only had one night but would have loved to stay longer, perfect location, great views and very clean and functional apartment. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay with three adults, a preschooler, and an infant. The unit felt luxurious—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony had a perfect ocean breeze and was a great place to relax. Beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. While the complex shows some age, it’s well maintained—especially the pools, which were clean and inviting. The on-site restaurants offered convenient poolside service, and the private beach was pristine, with free lounge chairs (tips appreciated). Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, elevated stay.

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Carolina was there to meet us upon arrival and was quick to respond to our text questions. The place is in an ideal location, especially if you like to snorkel. There are a couple very good restaurants within walking distance, do not skip the key lime pie factory for a take home pie (excellent). Town is a short taxi ride away. Carolina lined up a chef for us for a few of the days we were there, they did a wonderful job. As always, when you are having a good time in a great place, time goes by too quickly. I will return!

This was the perfect accommodation! Location was great, host was responsive, and we had a wonderful vacation.

Patricia’s place at El Taj was wonderful. It was exactly as she described in the listing, even the warning about the fishing boats and lack of beach. All of the amenities provided were welcomed. The restaurant attached to El Taj served as a beach club for the guests. The food (optional) and service from them was top notch. The gym is in a neighboring building that is only a couple of blocks away. It is a very nice gym with fitness classes offered. El Taj also offers included water fitness classes twice a week, which were excellent and well-attended. Most nights it was a quiet location, but one the weekends some noise could be heard from the nearby beach club. It wasn’t enough to keep you awake though. Fifth avenue is just a couple of blocks away. Patricia was very responsive with any questions I asked. She responded within 10-15 minutes.

This place is amazing ! Perfect location right on the peak of everything !! I would definitely recommend to stay here if your in Playa del Carmen

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

We had a fantastic month long stay at Oceana with our family. Abna was amazing and coordinating two pack and plays for our baby and a high chair. They were responsive to my msgs and always ready to provide any service we needed (for example a cleaner mid way through our stay). The location was fantastic- one min to the water and one min to fifth Avenue. It is important to know you are in a hot spot so it’s loud at night - bring ear plugs and white noise if you are a light sleeper. Oceana staff was unbelievable especially Brandon… always a smile on his face and very welcoming and kind to our kids. We felt like it became home and we would definitely come back again. I do have a couple of areas of improvement- maybe a few more kitchen items- bowls, salad bowls, a kettle… but other than that it was a great stay! Thank you for everything.

Spectacular place, a block from beach, 3 blocks to 5th ave, secure, 24 hour service front desk, cab always available outside, friendly staff, food is great on rooftop, great music at pool, I’m coming back for sure. Lock box in room, comfortable beds, great showers with hot water, and warm heated pools with jets. Loved it 10 out of 10

Outstanding location and an amazing and unique home. Host was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns. Provided plenty of drinking water. Loved that it was walkable to bars and restaurants. But be aware the proximity does mean most of the bedrooms will hear the music from the bars at night to some extent. We were a group of 9 people and the home felt very spacious to us. Our favorite spot was the large table on the terrace where we frequently gathered to visit and enjoy the water view. We would highly recommend this home and we intend to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and it didn't disappoint. The views really are unparalleled and feel like you are waking up on a ship in the ocean. The apartment was modern and clean and the town just a 20 minute walk up the beach. We would highly recommend this place and would return.

Our group had a blast staying here, just a few steps down out the back gate to the beach was great, very quiet section of shoreline compared to some other areas. Amazing kitchen for cooking and we really enjoyed using the outdoor charcoal grill for cooking local meats and the multiple dining areas. We spent a lot of the time in the pool and it truly felt like a private paradise. Great spot for 4 couples with 4 separate King bedroom areas and very comfortable mattress setup. 2 of the additional bedrooms are attached directly to 2 of the main bedrooms so factor that in if you are needing that extra privacy but worked great for our group. The host provided some amazing recommendations for local spots to check out as well. We also utilized the housekeeper Ruth to cook us a big meal and the was one of the highlights of our stay here. very spacious, comfortable and we all felt safe in this area of town. lived having the bikes as well for exploring. We look forward to another stay here again!

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

Great location! We stayed there for a wedding in Iberostar and it was super close. Rent a car if you're staying because it's more convenient. They also have plenty of chairs and umbrellas if you plan to walk to the beach. The beach was so nice and it felt like a private beach! They also welcome you with some treats! We had some miscommunication but we sorted it out. Will recommend it especially if you have young kids.

5 ⭐️! Best Airbnb we’ve rented. The house was even more amazing than the photos, beautifully designed. Dora was SO helpful and responsive - organizing drivers, chefs,private cenote etc. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with Charlie and dinner was amazing with Pablo. Highly recommend hiring both chefs for your stay! The gardeners tried their best to clear the seaweed in front while keeping the pool and property immaculate. We were 7 adults, 5 y/o and 5 month old and the house was perfect - ensuites in each room! Can’t recommend Villa Karina enough!

Ons verblijf in dit prachtige privéhuis aan het strand was simpelweg perfect. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom en ontspannen. Het huis zelf is ruim en stijlvol ingericht, met een adembenemend uitzicht dat ons telkens weer verraste. Wat direct opviel, was de netheid – alles was brandschoon, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. Het enorme bed was een droom om in te slapen, met zowel harde als zachte kussens, zodat er voor iedereen een comfortabele optie was. De airconditioning zorgde ervoor dat we ook tijdens warme dagen heerlijk konden afkoelen. De rust die deze plek biedt, is ongeëvenaard. Geen drukte, geen lawaai – alleen het geluid van de golven en de zachte bries. Als je op zoek bent naar een bijzondere en ontspannen vakantie, dan is dit dé plek om naartoe te gaan. Wij hopen dat deze bijzondere authentieke plek blijft bestaan, moeilijk in een gebied dat erg aan het ontwikkelen is. Wij komen zeker terug!
