Fue un lugar bastante cómodo e indicado para las actividades que tenía planificadas ahí en Playa del Carmen, su cercanía con la quinta avenida me hizo muy sencillo llegar a pie a varios restaurantes y lugares atractivos de la zona sin duda las amenidades del edificio complementaron mi estadía de una manera increíble. Sin duda, muy recomendables.

Overall, great stay! Apartment has everything you need for a short stay with fast wifi, smart tv, balcony, kitchen utensils. The kitchen is quite small so there's not a lot of room to cook and it was the only inconvenience but not an issue for a few days and especially if you eat out. Rooftop pool is awesome and the building is in the perfect location close to everything. Would stay again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful Airbnb. The condominium was impeccably equipped and clean, and our hosts, Oscar and Juliana, were incredibly responsive. The kitchen was a standout feature, boasting an air fryer alongside all the essentials for preparing gourmet meals. The comfortable furniture added to the overall coziness of the space. Conveniently located, we found ourselves surrounded by many restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was effortless, making for a seamless experience from start to finish. We highly recommend it!

Je suis demeuré 4 semaines dans le logement de Victor. Logement bien situé , près de la plage (Mamitas 1 km), beaucoup de restaurants près.Grand logement , bien équipé. Victor répondait très rapidement . Il m a fournit plus d eau que ce que J étais capable de consommer. Ménage une fois semaine inclus, très apprécié . Tout était parfait , il ne me manquait qu un balcon, mais ça je le savais avant d arriver. Robert

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, todo está súper cerca, muy cómodo y amplio, el acceso es fácil y la anfitriona muy amable y siempre al pendiente de cualquier cosa, volvería a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a Playa del Carmen sin duda!

Place was very noisy from chairs being moved across the floors above our condo as they were being dragged on concrete floors. They need to put felt pads on the feet of all the chairs! Also the noise from the gym when people dropped the weights on the floor. The sound would resonate through the whole building.

Excelente departamento todo impecable, tiene poco que se construyó, cuidaron cada detalle para tener una excelente estadía con cosas de calidad, sabanas, almohadas, colchón muy cómodas para tener un buen descanso. En el baño todo de muy buena calidad toallas nuevas, secadora de cabello, buena regadera, buen lavabo con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. La cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar comida, él refrigerador de buen tamaño, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, estufa todo esto de muy buena marca y calidad. En cuanto al edificio es muy bonito por ser nuevo, cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, un pequeño gimnasio y en el rooftop una alberca muy limpia así como una terraza con asador y sillones. La ubicación es muy buena estás a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y la zona es muy tranquila no hay música alta, la playa queda a pocas cuadras, así mismo cercana a varios restaurantes y super, excelente el trato de eva, recomendado al 100%, para que disfrutes.

The apartment had great facilities with the plunge pool and the rooftop pool. Awesome location with many amazing food options nearby. Would stay again.

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

Excelente departamento. Enorme, limpio, cómodo y bien distribuido. Está totalmente equipado, es la primera vez que voy a un Airbnb con tantas cosas para utilizar. Cafetera, tostadora, pava, dispenser de agua, sillas y sombrilla para la playa, parrilla, utensilios de todo tipo, etc. Fuimos 3 los huéspedes y estábamos super bien. Camas cómodas, TV y aire acondicionado en cada ambiente (el del living andaba mal lo cual fue reportado). El condominio es hermoso! Super cuidado, seguro, tranquilo. Adentro de Playacar hay tiendas como OXXO y 7 eleven y lugares para comer o pasear. Tambien alquilan bicicletas. La piscina enorme y limpia. Si queres descansar como yo éste es el lugar. Dejamos el auto sin problemas en el estacionamiento. A veces caminábamos al centro dado que estacionar es problemático allí, son 20 min caminando aprox. Y la playa a pocos metros, la cual me encantó. Se camina por una pasarela al lado del hotel Reef, muy directo y seguro.

El departamento es un lujo completo, la tranquilidad es de lo que más se agradece. La ubicación es excelente ya que tiene restaurantes y supermercado a no más de 100 metros. La privacidad y seguridad del lugar es de lo que más se valora ya que desde el principio nos dio la calma de que todo iba a estar muy bien. La comunicación con Olu y Almida fue simplemente espectacular todo fue muy facil, la comunicación siempre fue excelente y súper clara. No tenemos cosas negativas que decir y por el contrario, la próxima vez de fijo nos vamos a hospedar ahí mismo. Recomendación al 100%

When my partner and I arrived at the airbnb it was everything we had hoped for! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better airbnb! One of the main things I was looking for was lots of space and this airbnb was perfectly that. It is very spacious with a lovely layout. I especially like the layout of the bathroom it’s got a huge mirror and lots of counter space! I was pleasantly surprised with how nicely stocked the apartment was, with small tubes of shower gel, shampoo, etc. and paper towels in the kitchen, fresh towels for shower and the beach. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, it is beautiful!! The location is also perfect, we were walking distance from a plethora of restaurants, the beach, and 5th avenue. But it’s not too close, so we were not be disturbed by party music or anything! Lastly, I’ll touch base on the host, he was very nice and gave us helpful, clear instructions and always fast communication! Overall, excellent value, I would 100% book this airbnb again!

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

My family and I had a great time at Oswaldo’s home! Angie was very helpful during the entire trip and gave us many suggestions and recommendations. We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community the house is located in! Would definitely come back again! (:
