From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely flawless. Rudolph truly cares about his guests, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. He and his team were always just a message away, responding quickly and making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made all the difference! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. The themed decor added such a unique and stylish touch, making it feel extra special. The memory foam bed was unbelievably comfortable—I had some of the best sleep ever! The location was unbeatable, with direct access to a stunning beach and even a breathtaking cenote nearby. Having bikes and snorkels provided was a fantastic touch, making it so easy to explore. Plus, the local eateries were amazing—especially the mariscos place right next door (don’t forget to meet the parrot!). We loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location was ideal for enjoying all Puerto Morelos has to offer, walkable to the beach, town square, grocery and restaurants. The condo met all our needs, we enjoyed the rooftop deck and pool. Ana was a kind host and quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommended anyone choosing to stay here!

Amazing stay! The condo is exactly as described—luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach and 5th Avenue, it made exploring Playa del Carmen so easy. The rooftop pools offer breathtaking ocean views, and the onsite spa is a great bonus for relaxation. The unit itself is well-equipped, with great amenities like rainfall showers and onsite parking. The WiFi can be a bit unstable at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Plus, DeAnna is an excellent host—very attentive and always making sure guests have everything they need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort and convenience!

We loved our stay! The penthouse is gorgeous and the amenities are just right. Having a kitchen was very nice - we enjoyed having a fridge, freezer, and microwave even though we ate out each day. I was concerned about street noise based on other reviews, but I think being on the top floor gave us enough distance from the street to enjoy peace and quiet. I am a fussy sleeper (the temperature has to be just right, the blanket weight and pillow fluffiness needs to be perfect) and I was very comfortable. We spent the first night in the downstairs bedroom but moved to the upstairs bedroom, which has individual fans over the beds and, in my opinion, better air conditioning. we traveled without a car and loved being close to everything - the beach (we paid for chairs at a bar for $10USD each), restaurants, cafes, etc. We've previously done playa del carmen resorts and missed the pools a bit, but got a day pass for a rooftop pool around the corner. We would definitely come back! 🩷

So wünscht man sich ein Ferienhaus: Gleich beim Eintreten fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist blitzsauber - Haus und Pool. Die Küche ist sensationell ausgestattet und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Management des Ferienhauses ist praktischerweise gleich gegenüber- stets ansprechbereit, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Mit den bereitgestellten Rädern kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum, wo man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet. Für einen ruhigen und familiären Aufenthalt mehr als empfehlenswert und deshalb in allen Bereichen volle Punktzahl. 👍👍👍

Our stay here was fantastic from start to finish! We were greeted by a very helpful concierge and they were awesome the entire stay. Gorgeous new and modern building in the BEST location (2 min walk to the beach, oxxo, tons of restaurants and cafe’s and 5th ave at 38th is like a 5 min walk). My favourite spot for healthy delicious food/smoothies/lattes every day was Arcana! The apartment was spotless and gorgeously decorated with a big comfortable balcony with nice views of the ocean. The AC units in the bedrooms were whisper quiet, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night (it gets very bright in the front room and sort of noisy in the morning on the street and hallway so bring ear plugs and a blindfold if you’re a light sleeper like me). The rooftop infinity pool area and bar were stunning as well! We will definitely be back to visit and stay here again!

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances
