One of the best Air BNB experiences we’ve had! Directly by the beach, big space and very clean. Located near great restaurants, bars, stores for food to keep in the home, etc. Arenas responded immediately when we had questions and gave us local recs. Would definitely come back!

Maribel's home is very safe and secure. It is located in a quiet area, with a great "friends and family" vibe on the weekends. It is walkable to many restaurants and shops, and about a 10 minute ride to the Old San Juan area. She is the perfect host and was always available for questions or advice. We are already considering our return trip! Thank you, Maribel!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Perfect size for 2, though we didn't try out the sofa bed. There were pots and pans, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and beach towels made available. The 1 minute walk to a 24/7 Walgreens made getting essentials easy (including groceries had we needed them). You are a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs easily for $20. Good food nearby as well. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it can be a busy intersection but we felt it was well worth it. Jose is very responsive and will help you with last minute issues. very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hernán was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. And yes it is very noisy at times. You are on the main road through the old town and cars parade down with music and horns at night. We actually enjoyed it because it's a custom. And the noise died down and we slept fine. But earplugs are a great idea. The location was perfect for enjoying Old San Juan.

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Excellent vacation and an amazing experience at this place. They made sure that we always had everything we needed and were always attentive to any requirements. The place is a little Paradise with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Isla verde was my favorite beach to visit. About an 11 minute drive . uber prices ranged from 11$-21$ depending on whether it was surging. I would “cheat” the system by walking to pueblos supermarket for pick up it’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach and that would shave off a couple dollars from total. It also gives you some time to dry off. If your looking for fast food you can walk about 15 minutes, its a straight shot from airbnb and you’ll find a Popeyes, Church’s Chicken , Mexican ,pizza, china food there’s also a grocery store and Walgreens it’s like a little plaza situation it was awesome and convenient. Honestly you are so close to everything including old San Juan but you can’t necessarily walk anywhere bc of the highway you have to take an Uber or you can take the bus . I actually took the bus to the art museum it was a ten minute walk to catch bus and 75 cents . The bus also drops you off at airport ! A/c works like a dream . Just me nd dog I felt safe! Book!

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

My girlfriend and I were visiting here from Chicago. And we really enjoyed ourselves Everything was clean and cozy just as advertised. Perfect place for a solo trip or a 2 person get away! Beautiful beach only 5 minute walk away from the house. On our last day, we experienced the (island wide) power outage which affected thousands of peoples homes. But Karim (our host) was so helpful in keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind as they worked to restore power. Our host was also very responsive and provided plenty of information and photos for us to navigate the gates and entries. With clear instructions and rules I would 100% recommend this space and looking forward to being a repeat costumer!

Amy’s place was quaint and cozy— perfect for two people for a few days! It was clean and accessible to everything via uber or rental car. There are some restaurants at a walkable distance, too. We especially loved the outdoor space, cooler and beach towels.

it was a very satisfying state even though I'm not sure if we got it confused or not but on the first picture we looked at it said it was a three bedroom but it was two bedrooms all we needed was two bedrooms but everything was perfectly cleaned and everything so overall we're very happy with it the only thing I believe that you do need to work on the first step when you come up the stairs the unevenness makes it a little difficult when you have a few medical issues it needs like an extra step to step into the other step that's there other than that everything was great

This is the perfect place to stay in isla verde is really close to everything.the appt was clean and beautiful decorated. I love the building private entrance to the beach. The view was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for the host the communication was excellent

I had a fantastic stay at Jhensen place! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out to me was Jhensens dedication to being available whenever I needed assistance. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. Great location! Wandy also had some great suggestions on things to do around the area. Everything was secure and comfortable, and also just like the pictures. View was beautiful and relaxing. Wandy was also very accommodating on a late check-out since our flight was at night. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently spent 4 nights at John's place for a birthday trip. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking. We had everything we needed within a walking distance. Some uber drivers seemed to have trouble finding the pick up spot but overall that was only a minor inconvenience. Yolanda was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend.

I wish my stay here was longer! We didn’t use the hot tub, but the set up was very cute. The AC worked so good! The place was clean and the furniture was comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again! Parking was very easy to find on the street.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the lagoon! Coffee on the balcony during sunrise was amazing. I was in town for the Ironman event and the location could not have been any better. I was literally right next to everything. We didn’t need to rent a car because of the location. Would definitely stay again.
