After having to cancel our reservation they set us up with an upgraded penthouse! Had options to choose from with their private rental group(PisolinoRentals) and was well worth it!

Overall good stay and beautiful resort with great amenities!

We had a great stay at this unit, the pool is right off the back patio. The Jacuzzi was great during the winter. It’s super hot. The grounds are immaculate. This complex is super underrated.

Great place to stay with an awesome view!!!!

We stayed 3 nights. Every morning coffee on the terrace with the sound of the birds and tide coming in. We even had fun sea lions entertain us one morning. We walked to Manny's right next door (well across an open lot) which was great for breakfast, dinner, cocktails and a little shopping with the vendors. The location is away from the busy high rise area on Sandy Beach which was perfect for us. Extremely peaceful and calm. There is no office so you walk right to the condo and easily get in with the key code. Doesn't get any easier. There is a security guard letting vehicles in and out of the parking area. The condo was roomy and open with an amazing view as you walk in. We didn't cook but there were dishes, pots and pans etc. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are at opposite ends which is great if you want any privacy. This will be our first choice the next time we head to Rocky Point!

10/10 great location, within walking distance of the pools. The place was really clean. Safe community with a security guard at the entrance. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I will definitely be back soon.

First of We have stayed at many Air B nBs this was our favorite by far! Once you see the view first thing in the morning you won’t want to leave! Our host was wonderful and I certainly felt like we were in good hands! She even has the most informative card on the kitchen counter with all the info you need! We will definitely be back with friends! The place is so pretty and built to entertain! We had a blast collecting shells too!

The home is gorgeous with exceptional attention to detail. Amenities were above what we expected like plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The bathrooms were lovely and came with a laundry basket, a bathrobe and a toothbrush stand. Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were in the showers. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The location is somewhat remote, which we considered a bonus. I took advantage of using a standup paddle board free of charge from the activity center. It was wonderful but make sure to return before the tides go out (I had trouble getting the paddle board back because of this). We were surprised at how far out the low tide was while we were there. We learned that both the high and low tides were exceptionally low on the dates we were there (this was true all over Puerto Peñasco). In the future we will check a tide calendar before planning our trip because it would be stunning to have the water right off the lovely patio. LOVED the home! We'll be back

Our family had a most relaxing stay. The view is a slice of paradise. Super comfortable beds, all the kitchen needs to cook meals at home, and soaked in all we could from the front patio. We can’t wait to be back!

Great! The house was amazing, it was clean and had all the necessities! Even had beach toys and carts, etc for when you walk down to the beach, which is only about a 5 min walk or less to the beach. The host was very responsive and including the people who work for “vacation in rocky point”. My family and I plan on staying here again. 10000/10 recommend.

We were right on the beach, where we spent most of our time. We felt very safe and comfortable. Found it hard to leave this perfect location, so we ate on the patio most often. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view and useful amenities. We absolutely loved the area and the hotel was very beautiful with the pool side bar and helpful staff. Walking on the beach was very peaceful in the location with many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host is very responsive and reliable, thank you!

I loved saying here in the off season! while I wasn't able to enjoy the ground level pools (they weren't heated), the quiet and calm everywhere was so worth it. I think staying in warmer weather when all amenities are open wouldn't be for me. Also, Amber is probably one of the best and most responsive hosts I've stayed with. she was quick, kind, and absolutely helpful no matter the question or issue. would stay at any property she owns!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for family. The location is excellent. First floor with direct pool and beach access. Walkable to restaurants and shops. The on site staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning. Jared was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. Thank you!

We loved our stay at this perfect first floor condo. It had everything we needed for a beach vacation. We loved how set back it was yet still close to pool and beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. John is a great host who answered all questions and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here and plan to be back soon! I've stayed at a few places in Rocky Point and we all agreed this was the best place by far. The view was amazing, better than the pictures. Everything was conveniently close by but in a secure area, the 24 hour security added to that. The condo was spacious and there were more than enough beds. The pool was right by the beach and had enough seating areas that we were able to hang out and still have vendors stop by if we wanted to buy anything. The hosts were responsive and attentive at all times. We had everything we needed here to have a great time!

This place is amaizing! it is not too close to the downtown, but this provide to the location the peaceful and quiet environment that we looked for a good rest. Also we felt it was a familiar location so our kids enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were very clean and everyone was really nice during our stay. The condo was super comfortable, clean and has all the things you need to enjoy your stay. We will be happy to be back again!!
