The people and the environment is what made this place so nice to stay at. Everyone is nice and helpful in assisting or directing you in whatever you could need. Big show out to the gentleman by the name of Daniel. His character and knowledge was a joy to have.

I stayed with my family and we had a wonderful time. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel (without the food). You just need to bring the food you will eat (or pay for it at the hotel). There is no need to leave the resort, but you could go out to do the groceries or to go to other nearby restaurants. The place looks just like the pictures. The decoration is nice, everything was clean and the ACs were working perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and each room had a tv + the one in the common room area. The apt. is in a second floor. You just have to go downstairs and walk towards the beach and you reach it in 2 minutes max. The premises are very cute, and the hotel has a calm atmosphere. The pools are nice as well. We loved it and would definitely be back.

Aidin is a great property manager. This is the 2nd time that I am at one of his properties. Aidin is friendly, accessible and follows up. I would definitely use this or another of his properties.

The place is as described, inside was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The outside area was amazing.There was a brief moment where things started to go left but Donny handled the situation like a true gentleman quickly. I very much enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back...Thanks for the great stay.

Carlos place is clean and the neighbors are friendly. The rooftop has a great view of the city, mountains and ocean. The secretary Maria was always available if needed. Carlos is very responsive. My air conditioner stopped working and Carlos had someone come on the same day to repair it. That's almost unheard of in the Dominican Republic. The area has several restaurants and stores in walking distance. You will not need a car unless you are planning on doing a lot of site seeing around the city. I will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

The unit and complex were exactly as described. There were a few issues NOT related to the unit itself but, rather, to a significant weather impact on the larger complex. Jean was highly responsive and most helpful in doing everything she could to make the stay more enjoyable, INCLUDING providing me with access to a larger, airier unit during a lengthy power failure. A great host!

The instructions was very clear and easy access. Quiet place with great view, Michal responded very fast to and delivered in shortly mannered.

Perfect place for a kite vacation. Beautiful view of the ocean where you can see if other kiters are out there to help judge conditions from the comfort of the living room. Responsive host and weekly cleaning included for our 2 week stay. No car needed, plenty of motoconchos to take you into town for $2USD or can take a cab for $10 USD. 2 delicious restaurants on site. 10/10 will be returning

Nancy’s place was great! Perfect location on the beach, wonderful pool, and super clean/comfortable. Nancy was also extremely helpful and super responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Had a very relaxing & overall positive experience at Flor & Jorge's apt at Seawinds. It's safe and well-maintained property. The apt was very clean and organized. It's perfect for 3-4 travelers or a couple with small children. The 2nd bedroom doesn't have windows but plenty of lighting, AC, ceiling fan & a full bath for comfort and privacy. The patio has easy access to the beach & pool area including Tuva restaurant next door. Wish there was a screen on the sliding glass patio door to let in fresh air but to also keep mosquitos out. Downtown Cabarete is only a 10-15 minute walk up the beach. You'll need to bring your own toiletries and buy cleaning supplies as they only provide enough to get you started for a few days. I walked into town to Janet's Grocery store to buy necessities for my 9 stay stay. Flor & Jorge are very responsive, hospitable and made me feel at home. If you're seeking a place with peace, safety, parking, privacy and direct access to the beach. This is your spot.

This is the prime spot in Cabrete for kiting, and this particular unit is probably the best in the complex for the ocean view, large balcony, and proximity to the ocean. It is a great value at the price we paid. Jean was very responsive and a pro of a host. We loved our stay here.
