I was amazed and delighted at the elegance of the place, both the apartment and the grounds with its fabulous swimming pool. I was impressed with the level of building security and had no concerns sleeping with my windows open. I did not use the air conditioning as the ceiling fans were sufficient for me. That kept the electrical bill down, which ended up being quite modest. The kitchen was very well outfitted; there was a tv in the living room and in bedroom, along with a safe The location was ideal: very central but quiet with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Without doubt, I would look to stay there again. I loved the place and appreciated the hostess' warm reception and availability throughout my stay. 5 stars!

My husband and I just got back from 3 weeks at Francois' condo. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. There were lots of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the roof top deck was a great spot for suppers with a great view. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the location of the condo. Very walkable to town for groceries or a nice meal at the restaurants in town and we felt safe walking home along the beach after supper in town. The grounds and pool at this complex are pristine. There is staff there taking care of the pool and landscaping all the time. We really enjoyed getting to sit around the pool in the afternoons and watch the kite surfing right in front of the condo. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful and Francois was very responsive, usually answering our questions within an hour or 2. We have been to Cabarete before and love it here. Next time we come back we will definitely stay here!

Great comunication and great place to Stay!

This was a lovely unit. It had fantastic amenities and everything was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The hosts were extremely good at communicating and checking in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic. There were even games to play, which was awesome for our family. We would love to stay at this unit again or any unit managed by L'Agence for that matter. They went above and beyond with all of the added touches, from the welcome book that provided lots of information and tips about the area, to the welcome package of fruit, coffee, and cold beer in the fridge. It was a very nice touch and very appreciated.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Patti’s place! The views of the ocean and palm trees from the balcony were amazing! The condo was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing week away. Patti always responded quickly to any questions we had and was accommodating to a later check out. We also loved being able to walk on the beach to the grocery store, fruit stands or to restaurants. A great place to unwind and relax! Hope to be back!

Ana is an excellent host. From the moment we’ve booked until the checkout she made sure everything was perfect for us. A beautiful, modern and comfortable apartment, true to description, in convenient location. We had a happy family holiday and created lovely memories. Would definitely stay again next year!

If you’re looking to just chill by the pool and relax and watch the kite surfers, Jana’s condo is the best place to be. Very limited food options near by, but the selections were enough! If you want more options, you will need to walk 25+ minutes to get to the main area of Caberete. Overall, a very nice place and Jana was great with communication!

Nos encantó la casa. Definitivamente volveríamos con los ojos cerrados. Buena ubicación a pocos metros de la playa. Súper tranquilo y limpio. La casa acogedora y organizada. Tony el señor que nos atendió, más que excelente. Afable, siempre dispuesto y muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Manteniendo la piscina limpia diario y las áreas de jardín y piscina las mantuvo impecables. Cocina equipada y todo perfecto! Gracias a todos por hacernos un fin de año, tal y como lo imaginamos o mejor!

Wonderful rental, great hosts! Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, well kept, & very clean. Very nice amenities, lovely back yard, AC worked well. Highly recommend and look forward to returning sooner than later!

Teresia is an excellent host. Always responding and carying for our well being. The gate community is very secure. There are no beach on site and the 2 restaurants with pool where you can go for the day have a fee (1750 to 2500 pesos per person per day) but they are beautiful. Sosua is easy to walk around. People are nice. The villa was perfect. The only thing is the very low water pressure. We would come back anytime.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Jonathan was a great host. He was on site to help with anything we needed. The resort was beautiful with many amenities. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to fully experience everything so I would recommend at least 5-7 days.

The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. This was a great stay for our family. We loved the pool and pool table big tv in family area great place. We slept well quiet and safe area !!!

The photos presented in this beautifully appointed listing are very accurate but what you do not see in the photos left the strongest impression on us. Matt’s local property manager, Mario, was outstanding. We crossed the country from 3 hours away and arrived early. Mario’s communication and flexibility to work with us was tremendous. His professionalism and knowledge to proactively address any issue during our extended stay provided us with the confidence to determine this villa was the right choice for us. We would not hesitate to rent Casa Vincent in the future.

The place at Bahia de Arena was superb. Quick access to beach and walking to restaurants. Joe communicated throughout our stay. House keeper coming in MWF was helpful to keep things clean and even doing our laundry mid week for us! Note that listing states there is a washer and dryer but it is kept locked up by the house keeper so we weren't able to use it the day we left to dry our wet suits, etc. Additionally we had a broken glass one day and there is no broom available for guest use. Only suggestion I have would be to let guests use the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies!
