The cleaning crew was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and comfortable. Great host. Villa Like seen on the pictures. Had a door lock to fix it was speedy and was done the next morning. It was amazing will rent again when I go back to the DR. Nothing negative to say. However the outdoor shower needs to be repaired it was not working during our stay but host has been notified.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. My only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer! I will definitely rebook in the future! he house is beautiful and perfectly located. Plenty of space of all of us. The hosts, Edilio and Mildred, were fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The villa was great this is my second time staying there and was still impressed as if it was my first time being there. The host was very responsive and had great knowledge of the surrounding area I will always stay at this villa on my trip back to DR💯.

Bel emplacement. Près de la plage, d’une épicerie, d’une boulangerie et des restaurants. Quelques chiens qui jappent mais ça c’est partout à Cabarete. Bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa.

This was a much needed vacation for us and it’s was super relaxing. The home was beautiful and the resort. We enjoyed the dinner reservations (you are able to request a different restaurant if you do so in advance….but only if they have space). The daily in-house breakfast was nice, but we did do the buffet for breakfast at least once just to try it out. There was something to do everyday, but we enjoyed doing an excursion to get off the resort. Overall, great stay for more of a relaxing scene versus parties/clubs. I did have a little learning curve with the staff having access throughout the day coming into the villa to clean, but I do believe they had “privacy hangers” to put on your door knob. I didn’t mind it because the staff was great and friendly, just a little heads up if you want privacy throughout the daylight. Overall, my husband and I would definitely come back and bring our parents for a family trip. Jonathan was an amazing host throughout our entire stay!

The villa was as nice as advertised. Very clean, private, and modern. I have stayed in several air b&b locations throughout the country and this is the first one I've seen with a heated pool. But the star of the show was Ambar! Ambar made the stay memorable and more enjoyable. She is very responsive, very organized, and she is determined to ensure your needs are met. I highly recommend this property.

Great place jaay was a cool host he even invited us out for his birthday and showed us around and he had a cab driver for us everything was clean water was nice and warm a/c kept the rooms nice and cool I will book again

Barbra was a great host, she was always there to answer all our questions and was very welcoming, Nana is also great she took great care of us. Look forward to staying at one of Barbra’s homes again!

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

This villa was as beautiful as advertised, from the moment you walk in you see the giant windows with the amazing view of the ocean and surrounding area. Everything as advertised, my only complaint would be the water pressure but that is common from what I have seen in the DR as a whole. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again!

Theresa and her staff were absolutely wonderful hosts. Everything was taken care of in advance and she was still in contact to make sure everything was perfect . You couldn’t find a nicer host. The villa was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and it was in a beautiful area. I will recommend this villa and Theresa to everyone I know after having such a wonderful experience with her.

Muy recomendable. Estamos muy satisfechos con esta elección, estuvimos muy tranquilos y muy a gusto, Nana fue súper amable, nos explicó todo de manera clara y sencilla, nos recomendó comercios locales que fueron muy útiles. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las camas, súper cómodas, dormimos súper bien. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Muy recomendable.

It was a great 31 days at Wislain's place. Because our flight was leaving late afternoon, they extended our check out time for us, which we really appreciated. The house was just as described in add.

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommended, just had an issue with the ac at the back room and it took 2 days to be sorted out !

Fellas, the house is perfect. No need to worry about a thing. Location is great. Right next to a bigger community, but easier in and out and perfect amount of security. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit the area. Luis communicated flawlessly. House itself is great. Perfect if you like privacy with the ease of great location and close to everything. Photos on listing are accurate…with the exception of the photo of the front exterior. It’s accurate but looks way better in person.
