I echo what others have said about how beautiful Lucia’s condo is and how responsive she is as a host. The furnishings are lovely - especially the large daybeds inside and on the patio. This is definitely a family-oriented complex with lots of children, and some nights at the resto/bar went late and were quite loud, but it is otherwise a fairly peaceful environment.

Très beau séjour, j’ai adoré très belle petite place . On trouve tout proche et à deux pas de la plage. Excellente ambiance je recommande fortement. Apparemment très confortable et bien situé. La seule chose qui pourrait être amélioré c’est pour des longs séjour inclure un entretien ménager par semaine et ça serait parfait. Mai s je retournerai sans hésiter.

It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Yonel’s place is great. Excellent location, but also private and quiet. Yonel was always quick with good advice and recommendations for the area. Great value, and great host!

The apartment was lovely. The rooms and beds were perfect for our group. The beach and pool were really nice. The staff within the complex were friendly and very helpful. The large balcony had comfortable seating and a great view of the ocean.

We had a large group stay and the villa was plenty big enough for all. Even though we were in a community we felt we had privacy. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here and getting Daniel (the private chef) to come cook! Thank you for hosting us!

Kim’s place is beautiful and well maintained. She was very responsive and helpful. Conveniently just outside of town, close to the local beach, grocery store and restaurants. Nice to have security and filtered water. Would recommend!

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. My family had a great time

This place is amazing! A little serene piece of heaven. very spacious, clean and quiet. If you need a getaway to recharge, this is the place. The rooftop view is breath taking!

Barbra was a great host, she was always there to answer all our questions and was very welcoming, Nana is also great she took great care of us. Look forward to staying at one of Barbra’s homes again!

This is the only place I will stay if when I return! our host was exemplary and showed us what real dominican hospitality is really like. The home is stunning, very spacious with the right amount of furniture. Garden and outside area is where you will spend most of the time because it's simply beautiful. Luis is a true gentleman 👏🏾 so proud to have shared a connection as he offered to drive us personally to PUNTA CANA! wow what a guy 🇩🇴

The most WONDERFUL experience! The home and the property are even more beautiful, stylish, welcoming and comfortable than the pictures could possibly convey. Sea Horse Ranch is an ideal escape with a secure and lush vibe and this villa is located so perfectly close to the private beaches, oceanside pools and delicious Beach Club restaurant—a pleasant two to three minute walk. But the stars of the show are the owners/hosts Sue and Steve and their staff Elizabeth and Nidia. We’ve rented quite a few airbnb properties over the years and these folks are absolute gems. Sue and Steve run this home like a Bed and Breakfast in the best possible way. You have all the privacy and get to treat the home as your own but they have their staff Elizabeth and Nidia keeping the place sparkling clean and providing the most amazing meals made with love. All of the ingredients are exceptional—you can feel the team is treated like family so they 100% care for this special place and its guests.

Brandon fue quien nos recibió, muy amable siempre atento a todo, el lugar es más hermoso que en las fotos. Los lugares de comida son excelentes!! La playa muy cómoda y limpia Justo al frente. Sales y ya estás en ella. El lugar muy tranquilo y todo a su alrededor muy bien ubicado y hermoso. Dan ganas de vivir ahí. Me encanto, lo recomiendo y de seguro regresamos !!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Appartement très propre et parfaitement bien équipé. Il est proche de tout, à quelques minutes à pied de nombreux restaurants, commerces et ainsi que la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le personnel (la sécurité) est toujours présent, très serviable et sympas. Honnêtement rien à dire à part que tout était parfait!

Le logement pour 2 personnes était comme sur les photos. Bel appartement et bien équipé pour cuisiner. L’endroit est très tranquille et super propre( terrain, piscine et bord de plage), sauf le bruit de la rue qui est très près mais on s’y habitue. L’endroit est très sécurisé. À 15 minutes à pied du centre de Cabarete , et nous y sommes allés régulièrement pour le souper et sommes revenus à pied et n’avons senti aucun danger . Les Dominicains de Cabarete étaient super gentils et nous saluaient tout le temps.Nous ne nous sommes pas servi de la climatisation car il y avait toujours une belle brise chaude qui traversait l’appartement toute la journée. Les ventilateurs de plafond fonctionnent très bien..À 13 minutes de marche il y a un supermarché et on y allait par la plage ce qui était très agréable et de plus si le montant excède 100 dollars US, l’épicerie livrait votre commande gratuitement. Jeffrey est une hôte qui se préoccupe du bien-être de ses convives. Merci Jeffrey !

Beautifully decorated, very responsive and helpful hosts. They were able to accommodate us for an early check in which was a great help. The location is perfect, very private and you seldom see others on the beach. Everything you need is in the Airbnb, the kitchen is well equipped and there was shampoo and conditioner dispensers in one of the bathrooms. Complete with extra blankets and provides a very homey experience. Couldn’t ask for a better place to vacation poolside and beachside!

We loved our stay at Patti’s place! The views of the ocean and palm trees from the balcony were amazing! The condo was clean and had everything needed for a relaxing week away. Patti always responded quickly to any questions we had and was accommodating to a later check out. We also loved being able to walk on the beach to the grocery store, fruit stands or to restaurants. A great place to unwind and relax! Hope to be back!

Richard is a first class and superior host. He is responsive and effective and yet not intrusive. I cannot speak more highly of him. His cleaning staff Elena is excellent as well. We have booked for next year and look forward to our lovely winter home in 2026.

El complejo es lo mejor que hay en Cabarete. Muy privado, alejado del ruido. Hay restaurantes en la línea de la playa que puedes ir caminando sin problema. Los primeros a 5minutos y nosotros lo hicimos incluso en la noche y muy tranquilo. El centro de Cabarete en carro está muy cerca. Si te gusta caminar también se puede hacer por la playa. Sin duda alguna un lugar para volver y recomendar
