This a beautiful home with a beautiful view. It's spacious clean and exactly how it is described. I've stayed here a few times and I always check its availability first. The host is very proactive and flexible. You would definitely enjoy staying here.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

Our stay was wonderful! The villa is excellent and even better than the photos. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and the very comfortable beds. Tre and Claire are both quick to answer questions, offer local guidance, and provide support as needed. They went above and beyond to provide a great experience for our group! I’d highly encourage anyone to come stay at Villa Tracey!

A home away from home! I absolutely loved the space, the views and most certainly the staff. Highly recommend booking. There is no way possible you’ll be disappointed.

I really enjoyed the beach — it’s an absolute dream! The location is excellent, with private parking and 24/7 security, everything is perfectly arranged for comfort. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially liked the new L-shaped sofa in the living room — very soft and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything felt cozy and nice. I will definitely come back again!

La Habitacion es muy adecuada y el patio/jardin exterior es encatador. Su Familia cuida bien este lugar. Comparte una parte de su paraiso, quedate bajo el ala del consuelo. Very welcoming. Helpful. Good Rooms. The Ranch is terrific. Part of their paradise shared with People in a good way.

Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

Hilary’s place has the most incredible view, on the hill overlooking Playa Sosua. It is close enough to get to the beach, grocery store and restaurants quickly but tucked into the trees and vegetation of the hillside, away from the noise and busyness of the city. Everything was very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC in both bedrooms, kitchen stocked with appliances and everything needed to prepare our own meals (grocery store 5 minutes away). The bonuses were the clean pool in the back yard, the stunning view and the tremendous response and attention of our host, Hilary, the caretaker of the house, Jose, and the night guard. We will definitely be returning!

This house is really great and in a great location, it’s perfect if you have a car it’s not far to cabarete or puerto plata also. It’s also very close to all the night life in Sousa. Having the garage was also very helpful so we didn’t have to park in the street. The staff was very wonderful and helpful and kept the house clean all the time. Thanks again Vickie, we would love to stay again!

This apartment is in such a beautiful setting. We sat on the back porch watching the kids play in the infinity pool, looking out over the ocean. There were always security guards on site and we felt completely safe. We would stay again if we get the chance.

This is an outstanding Villa, everything was neat. The pool and the rest of the villa was extremely clean. The communication with the host was great. 100% recommended to other guests.

This is my second time at Alfonso’s house & even though I’m not great with Spanish. The communication & time spent making sure everything was taken care of is excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a great stay at Krissie's place, was beautifully decorated, I especially liked the natural wood throughout, made for a nice touch Everything I needed was there. With in walking distance to restaurants and the local happenings. The pictures did not do her place justice, everything was perfect. I highly recommend her place. I will definitely stay their again. Thanks for providing me a great place to stay, totally made my trip.

Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment in Hispaniola complex in Sosua for nice relaxing stay. Complex has nice restaurant and grocery store near it .Tony was very attentive nice host

We stayed for 2 months at Bay Rock and had a lovely time. Ronald and the team were responsive and addressed issues that came up. There were a few things / repairs that were needed, but the team addressed them quickly. Overall the space was great. There is not a balcony but the rest of the facilities - pool / sitting area etc. were great and the beach was exceptional.

La villa de Ron está equipada con todo lo que necesitas para pasar tanto una corta como una larga estadía . Pase una semana allá y me sentí como en casa. La cocina tenía todo , las habitaciones cómodas , la piscina excelente . La ubicación de la casa y el residencial casa linda es lo mejor que puedes encontrar en el área de Sosua si lo que buscas es descansar en el paraíso. 100% recomendadas y volveré muy pronto
