Estuvo todo muy acogedor. Totalmente agradable y cómoda la estancia. Lo guardé en mis favoritos porque sin duda volveríamos a reservar.

The place was great and such a value. Near many restaurants, a super market, and other needs. A short drive/uber to old San Juan or Ashford in Condado. Jean Pierre was a super responsive host.

You really can’t beat the location. Super close to everything, mini market close by, and walkable to downtown and activities. The place is clean and modern and Nataly was so kind and responsive. A few things: check in was a little confusing, but we finally got in with help from Nataly. Kitchen does not have condiments (salt, oil…etc), so make sure you bring or buy those things if you plan on cooking.

We absolutely loved our time here!! We were walkable distance to all of the Old San Juan attractions. We will absolutely return and stay our next trip to San Juan. We loved being in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Patio was so peaceful and accommodations were 10/10.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

Place was great! Clean and tidy! Felt very safe especially since there are many codes before reaching the apartment! Quick walk to town! Great food spots close by! Would 100% book again!

It’s a cute little studio. The AC works great and has the most comfortable bed ever!!

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Getting the key was easy, and having shower and beach towels provided was super convenient. The space was just right for two—clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The A/C worked great, the bed was cozy, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The host shared helpful local recommendations, and the location was very walkable—everything from grocery stores to the beach was within a 3 to 30 minute walk. Getting to Escambrón Beach by bus was simple and saved us money compared to Uber. There’s a nearby church with a bell that rings every 30 minutes during the day. It didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

Ariel was a great host and definitely went out of his way to accommodate us. The place was in a great neighborhood ( felt very safe) and was very comfortable. Thank you for everything Ariel

Edificio muy bonito y seguro, las puertas de afuera cierran por la noche y la puerta del apartamento tiene reja. El apartamento en sí era precioso y Néstor fue muy servicial. La vista desde las ventanas era increíble, y hay varios lugares de comida alrededor.

We stayed here for our spring break trip and Braian was a great host. Communicated extremely effectively and was very helpful. Great place for a great price. You get what you pay for.

Peaceful place. It is very close (2-min drive) to Toro Verdo and that’s why we chose this place. It is a spacious studio with small kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately we arrived at a heavily rainy night so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the mountain view and also missed the blood moon 😞. But the host offered a smooth self check in and out, very clear instructions. Also thanks for the free bottle water in the mini fridge ❤️! The only thing is that the hot water is not very stable but still okay.

Great Stay in Aguada - Cozy Spot with a Perfect Location We really enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. It’s in a great location, close to some amazing local restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. Crash Boat Beach was only about 15 minutes away!! . Aguada definitely deserves more attention; it’s a beautiful, laid-back area. The property itself is cozy and ideal for two people. While it’s not quite “luxury,” it is a very nice, well-kept gated space that feels secure and private. Patio is a GREAT SPACE! The jacuzzi was a highlight, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day or evening for the morning. The shower had great water pressure too (inside), which we appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid stay if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located spot for two. We’d happily return and definitely recommend it to others exploring the west side of the island. Thank you guys

This is my second time renting this Airbnb from Javier.. just as good as I remembered. Javier's place is a getaway for sure.. spent all my mornings on the terrace just listening to all the nature that surrounds you.Great location, I was sad to go. but I'll be back 😉 thank you for everything Javier

Alexis and Natasha were great hosts. Everything was good there, and the location was a short walk to the beach. Great deck with grille and jacuzzi, perfect for dinner outdoors. Very clean and furnished with simplicity and a clutter-free look. They have a great site to tell you about all local things. They communicated well, and offered good suggestions. Incredibly nice and helpful: we had a problem with our car when we were packed and ready to leave, and they set us up with a great guy who came and took care of us. Without their help and kindness, I don’t know what we would have done! Can’t recommend these two wonderful hosts and enough! Great stay!

This place is fantastic! Its cozy, private and perfeft for couples. Its very close to shops and restaurants. Can't wait to stay again when I go back to PR.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grace’s place! The place was clean, great AC, beautiful lighting in the living area and shower, and I absolutely loved the outdoor tub! I saw a few reviews about the privacy of the tub area but I had no privacy issues at all! She provided beach towels for us to use, cookware, and a grill! The location allowed us to travel to a great number of beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, ferries, and more within a 4-25 min drive! Would definitely stay here again.

Truly a delightful experience, the location was serene and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from work. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with reliable amenities.

This place was sooooo beautiful! Everything was clean and matched the pictures. That view and the jacuzzi were unmatched and unforgettable. Loved the location! Definitely recommend renting a car.
