This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

Cute little place tucked away at a reasonable distance from all the noise from San Juan/Viejo San Juan. If you are looking for a place the rest your head and go back out exploring this is it. Check in was fast and easy and just what we needed for the time we were in town! Thanks Eduardo for hosting us!

An absolutely beautiful location! Surrounded by nature and the sounds of the Coqui that we came to love. Beautiful hiking opportunities that I highly recommend you take. Matthew is very friendly and helpful. This is not a luxurious place but it is clean and felt perfect for the environment. We will be back! Warning, the road up the mountain to the place is a bit narrow and full of potholes and blind corners, take your time.

Booked this last minute in order to extend my stay in San Juan and it was a bit pricey for the space you’re getting; but it’s perfect in every other way as far as location and accessibility. Everything is totally walkable and you can even leave your key with the front desk before you leave out so you don’t have to worry about losing it! Thanks for the stay

We had a very brief stay at Raul’s beautiful apartment in San Juan. I wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. Very comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. The space itself was actually even better looking that the pictures! We were responded to quickly and were able to store our luggage after checkout. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

The shared pool and hot tub were super cute, and the room was certainly small but fine for our quick overnight visit.

Great place to stay! Perfect for a spring break trip. The location was perfect if you don’t have a car. The complex and apartment exceeded expectations greatly.

Super cute stay within walking distance to the beach, activities, restaurants, and bars! Tucker a little away from street so you don’t get as much street noise which is VERY COMMON! I loved how the unit came with a full size fridge and freezer- made it much easier to store food instead of eating out every meal. We requested more towels and blankets and the host was super quick to respond and to bring them! Would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful location. Everyone from check in to staff at the restaurant and bar, were so nice and friendly. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony in the morning, drinking coffee and looking out on the ocean. Great location, so close to OSJ and quick ride back to the airport. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay again. Gracias!
