Very nice place. Very clean and amazing location next door to the Fairmount and the Casino there. Many restaurants within walking distance. Quick one night stay for me, but a great stay. Owner was very pleasant and very responsive.

Great spot near the airport. 10/10 would stay again.

Great place. We loved our stay. We wished we would have stayed longer. Great host. Always easy to talk with and gave lots of recommendations of the area.

Our host Luis was extremely helpful. He provided nearby recommendations, made sure to answer any of our questions and was available whenever we reached out. The property is gated and situated in a safe area. Walkable distance to restaurants, pharmacy, pool and beach. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in a safe area with ambiance.

Bien situé entre San Juan et Fajardo, près egalment de la forêt El Yunke Très bien situé a l'intérieur du complexe, car à coté de la mer et de la piscine. Très propre et chaleureux. Hôte très disponible, a fait des appels pour nous aider à réserver une expédition Nous avons aimé le terrain de tennis et basketball. Très calme. Merci!

They were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. Took care of us from day one. I recommend this beautiful place , it’s right in front of the beach with lovely views .

Emmanuel is a phenomenal host! He was extremely responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we needed to extend our stay, he was incredibly accommodating and arranged for us to move into another Airbnb within the same building. He even adjusted our check-in hours to ensure we wouldn't be without a place to stay for a few hours. His attentiveness and willingness to help made all the difference. Highly recommend staying at one of Emmanuel's properties!

Great condo in a great location. Host was very responsive and gave excellent instructions on getting into condo and also gave great recommendations about the local area.

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

This place has incredible views. The pictures can't do it full justice. Very relaxing, views of the bay from the main pool (3 pools total), air conditioning in every room. There is a wonderful breeze if you open the slider and front door. Would stay here again.

This was our first time staying outside of San Juan and if you’re looking for a quiet get away this was it! The security at the front gate was very friendly the hosts were also very quick with response times. Nice clean space and amazing hosts!! 10/10 recommend!!

Everything was wonderful, great location! Pool is being renovated but who needs it when you have Isla Verde Beach!

This was my first time staying at an AirBnB and did not disappoint! The apartment is very cozy and in a quiet location. Exactly as in the pictures and the description. It’s right off the main road and within driving distance of many amenities including beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and local activities/tours. Kima, her husband and their son were very attentive. Checking in everyday or so making sure we didn’t need anything and giving suggestions for entertainment. Amazing experience and already recommended it to friends and family! Thank you Kima & fam!

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time felt right at home but with better weather! I definitely recommend! Raúl was very helpful and made so easy for us to get to from the airport very fast n easy! We had assigned parking and felt safe with security at the gate. Will definitely be back soon!

I had a great time for my solo birthday trip. The pool was awesome and private. The sauna was lovely as well. The bed was comfy and the view of the pool from the bedroom with the double doors was amazing ! Dennis was very kind and offered to help any way he can if I needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

Elba and Edi were wonderful hosts. They provided local recommendations, helped when needed, responded quickly, and respected our privacy. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the TVs were both user friendly. The laundry machines work, the AC is modern and easy to use, and the two bathrooms were clean and large. We were very comfortable staying here as 7 people for one week - the pull out couch bed is also comfortable and has plenty of room in the living room. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. The back porch was our favorite part of the property. It was large and had plenty of seating and lights for night time. The views were beautiful and the location was private. The jacuzzi and sauna were added bonuses and so fun! Having a rental car is definitely necessary, and the roads are tight - so be prepared! But the home is very close by driving to Rincon and Aguada. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PR!

The home is spacious and well maintained. The super market, rental locations and ferry terminal are walkable distance. Overall enjoyed the home and central location.

This is one of the best places we have stayed in. Most Beautiful, quiet and comfy place to stay in Puerto Rico. This place was super clean and very organized. we had a lot of space to relax and un-wide. The host was very communicative and made sure we got everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place for any family needing a quiet family friendly place to vacation. Definitely 5 Stars and we would stay again.

I don't have enough time to describe all of the many reason you MUST book with them!! 1st of all the location is incredible, the home is quite literally EVERYTHING you could want in an Airbnb!. The amount of kindness and genuine hospitality we felt was incredible we have been staying at Airbnb for over 4 years and this has got to be the hands down #1 location/host ever! From helping us find places to go, to welcoming our in town visitors, even preparing local traditional dishes for us to have! They truly go above and beyond for their guests! The house comes equipped with quite literally almost anything you could possibly need! They even made a late check out possible for us with ease. I cannot stress enough how incredible these hosts are!! we will most definitely be staying here again!!! CHOSSE THEM EVERY TIME!!WISH WE COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS BECAUSE THEY ARE WORTH IT!!
