Muy recomendable el lugar y precio muy accesible había como moverse como trasporte público como taxi su vigilancia al entrar al departamento muy accesible y amables el departamento contaba con todo lo indispensable para la estadía el anfitrión muy atenta la verdad volvería a rentarlo es muy apto para grupo de familia o amigos y aparte la estadía consta con una alberca que está Muy cuidada lo recomiendo

Excelente estadía aquí en Bucerías, Cinthya, Lucia y Genaro muy atentos en todo momento, muy serviciales, hicieron que este mes que estuvimos en Bucerías fuera muy agradable y tranquilo. Sin duda un buen lugar para estar ya sea unos días o una estancia larga como la que tuve. La terraza que tiene muy a gusto para convivir. ¡Gracias por toda la atención!

We loved our stay here. What a great location, within walking distance to so many great eateries, the Malecón, and Los Muertos beach. Jorge’s place was perfect for exploring the Old Town. We liked how spacious the apartment is, with a very comfy bed in the master bedroom.

A great little local hidden gem! We had an amazing time in this little oasis. Close to everything you need and just minutes to the beach. Norberto was helpful and quick to respond to every question. Who needs a resort when you have a rental like this one! Would definitely recommend.

My family of 5 stayed in Enrique's beautiful condo. It was my husband, 10 yr old daughter, and 8 and 3 yr old son. We enjoyed having the full kitchen, three bathrooms and bedrooms, and living room and balcony. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Natcho and Guillermina met us the first day, showed us how everything worked, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed the beach and the warm pool. We were there during spring break, but there wasn't any crowding at all. Temperatures were relatively low, around 70, so we did not need to use the A/C; we opened the balcony doors. Within walking distance is a 24-hour convenience store called OXXO, a pharmacy, and a restaurant. We used Uber to go to the grocery store (20 minutes away), and downtown and restaurants only took about 15 min. I recommend messaging Enrique before your departure to get additional information on the condo's location and pictures so you know where the apartment is.

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Excelente ubicación. El lugar fue muy fácil de encontrar, muy accesible y las personas en recepción fueron muy amables.

El alojamiento cumplía con la descripción, en general estuvo muy bien, limpio y ordenado, un poco retirado de la zona turística para ir a pie, pero a 10 min en carro, no tuvimos problema para dejar el carro en la calle, la zona era tranquila y había cámaras de seguridad, muy amables las personas qur nos atendieron, en general estuvo muy bien y la cama super cómoda. lo recomiendo.

Wonderful neighbourhood with kids down the street, dogs and roosters. Easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Spacious and clean. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

We enjoyed our month long stay! The place is large and roomy. The pictures can’t even do it justice. The upper deck area is fantastic to lounge, read , do yoga, and be outside as much as you want. The laundry room is a fantastic feature which we used several times. We were impressed they had solar panels, good for them! We had everything we needed and it was spotless when we arrived. Manzur answered and helped immediately if there was anything we needed. There was plenty of cookware and dishes for cooking ourselves, which we did often. We also enjoyed many restaurants in the area. Our daily walks gave us interesting sites and sounds in every direction. This Airbnb is over a wonderful restaurant that opens at 7:00a.m and you can hear everything below and the traffic sounds are constantly loud so our solution was ear plugs at night and we did fine with that. La Comer and Costco is a walk away, and we used Uber and the bus as well for exploring all over. Loved it all!

My partner and I stayed in this lovely home. The apartment is absolutely as advertised. The kitchen is special with beautiful tiling and wonderful rustic wall feature. The small courtyard is a nice touch for a quick cup of Joe, but has quite a slant (for drainage purposes, I’m sure!) The area is very local with not a lot of tourists unless you get closer to the water. Speaking of water, we struggled with the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was still very nice though! I’d definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a romantic getaway outside of the more expensive touristy areas of PV.

I had the best stay. They are friendly and accommodating hosts from before, during, and after my trip. They are my first choice for visiting Puerto Vallarta in the future. The cost was well worth the value, but their attentiveness as hosts was priceless.

Great apartment in Versalles! Convenient location for exploring PV. Quieter than Centro or the Romantic Zone. Versalles is a wonderful neighborhood with so many restaurants and cafes - a very walkable place. Also very close to Costco, Mega Soriana and La Comer. The condo is comfortable for a couple. We loved the rooftop pool on hot afternoons. The pictures and description are acurate. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. Vanessa was responsive when we had questions. Maria, the concierge, was a friendly face at the front desk - we loved practicing our Spanish with her.

Todo súper bien con la estadía, la vista es agradable, lugar ordenado, cocina equipada y personal amable, buena experiencia, volvería sin duda!

My stay at this air BNB was great! Lovely to come home after a long hot day outside into a relaxing spacious and air conditioned apartment. Ayman was very flexible with check ins and letting me stay another 3 days. Good location and on the first floor so you don’t need to haul your suitcase up and down.

On débute par un grand merci à Sandra. Très disponible et son appartement a contribué à un séjour mémorable à Puerto Vallarta. Ce dernier est à proximité du Chedraui (supermarché ) , de la plage, du Walmart, Sam's club, casino . La surprise presqu'à chaque matin d'apercevoir un bateau de croisière. Appartement très éclairé grâce à sa grande fenêtre patio. On le recommande sans faute.

I am not one to write reviews for anything but I just had to after staying at Jame's 2 bedroom condo! Even though I gave the stay 5 stars and it was; that is only if you are not into a pool scene. There isn't one. There is a cute small pool that we used twice. Location - Its basically just outside the heart of the Romantic Zone...5 minute walk to my favorite bar, Margarita Grill and another few minutes until you hit the beach. And everything is basically a 10 - 15 minute walk from there. Now to the how great this condo is! You are on the top floor (4th) facing west looking at the city. One of my biggest fears when I rent an Airbnb is how is the bed! And this condo has one of the best/firm beds I have ever slept on! 2 full baths and 1/2 bath! There are individual built into the wall A/C units that worked great. Only used the one in the bedroom at night. The condo is just like the pictures!

We just got back from Puerto Vallarta and this place was excellent. Very modern building and condo. It's in an excellent location. We walked all over Zona Romantica and the Malecon and never felt unsafe walking to and from the building. Anywhere in Zona Romantica or to the beach is just a 5 or 10 minute walk from the building. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and if you like to spend time relaxing next to a pool, this place cannot be beat. The rooftop pool is heated, has a bar that is open all day, lots of loungers and space and has the best view of city and the ocean. We could even see whales passing by from the pool. The only thing that I'll mention is that there is a decent amount of street noise on the balcony. It never bothered us, and from the bedroom, you can't hear any of it, however if someone is planning on sleeping in the living room, it would probably be an annoyance. The next time we are in Puerto Vallarta, we will absolutely be staying here again.

Fabulous condo. Spotlessly clean. Amazing rooftop pool. Joel was very quick and helpful to respond to questions, but also went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled on us and we needed to stay a few days and the unit was not available, he tried to help us find alternate accommodations. We will definitely stay here again! Fabulous location and close to everything.

Great place! Clean, cozy and beautiful view for my the rooftop. Everyone there is also super nice and the locals around the area are so friendly! Super easy check in and check out. Would book again!

Laura's place was great. As described, photos are accurate. Everything was ready when we got there. Laura met us and got us settled and was responsive during our stay. The views were fantastic. Sunsets and whales every day. It was about a 15 minute walk to town. We usually walked in and took an Uber home. Uber was very reasonable ~$4-6. The location is up the hill just behind the highway so there is highway noise but we acclimated quickly and it didn't bother us.
