Très bel endroit! Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Le lit est confortable et tout est propre. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Nicole est une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle répond rapidement à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter :)

no hace falta nada, incluye todo lo necesario, para hospedarse, el agua de la alberca es super calentita y tiene horario amplio, es un depa pequeño pero perfecto, Rodrigo contesta rápido las dudas, y el edificio en general está muy lindo, fácil de llegar, volvería sin duda

L'emplacement est très joli ainsi que l'appartement. Il est situé à 10 minutes de tous les services à pied. Cet endroit est exceptionnel à cause d'une magnifique végétation très bien entretenue. Tout est impeccable et très propre. La sécurité est très bonne. L'appartement fut rénové au complet et aussi très confortable. Nous étions 4 adultes et l'espace est très suffisant. La piscine est très grande. Nous sommes revenus enchantés et nous retournerons certainement à l'avenir.

Nos la pasamos muy bien en el alojamiento de Yessica, todo excelente. Siempre estuvo muy atenta por cualquier duda, el lugar está muy lindo y limpio, cerca de todo pero a la vez tiene mucha privacidad lo que permite descansar cómodamente. Es el segundo año consecutivo que nos alojamos y ya estamos planeando la siguiente visita. Súper recomendable!!

The apartment was very nice and well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Would stay here again.

El lugar increíble, Gaby siempre fue muy atenta y con las instrucciones al pie! Nos la pasamos de maravilla y disfrutamos unas vacaciones como las pensabamos La suite en limpieza excelente y todo lo indispensable a la mano! Optamos por el todo incluido y la verdad que valio la pena bastante! Sin duda un excelente lugar para vacacionar! Estaremos muy pronto por alla!

El departamento muy cómodo, sus muebles muy bonitos y elegantes, al agua calentita y con mucha presión sale el Agua... super equipado el departamento, tanto en cocina contaba con bastantes cosas y tiene hielera, sillas y sombrilla para poder trasportar al mar y pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables.

The place was beautiful. We had some minor issues on arrival due to the previous guest breaking one of the glass windows to the sliding door, but they were able to fix the door and tried to accommodate the stay as best as they could due to the circumstances. Overall, they were very helpful and kind in communicating different things in their booking instructions such as restaurants, popular places, etc. The location is in a beautiful area if you don't mind the hills during your walks. Uber was very easy to use and had no issues finding the Airbnb's location. The community pool was beautiful as well. Overall, it was a great stay!

What a lovely unit and a lovely view. Very clean and comfortable, great amenities and staff throughout the complex.

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Only thing left out was how wonderful the staff is!! From security, to cleaning, to restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Spend the money on the private massage!!!

Excelente condominio, todo muy limpio y ordenado, estuvimos en comunicación constante en nuestra llegada. así como se ve la publicación está el condominio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente lugar si buscas relajarte. El alojamiento está a 5 minutos de la zona de playa más residencial. La plaza donde está tiene un restaurante excelente. Las vistas y el departamento son perfectos para relajarte en familia. Un departamento súper amplio y limpio, con seguridad todo el día.

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

This is a great modern condo with everything you need for your stay. Minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Also an amazing rooftop pool with a great view of the bay & Puerto Vallarta. Worth the stay! N

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

I'd go back again to this place! Great location next to mantamar gay pool and a short walk to bars. Great restaurants and beach spots. wonderful views from condo. clean. kind staff. loved it!

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful condo with ocean front pools. Ty again Brenda for being so awesome at your job!!

Sam’s home was – well, the only word to describe it is heavenly! The furnishings, the layout, and especially the views, were like something out of a Hollywood movie. It was lovely to be able to listen to the sound of the ocean’s waves, and enjoy the warmth of the sun without setting a foot outside the door. Not to say we didn’t take advantage of the lovely infinity pool on the rooftop, while drinking margaritas and piña colada’s while enjoying munchies. The pictures on the site here, well, very accurate, cannot capture the wonderful ambience we experienced during our six days at the Orchid. Hoping there is a next time!

From arrival to departure everything was seamless. Loved the apartment, the building, and the location. Javi was helpful and accommodating, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Airbnb! The rooftop pool and view… say no more. The unit was super clean and tidy. We were greeted by Sebastian who helped to get us settled and answered our questions throughout the trip. The bartenders on the roof were lovely and the drinks amazing. Without a doubt the coolest spot in Zona Romantica!

From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience! Upon arrival we were met by Rafael, who was friendly, helpful and always responsive. The unit was very clean, bright, airy and the photos online did not do it justice! Ot was very well equipped, clean, with a nice breeze that flows through the unit - the ac was rarely needed. The private pool and seating area was perfect, lots of space to ourselves. The bigger public pools were beautiful as well. Beach access and you can walk you ways, ocean is swimmable and warm. Gym is big and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, pharmacy. The staff keep track of your whereabouts so it was very safe. 10/10 for everything, we will be going back again and again!
