Absolutely breathtakingly stunning unit - better than the photos! Will is a very responsive host, who’s done a great job setting up his place to feel just like home. The area is so lively and walkable - so many great food spots, convenience stores and of course the beach, within walking distance. The rooftop infinity pool is to die for! My boyfriend and I are definitely coming back!

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Only thing left out was how wonderful the staff is!! From security, to cleaning, to restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Spend the money on the private massage!!!

Great place! Clean, cozy and beautiful view for my the rooftop. Everyone there is also super nice and the locals around the area are so friendly! Super easy check in and check out. Would book again!

Excelente condominio, todo muy limpio y ordenado, estuvimos en comunicación constante en nuestra llegada. así como se ve la publicación está el condominio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The apartment was very nice and well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Would stay here again.

Magical! This was my second time staying and it truly is a unique and special place. Very authentic with lots do in the town and surrounding areas. Cherry and Nic are awesome hosts and you will want to extend your stay! My 24 old daughter loved it and she is quite picky :). We can't wait to return. Thank you Cherry and Nic.

La maison de Ruben a été notre havre de paix pendant une semaine et nous y reviendrons avec immense plaisir! Nous y avons cuisiné dans la belle cuisine tout équipée (et bien plus grande que sur les photos); nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse matin, midi et soir; nous avons observé les iguanes et autres animaux sauvages qui peuplent le jardin et avec lesquels nous partagions l’espace avec plaisir; et nous avons dormi dans des chambres très confortables avec climatisation et ventilateur! La localisation était parfaite pour nous, dans ce quartier hyper calme, proche de la plage. Nous avons pris des cours de Pilates tous les soirs dans la salle de gym toute proche. Et Ruben et Dana sont tellement gentils et serviables! Merci mille fois encore; je devais pour ma part travailler toute la semaine, mais les pauses ont été tellement agréables que le travail paraissait moins difficile.

This was an amazing find for us! First of all, you cannot beat the views. Pictures don’t even do it justice! The sound of the waves all day long was unbeatable. The place was spacious and so clean. We took our family of 6 plus grandparents and over the course of the week never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of linens and kitchen items available. Very responsive if we had a question. The complex was a great location – quiet, but within walking distance to all of the restaurants very quickly and easily. The pool was in excellent shape. The neighbors were welcoming as well. Would highly recommend staying here and would be back without hesitation.

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

First let me start by saying we have stayed in this condo building before so I knew I wanted to stay again. The one we booked before was takin so I found this one. Debra and Blanca were wonderful . Blanca had all of our food and drinks in the condo when we arrived. Quick check in and the vacation was ready to start. Book this place I promise you will not regret it. Beautiful condo with ocean front pools. Ty again Brenda for being so awesome at your job!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay when visiting PV. Beautiful space, spectacular views, perfect accommodations, super convenient location. We loved everything. We were traveling with our two sons, ages 20 and 18, and our 18yo said it was the best vacation we’ve ever taken. We sat on the patio morning and evening to enjoy the warm breeze, played cards and games on the outdoor table, slept well, relaxed at the pool, and explored restaurants and activities from there. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We also appreciated the ability to do laundry. All tenants/guests were friendly as well as staff, plus being very welcoming. We would love to visit again and would definitely try to stay here again.

Awesome location, spectacular view, and the place was perfect for 8 of us! I loved the patio with the pool below us. We used the rooftop pool and the 1st floor pool. It was easy walking in beach, excellent massages beachside, and loved the restaurants all so close. Communication with host was very responsive and clear. I would definitely rent this place again!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this special place. It was so spacious and had a spectacular view. The decorations in the house were amazing and the owners have brought in beautiful arts from all over Mexico and other countries. You have the whole floor to yourself, in fact it was so spacious that we joked that we kept getting lost. It was hard to leave this luxurious place to go and explore. The beach was perfect for swimming, never crowded and the grounds were kept immaculate. Only 6 units so it was never crowded like other condo rentals. A few minutes walk to all the action. There is some construction next door but the noise was only minimal. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. If you are lucky enough to have this place available for your dates, don’t hesitate to book. We wished we could have stayed forever.

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

Excellent host - Rosy was quick to respond and tried to take care of every problem as best and fast as she could. Provided loads of local recommendations and suggestions. The building is very nice - the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We couldn't make any use of the pools in the property because of an injury in our group. But they looked beautiful and inviting. The spa at the top was great too - inexpensive and convenient. The apartment itself was very well kept and well stocked, but was on the small side. One of the bedrooms, is very small with no space to even keep a luggage piece inside. Two of the bathrooms were also quite small, so 8 adults would struggle to stay comfortably. The location was not the most convenient as even a grocery trip needed an Uber. No vegetarian restaurants nearby for delivery or in waking distance, so you are stuck waiting for an uber for everything and that is tough with kids . During the holidays, many places were closed which made it worse

My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

Sam’s home was – well, the only word to describe it is heavenly! The furnishings, the layout, and especially the views, were like something out of a Hollywood movie. It was lovely to be able to listen to the sound of the ocean’s waves, and enjoy the warmth of the sun without setting a foot outside the door. Not to say we didn’t take advantage of the lovely infinity pool on the rooftop, while drinking margaritas and piña colada’s while enjoying munchies. The pictures on the site here, well, very accurate, cannot capture the wonderful ambience we experienced during our six days at the Orchid. Hoping there is a next time!

Nos la pasamos muy bien en el alojamiento de Yessica, todo excelente. Siempre estuvo muy atenta por cualquier duda, el lugar está muy lindo y limpio, cerca de todo pero a la vez tiene mucha privacidad lo que permite descansar cómodamente. Es el segundo año consecutivo que nos alojamos y ya estamos planeando la siguiente visita. Súper recomendable!!

Agustin’s condo is not some run of the mill generic condo. It’s a real home. Comfortable, beautiful, private, homey, art-filled, authentic, relaxing. A gorgeous penthouse view nine floors up of Punta Negra beach… we saw whales and dolphins and watched the pelicans dive for food for hours from the balcony. A fast elevator ride and you’re at the pool. Multiple afternoons just lounging poolside mixed with walks along the beach… easy to pop back upstairs for a meal or an air conditioned nap. Just perfect. Location is away from the noise and chaos of PV — but easy to go into town for a meal or some excitement. There’s a waterfall hike just down the road. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need. Agustin responded immediately. This was a five star experience and exactly what was advertised.
