Was perfect for a large family for all to have their privacy and their space and good areas for when we would all get together as a group. Was a bit difficult for a larger group to be together at the pool.

Our experience at this Airbnb in Punta Mita was beyond anything we could have hoped for! From the moment we arrived, Flor, the house manager, made everything effortless. She is truly amazing—sweet, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was grabbing a snack or adjusting to our changing plans. Having her prepare our meals was one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us to host family from the nearby hotel for a much more intimate and memorable dinner experience. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, with access to multiple pools—all with shallow ends, which was perfect for our toddler. The beach was just as incredible, offering long, peaceful walks and a friendly atmosphere. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, I was able to easily navigate with the help of a translator app and, of course, Flor’s support. I’m already planning my next visit! What an underrated and wonderful spot. This whole complex and unit is brand brand new. We were so taken aback with the insane panoramic views. Two special moments were I was preparing breakfast and I looked up and saw numerous whales jumping out of the water. Then during sunset, the entire home just glistened gold, the sunsets were so spectacular. We group spent so much time together on wrap around patio just relaxing together and taking it all in. Highly recommend and will be back next time we're in PV. Thank you so much Matt for a wonderful and comfortable stay, we loved it!

Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach front condo! It was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the beach, it was never crowded and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely recommend! Kerry was fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication was seamless.

Travelled to PV with a large group for a birthday celebration. Opted for Gabriella’s place for the location and the units ability to accommodate 10+ guests comfortably. Great location, just a quick walk or Uber to Zona Romantica. Peaceful and quiet at night, spectacular view of the ocean, and plenty of space for a large group sharing one unit. We opted to book a private chef through the hosts recommendation, which was great. Definitely recommend that experience. Building staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, wonderful experience staying here.

This place was great! Very walkable to beaches and restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful in making the most of our stay. We loved the pool. The house was charming and we'd love to stay again.

Emily's place was absolutely fantastic. the pictures of the place don't do it justice. everything was clean and well maintained. away from all the tourist areas but only a 5 min walk to the center of town. 3 min walk to so many great taco stands and restaurants and bars. Emily and her brother were super responsive to questions and any concern we had was addressed right away with no issues! all the neighbour's were super friendly. we spend many many nights and days on the rooftop patio! the wagon and umbrella were fantastic for our beach time although we didn't end up using the umbrella. LA 20 bar that was right around the corner and a perfect place to have a drink, listen to the band or play their music bingo (an absolute must). the place is huge so will house your large group very easily! was perfect as we had family members come at different times for a week each! our 3 weeks flew by super fast.. but will definitely rent again from her if we have a large group again!

This is a premier location! The view is stunning and having the heated attached infinity pool made our trip so memorable. The location is very walkable to the beach and activities in town. The place was very well kept and lived up to all the photos. Each room was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly!

This place is absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—tons of fantastic places to eat just around the corner, and the market is only a block away. The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers incredible value for the price. It’s perfect for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great experience. I will definitely be back! Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. Super close to the airport as well which made traveling easier. This a huge, well laid out and modern house in a quiet, traditional neighborhood away from the craziness of centro. We loved our neighbors and the easy access to stores, fish, and restaurants around us. It's an Uber to beach, but very, very worth it.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. We also had a blast with the foosball and pool table. The place was comfortable, well-kept, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great place and Agustin was very helpful with anything we needed. AC in all rooms and the pool is a blast. We stayed here for a week with some friends and loved every minute of it! Would book again!

We had a group six stay at this house and the pictures don’t do this place justice! Everything matched the description and the host and property manager were VERY responsive to any questions I had. Beautiful and spacious penthouse suite at Seibal condos located adjacent to Vidanta. Views were amazing and the patio was stunning. Beautiful small pool on the outdoor patio with great views. The condo has its own huge beautiful pool that is peaceful or you can take their golf cart shuttle to Vidanta pools and beach. So many pools and activities to choose from! Vidanta has the poolside bars and service, lazy river, water slide, adults only pool, beautiful beachside area with food carts (amazing tacos and churros) and palapas on the beach. Seibal does not have any restaurants on site but it takes about 15 min to get to Vidanta restaurants/markets by golf carts, you can do Uber Eats, take an Uber to grocery shop/go to restaurant , or pay $40 to have Ricardo and team get groceries for you, or have chef prepare a day’s worth of meals.
