Very nice and spacious units for a good price and hard to beat something like this. That said I’d strongly recommend it. It’s like having your own home and hope that we will be back for a future visit. Everybody’s nice kind and responsive as well. Two thumbs up way up!

This is a gorgeous spot surrounded by trees with a view of Lake Washington. Seward park is right there for one of the most beautiful park experiences in Seattle. Peach was welcoming and gracious, the unit well cared for. One of the nicest rentals we’ve had through Airbnb.

Fantastic kitchen, Clean bathrooms and responsive host. The neighborhood is peaceful. Overall, great experience.

Nice set up with room for a family, and not too far from Seattle where we had some appointments. Edmonds itself was great as well, and a Trader Joe’s was conveniently located. There were plenty of sheets and blankets and the apartment stays warm. The apartment felt private enough considering the hosts live directly above. The close proximity worked out for us when John kindly came down to check on the fireplace. It functioned properly— we were just rookies and unfamiliar with the set up and got paranoid of the pilot light.

This is the second time we have stayed with Allen at this location and both stays were excellent. Allen and his team were very responsive to our needs. We arrived before our check in time. A quick phone call later, we had a temporary key code and were able to check in. We also needed to extend our stay, and Allen was able to accommodate our change in plans. The suites are well maintained and very clean. Casa Blanca is in a quiet neighborhood and the orientation of the suites make it very private (especially the second-floor suites). The building is adjacent to a busy road so there is some traffic noise. The kitchen, laundry and bath had all necessities for our week-long stay without having to stock up on supplies, so it was a great value. There are a number of restaurants, fast food outlets, and a brewery in walking distance.

Wow, Lipton's house, next to the water was perfect. Every morning we woke up to the beautiful view over looking the water of the inlet. After getting up, we enjoyed a refreshing walk in the air along the waterfront. there were many joggers and friendly people out walking their dogs each morning. it was a great start to any day. the place was central to everything that we wanted to visit. Lipton was a great host. He always made sure we were comfortable and gave great recommendations for the surrounding area. I would highly recommend his place and go back to it again if visiting Victoria in the future.

Our stay was cozy and enjoyable. We loved the house. Definitely an interesting design having both bathrooms upstairs (the upstairs felt super separate from the downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the outside was super nice. The bedrooms were nice. The beds are the old style coil mattress so very stiff. Overall we had a lovely stay and it was only 10 mins from downtown and Moran State Park. I will say if you need a high chair for a small child be aware that the high chair they provide is like the ones you get at a restaurant.

The location is unbeatable, the house has stunning views of the water and is very close to Moran state park, Cascades lake, and Mt. Constitution. The hosts were great at communication and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Orcas!

The country location is a plus, was very quiet. Traffic marginal for those going to and returning from work. Not enough to really even mention in our case. Was a positive for post surgery recovery. Was not a fan of flannel sheets but suitable. Would return in the future.

Return visitor! I'll keep coming back here as long as it's available. Great spot! Has every amenity you need, quiet safe neighborhood, big back yard, amazing! Very responsive host, they really care about the place!

Lovely and peaceful place, beautiful scenery and it was the perfect option to experience the outskirts of Seattle. We celebrated a holiday there and I love how the kitchen is will prepared with everything. Clean and neat place and I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful little cabin on the peninsula! only a 30 minute drive away from port townsend and port angeles, but the little town of sequim has much to do on its own. The wildlife was unbelievable, and the view of the water was amazing, especially soaking in the hottub after a long day of walking around! Right next to the olympic discovery trail as well. They leave a little folder with very helpful recommendations of things to do in the area.

Mom stayed for 3 1/2 months during her recovery and it couldn’t have been better. Easy to access, quiet, and perfectly set up for anyone with ADA needs. The owners are friendly, super responsive, and have set up a wonderful home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in the Bellevue/Crossroads area that wants a short term quiet apartment within walking distance of parks and shopping. If you have kids or a family member with physical limitations, this is a perfect choice.

This was our first experience in a tiny house, and it was great! Location was perfect for the White River Amphitheater. If we come back for a concert we will stay at Todd's place!

We had a great stay at Allen's place. It was very easy to get to and we were met by someone upon arrival that let us into the building and apartment and explained everything to us. Very helpful! Nice gym, pool, dry sauna and amenities. Cupboards were stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, tea, etc. Location was very walkable. Overall, we recommend staying at Allen's place! Thank you.

We had a wonderful 16 day stay and will certainly come back. Front desk staff were always available, newspapers and brochures were available in the lobby and excellent underground parking with plenty of space! Apartment is clean and well appointed. Thank you!

Easy to find, very clean, close to town and very comfortable.

Great location and good for families. My kids loved the pool and pacman machine. The neighborhood is easily walkable and is located close to all the big tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
