Great stay at Rose and Wal's and such lovely hosts to deal with. We appreciated the Welcome note and cold water on arrival. Accommodation is larger than the photos, had everything we needed and was handy having the breakfast items. Hosts live upstairs as described, but house is large and very sound proof - we could not hear anything. Has own private entrance, large deck area and pool. Matua is a lovely suburb and we enjoyed our neighborhood walks - the coastal walk is just a skip and jump away. Thanks Rose & Wal, it was lovely to meet you.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter and Betty’s. The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Google maps guided us down a nearby street instead, but the instructions from the host were accurate and fixed the problem. Peter was very responsive when we had any questions. Would stay again

Place was beautiful, we spent time round the pool and in the spa. Felt like a home away from home! Thanks so much for having us, look forward to staying again ☺️

We had a great week in this lovely house which is located in a peaceful cul de sac. The house is just like the photos - bright and clean with plenty of spaces for relaxing. The hosts were very responsive and have obviously given a lot of thought into making sure their guests have everything they need including kitchen gadgets and utensils, eco-store shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, plenty of towels, blankets and a range of books and reading material. We had a sunny week so the kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. Thanks Nigel and Gina! We would happily come back again.

Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

I met Aimee and she was lovely and so gracious! She gave us great recommendations on what to do in town for the short duration we had. The place was a truly beautiful and peaceful oasis on the lake. Stunning views and gorgeous sunset. The place is gorgeous and the bed is so comfortable. This was one of the best places we stayed at. Thank you so much for hosting us. Five stars all around! :)

Me and my family had a wonderful stay! Located in a very peaceful area in Papamoa and very close to the beach. The place was spacious and tidy. What a weekend!

What an amazing place, right on Papamoa Beach! The house was great, all the little amenities, from the kitchen supplies to the spa-like outdoor shower, helped us to feel at home. Kristie was so responsive and flexible with our schedule. One important note: no microwave! But we were able to easily work around that and we had an incredible stay!

Loved our stay here! Lovely big house, great for large families & gatherings. Close to the beach and lovely neighbourhood & very close still to waihi beach. NZ bach vibes :)

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Large place with big bedrooms, plenty of space for our group. Very easy to find and quiet neighbourhood. Wasn't here for long got in late and left early in morning so not too much to write but ticked most of the boxes!

Great batch so close to the beach. Good value for money and we could have our furry friend with us. Neighbours were great 👍🏻

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Right from the start Jenny was very friendly and accommodating. She ensured our check in would be smooth and we had all we needed. The accomodation was beautiful, new appliances and exceptionally clean. There was ample space for our travelling team, and it was very peaceful. Very close to town & amenities, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet.

We had a lovely stay at the Secret Garden House. The spa was wonderful and it was fully heated for us on arrival which we really appreciated. There was everything there for our stay on arrival and the house was spotless and warm with lovely furniture and decor with a NZ flavour. It was a house that was decorated with care and love.

A quirky little place to stay. Not far to attractions, supermarkets and town centre. Communication was great, answers to questions quick, and the suggestions on activities was much appreciated. Great to have a kitchen that supplied all items needed. We found our stay peaceful and relaxing. xx

We really enjoyed our stay here for 6 weeks! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, very spacious and clean, and a walkable distance from the town centre and nearby supermarkets. The area was residential and quiet with a farmer’s market every Saturday morning. Donna was very responsive and helpful! Thank you very much for making this a wonderful stay for us - we would definitely recommend staying here!

Appreciative of how super clean everything was. Quiet neighborhood. The layout of the 3 bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family of 5. Very close drive to the main area of Rotorua. Highly recommend this place!
