La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Top of the Hill, Coromandel Town

Comfortable, funky, fun living quarters on 6 private acres with native bush walks, large meandering creeks, rope climb, flying fox, jungle gym, sand pit, outdoor bar & BBQ area, indoor pizza oven & bar and a great collection of memorabilia from the 'old days'. All linen supplied. 2 min drive from town, make use of our deck and enjoy stunning views over town, harbour and beyond.

The Cottage

A fully self contained cottage set in a private extensive 5 plus acre garden with 14mtr heated swimming pool, which is available for your use by arrangement during your stay, usually from end of September to end of April. Events and parties are not allowed. Close to the golf club, where you will be welcome to both play and eat, plus boat ramp at Waiau and Clark's Beach.
