Een hele mooie omgeving. Het appartement ligt op een berg en de weg er naar toe is goed te doen. Het appartement was heel schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad was schoon en heerlijk om even in af te koelen terwijl je op zee kijkt Dita is een warme gastvrouw die je een heel welkom gevoel geeft. Er lag vers fruit klaar bij aankomst en ze heeft zelfs later tijdens ons verblijf eten gemaakt voor ons en appelstrude gemaakt. Dus een echte aanrader!

Also diese Unterkunft war Mut Abstand die beste die ich jemals gebucht habe. Am meisten hat mich die große Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer beeindruckt die auch in dem Haus wohnen. Iva hat mir viele gute Tipps gegeben zu der Umgebung und mich wirklich gut betreut so dass ich vieles sehen konnte was ich alleine nie gefunden hätte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. 3 Minuten zu einem der schönsten Strände Istriens. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sogar eine Spülmaschine. Auch eine Waschmaschine durfte ich nutzen. Ich war 4 Wochen dort und plane für nächstes Jahr wieder eine Reise in das Appartement der Familie Persic. Danke und großes Lob an Iva und ihre Eltern.

Perfekte Wohnung, super sauber, alles modern und gepflegt. Absolut die Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Preis / Leistung mehr als gut.

Die Gastfreundschaft von Vedran und seiner Familie war großartig. Wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Jederzeit waren sie für uns da und halfen sofort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir bedanken uns sehr für alles!!! Annett und Familie

Der Aufenthalt war so erholsam und hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Lage des Appartements direkt am Meer mit Garten und eigenem Zugang ins Wasser ist ein Traum. Die Altstadt von Lovran ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht und genug, was man entdecken kann. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Ausflug zur Insel Krk gemacht. Dort gibt es eine Farm, die Immortelle anbaut und destilliert. Eine Auswahl an Pflegprodukten ist vor Ort sehr preiswert zu erwerben. Wir haben die Führung privat vereinbart. Der Ort Krk selbst hat ebenfalls einen hübschen alten Ortskern. Wir haben uns bei Suzana und ihrem Mann sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Appartement in einer historischen Villa. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt, um sich selber zu versorgen. Auch gab es einen Obstkorb und andere Lebensmittel, um nicht gleich selber etwas besorgen zu müssen. Das war sehr schön.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment Niko war einfach perfekt – es war wirklich die beste Airbnb-Erfahrung, die wir je hatten! Zorica und ihre Familie haben uns so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Sie war immer erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hatte fantastische Tipps für die besten Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Das Apartment selbst ist modern, neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die große Sonnenterrasse hat uns begeistert – wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt und die ruhige Umgebung genossen. Die Lage ist ideal, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, sodass wir fast täglich entspannt dort Zeit verbrachten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Liebe zum Detail in der Ausstattung: Von der Küche bis zum Badezimmer war alles hochwertig und durchdacht, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Zorica hat uns sogar gelegentlich mit köstlichen, selbstgemachten Leckereien überrascht, was eine wunderschöne persönliche Note

Simple and convenient apartment with a pleasant private terrace and a parking space for us. Hosts were very welcoming and accepted us warmly. They helped us out with everything we needed. We especially liked the convenient location for autumn walks and swimming - very close to nice beaches, walking to wilder beaches and to the old town along the beach.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Čudovita hiša, mirna lokacija. Super za dopust z otroki. V hiši je veliko aktivnosti in pripomočkov za prosti čas. Vzmetnice in vzglavniki so bili udobni. Kljub nizkim temperaturam je bilo v hiši toplo. V kuhinji je vse kar potrebuješ.

Wir wurden von Tamaras Familie sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Vor allem die ruhige Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara für die schöne Zeit!

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

Super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Sehr zuvorkommende Gasgeber.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem wunderbaren Spa-Appartement genossen. Die Begrüßung durch Filip war sehr nett, unkompliziert und uns wurde alles erklärt. Frische Blumen, Obst, brennende Kerzen und gekühlter Prosecco sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und umfangreich. Filip war immer für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar. Der Außenbereich mit tollem Pool, Whirlpool, Tennisplatz und dem einmaligen Blick auf die Kvaner Bucht war wirklich unser Highlight. Ein toller Ort zum Relaxen. Obwohl in dem Gebäude noch weitere Wohnungen sind, wurde Privatsphäre groß geschrieben. Die Eigentümer, welche im oberen Bereich und nebenan wohnen, verhielten sich fast unsichtbar und auch von dem Appartement unten drunter merkte man nicht viel. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment in good condition. Quiet and very nice location, easy access to the city center, shops, bars Bruna very friendly and communicative. We felt welcome and will definitely come back again
