Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es liegt auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück in ruhiger Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen und dennoch nah an der bezaubernden Stadt Rovinj. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Sie hatten auch tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung in Istrien suchen!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

Amazing house with beautiful decor. If you are the sort of person that values never using the "big light" this is the place for you. lots of space, room for socialising and quiet time. There is even a secluded kids play room downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again 😁

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

Das Navi hat uns leider an eine andere Adresse geschickt aber wir wurden sofort dort abgeholt!! Parkplatz gibt es vor dem Haus oder in der Seitengasse. Alles war sehr sauber und genügend Handtücher usw vorhanden. Es gab sogar extra noch Decken und Polster im Schrank. Putzmittel, Besen, Gewürze und Haarfön auch vorhanden! Klares Puls war die Waschmaschine im Bad!!! Handtücher vom Baden konnte man auf dem Balkon aufhängen. Da die Wohnung im 1 Stock ist, ist es praktisch, dass man im EG Platz für Wagerl usw hat. Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht nur so einen kleinen Espresso Dings 😉 Wir haben aber unsere eigene mitgebracht. Klimaanlage gibt es auch und funktioniert auch super. Die Rollos an den Fenstern waren super zum abdunkeln zwecks schlafen! Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch ist man wirklich in 5 Minuten am Strand - der Weg geht durch einen kleinen Wald aber ist asphaltiert (Stufen vorhanden)! Super nette Gastgeber! Sehr gerne wieder!

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. His kindness and willingness to help with anything made us feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares and is always there when you need him, Oliver is the best choice. Highly recommend!

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

Super Preis Leistung! Genau wie erwartet

Het verblijf van Igor heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Voor dit geld heb je je eigen tiny house met tuintje. We waren ook erg blij met de wasmachine. De locatie is vlak bij de haven met leuke bar en restaurants op loopafstand. Het oude centrum van Pula ligt op ongeveer een half uur lopen wat voor ons prima was. Kiezelstrand op loopafstand. De communicatie met Igor wad makkelijk en hij reageert snel snel. Wij hadden pech met de auto en Igor was gelukkig erg flexibel met aankomst en vertrek tijden. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Veškeré infoermace a foto odpovídaly skutečnosti. Stav dětských herních prvků na zahradě odpovídal popisu v recenzích, což je škoda, protože jsme měli s sebou 2letého synka. Avšak v obci Vinkuran jsou i veřejná hřiště. Jinak apartmán je velmi dobře a prakticky vybaven, zejm. vybavení kuchyně je velmi dobré pro přípravu pokrmů. Byli jsme spokojeni. Komunikace s hostitelem byla promtní a efektivní.

Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos und auch der Empfang mit der sympathischen Gastgeberin herzlich. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Man spürt, dass sie mit Sorgfalt und Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Alles wirkt neuwertig und ist blitzsauber. In der Küche ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um Mahlzeiten zubereiten zu können. Das Bad ist klein, aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Das riesige Bett im Schlafzimmer sowie Matratze und Kopfpolster waren sehr angenehm. Ana wohnt gleich nebenan und ist sofort zur Stelle, sollte man etwas brauchen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Da es Anfang April ungewöhnlich kalt war, stellte Ana zusätzlich zur Klima-Heizungsanlage einen Radiator zur Verfügung, der für angenehme Wärme sorgte. WIFI funktionierte bestens! Habe meinen Aufenthalt bei Ana sehr genossen!

Everything was perfect. Very silent and clean appartment. Very nice welcome and always good and warm support by Oliver. We definitly recommend this nice place.
