This was perfect for our large group. We didn't want for anything. So many options with a view of the beautiful lake (pool and hot tub area, fire pit, large porch with the option to have windows opened or closed). Plenty of space to spread out or all gather together. No complaints here and would definitely rent again.

Great family gathering spot! Our extended family (four generations including 8 adults and 2 children) returned to Joy’s place (our second stay) for Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect place for us to meet. The large kitchen/family room area allowed us to be all together comfortably, a huge plus. But when the hubbub got to be too much, the house had plenty of other spaces where people could hangout or relax with a book. Joy is a super host - very friendly, clear instructions, and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

This place is amazing, super quiet and very private. It made for a relaxing stay after doing all the touristy things around town. The hot tub is comfortable and private, with a beautiful view of the trees. We will definitely be back!

This house did not disappoint! Went for a family reunion with extended family ages 8-80! Something for everyone to enjoy. The great room was perfect for our large gathering with plenty of space for games, kids and visiting. Kitchen was perfect for our needs (some repair issues Clay is addressing did not overly affect our stay - he’s super responsive and helpful!). Table for 8 plus counter height seating for another 6 or so in the kitchen itself. Tons of bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for everyone. 2 showers on main floor, one in basement and one on 2nd floor. Basement is teenager heaven! Poor, shuffleboard, Nintendo and air hockey as well as a bar area with another refrigerator which was awesome for drinks. Hot tub outside on the porch was great. I think our favorite was the deck outside the great room had lots of seating so we could enjoy the unseasonable 60 degree weather! Never got a chance to use the fire pit looked awesome. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!

Place is amazing! Felt like home, once we left we started to miss it. Extremely spacious, amenities were amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Somerset!

We have been this place with other two friends families. House is beautiful and maintained. Unique part is its interior design. Everything was perfect. We will definitely looking forward to stay in future.

We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town looking at real estate. WOW, what great spot on the lake. The view was fantastic. The sheets smell fantastic too! I would recommend staying here for sure. Everything you need and more. What are you waiting for, book this one today!

the house is great. the hottub was hot, the beds were clean. the 150+ foot straight down rock wall to the river, was a little surprising. but that's my fault. lol. Also, the drive in is... interesting 😂 everybody was very respectful so let's just say, I was not prepared the first day. overall, it was a great stay. no complaints. would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay at Jo's Cottage, which was clean and comfortable. We are familiar with the area and have friends nearby, so it was a perfect place for the two of us to have a relaxing time with all the amenities we could need. Mary was phenomenally responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Fabulous hosts and extremely accommodating ! The cottage is extremely clean, king bed very comfortable and even though off highway, very quiet. We highly recommend !

This place is in a great location. We launch our boat at PC park and the house was right there. One time as we were leaving the park and taking the boat back to the storage unit, we just stopped and dropped the kids off then kept driving to the storage unit. It was super convenient. The kids had plenty of room to spread out and play. I loved the extra seating area in the basement. I also loved the big kitchen table. We all ate meals together and played card games. We had family in the area who came to visit and there was plenty of parking available. We had a very enjoyable family weekend.

This Airbnb was stunning! Immaculately maintained, super clean, and full of charm. All the personal touches are just adorable and made the stay even more special. It offered a serene and peaceful retreat for our family of five and was perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, and everything needed. The office space is ideal if you need to do a little work away from home and the Wi-Fi is exceptional. The beds are super comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.  We spent our days fishing, hiking, and exploring the cute little town. The home is just a short walk to the marina, coffee shop, and delicious pizza restaurant. We grilled in the backyard at night and spent time around the backyard firepit. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a beautiful and tranquil getaway!

The view was awesome. The weather was not good, it rained everyday but that was not his fault. (Didn't know the Hurricane would affect us) We had a very friendly neighbor hood dog hanging out on the deck, in which it was hard for us to take our dog out. Other than that, it was a nice place and very quiet. I did lots of shopping in Somerset. We trailered out Harley Trike down and was only able to ride it one day because of weather. Also the King bed was very comfortable. Jim even offered us to stay an extra night because of the weather.

Second time we have stayed here and it is quite an amazing place with an expansive deck overlooking lake Cumberland and a half block from an incredible hiking trail that leads to Needle Point over the lake..

Jeff and Lori’s lake house was more than we could have asked for. We have six kids ranging from 10 - 18 and the many amenities allowed for each of the kids to stay entertained and off technology. We spent many days swimming off the dock, enjoying the kayaks, playing corn hole, jenga, and sitting around the campfire. Jeff and Lori gave a great recommendation to where we could rent a boat and we were able to spend a couple of days on the water too. I highly recommend this property when wanting a quiet getaway with your family and cannot wait to visit again!

Trevor was a wonderful host and his home was absolutely fantastic! He was always easy to reach, quick to respond, and was super nice and helpful. This property is perfect for a lake stay: 10 minutes to Burnside Island to launch a boat, a huge driveway with ample room for multiple cars and a boat, very friendly neighborhood, plenty to do inside if it’s rainy, and tons of outdoor space! We had a large group of ten adults for a lake weekend and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and have their own space and bedrooms. All of the beds were very comfortable. The gathering spaces both inside and outside were large enough for us to play pool, sit by a fire, eat dinner, or just relax together. This is an annual lake trip and we will definitely be looking to see if this is available next year to stay again! Thank you for being such a great host, Trevor!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We loved being able to use the dock for our boat and fishing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by. We Will definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time we brought little ones (5-7 yr olds) who loved having SO much room to run around. Love this place and all it offers! PLENTY of linens and toilet paper are an added bonus 😁

This was the second time we stayed with Marissa. The home is very nice with all of the kitchen amenities that a couple or small family will want. The bedrooms, living room and bathrooms are all well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect for quick access to the lake and is only about 8-10 mins to Conley Bottom, which is where we always go. But easily the best part, is the beautiful lake view on the back deck and from the living room. We had a small issue with not having any hand towels in the bathrooms, but that is relatively minor and Marissa apologized for the oversight. All in all, the home is perfect for a Lake Cumberland getaway with amazing views of the lake and we will definitely be back!

Selina's place was very clean and felt larger than expected. Both bedrooms were nice and the living area was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet, county setting with rolling hills and cattle views all around. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Love this little place! very comfortable, quiet and close to the lake and my family! Great water pressure in the shower! Beds are comfortable. Cute decor. everything we could possibly need.
