Loved our stay with Gina. We had 2 families coming to check out the Virginia Tech campus. Radford is a short drive from Blacksburg and has 4 grocery stores. The house was easy to find, good parking, huge kitchen, nice dining room, multiple sitting areas and enough places to plug in all our phones!! The best part was the amazing fire pit in the side yard. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to this part of VA with a crowd of people.

This was our second time staying at the solitudes pictures do not do it justice if you are looking for a quite peaceful setting these houses will not disappoint . The house is clean views are amazing and location is great. They were very responsive hope to stay again when we visit our daughter at Virginia-Maryland veterinary school

While our primary reason for travel was swim competitions at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center, this property offered a truly exceptional and welcome respite. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness and the overall sense of tranquility, providing a perfect counterbalance to the intensity of the competitions. It truly felt like the comforts of home, with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. The beautiful views were a particular highlight, offering a stunning backdrop that allowed us to unwind and recharge. It was hard to leave!

Great place to stay - great value. Very cozy, super clean, very spacious - great for big families with kids. Super hosts were very responsive and friendly. Went the extra mile to make our stay easy and comfortable. The kids (and Dad) enjoyed the little snacks and cold drinks when we arrived. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we come back to Radford / Blacksburg area.

We had a fantastic stay, visiting family at Christmas! We all enjoyed the arcade games, pinball, air hockey, and foosball. The kids enjoyed staying together in the bunk bed room. We had everything we needed to cook, and plenty of blankets and towels. I love that there is a huge dining room table in the same space as the living room, as well as a large table in the game room, which allows for two separate gathering and eating spaces. The game room has a door that can close it off for privacy if anyone stays on the couch bed in there. FYI - If you have anyone with mobility issues, be aware that the ground floor has one step down into the downstairs bedroom, full bathroom, and game room. You can enter the game room without steps, and there is a half bath there, but there is a step up to get to the kitchen, living room and rest of the house. It would not be wheelchair accessible. The owner does mention this in the safety & property section. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming and secluded cabin with beautiful views! Was comfortable and cozy. Lindsay was so helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our weekend stay!

Beautiful home and very spacious. Was perfect for our big family. We made great memories! We spent the first day playing in the snow, and then warmed up by one of 3 fire places. Crystals home was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a few nights. The appliances are a little dated, but they all worked just fine. Communication was great. It was a great place to spend a few days right in the middle of everything in Christiansburg.

Hokie house was everything we needed!

Nice, quiet location. Easy walk to downtown and the Floyd Country Store. Apartment had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste! Would definitely stay here again.

The mill was a perfect place for us. We love history and the setting was beautiful. For such an old structure we found it to be warm,cozy, beautiful and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows were wonderful. We enjoyed taking our E bikes out even at 43*! Very scenic and little to no traffic on the road. Such a gem! Many thanks to the hosts for creating a lovely getaway and sharing it with the rest of us!

Hokie Nest was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay with surroundings that matched. It had everything needed for a week-long stay and Karen was great about checking in to make sure I didn't need anything replenished. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. The views from the windows and balcony of the farm and mountains across the street are fantastic. And yet the grocery store and local restaurants in Blacksburg were less than 10 minutes away. A great location and a great place for a relaxing stay.

We got in late! the place is a lower level/basement walk out apartment in a quiet neighborhood not far from the highway. It was easy to find and check in. We appreciated fruit, snacks, water and juice left for us. The living room is large with lots of places to sit so we had our own couches and took turns playing pinball. the kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals. We were comfortable in the bedrooms with lots of blankets and pillows. The bathroom was nice too with plenty of soap and shampoos. We had a flight delay and needed to stay an extra night. I was able to communicate with Debbie quickly and she was so kind. Thank you

Philip and Katie’s studio is lovely! It was so great to come back to after a long day. They are incredibly responsive, kind hosts. This is noted in the description, but be aware that you will hear the sounds of family life fairly early in the morning, so if you are a late sleeper you may want to consider that. (I was up early for work, so it was no issue). Great location on a quiet street, but still walkable (or a VERY short drive) to Main Street and lots of restaurants. Definitely a great stay, and I will book it again the next time I’m in Blacksburg!

This was our second time staying at Angela’s place. Her home is very spacious, well-maintained and clean. We loved the easy access to nearby conveniences and the quick drive to Blacksburg. Angela was very responsive in our communications. We’ll stay here again in the future.

Very cute decor….beds were comfy and the location was perfect.

stayed here for the VT vs Marshall football game. everything was great, easy to get in, simple instructions a few nice perks when we arrived. the house was perfect for the weekend. it is located really close to campus in a quiet neighborhood. i would stay there again.

This Airbnb was one of the best we have stayed in. The apartment was immaculate and bigger than it looks in the picture. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, easy check in and check out and very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable stay. They were very accommodating with us. We were there to visit family so we did not get to enjoy the fire pit.. Also, when we were there the weather took cold turn. The gas fireplace was wonderful. We will defiantly stay here again when we come back up to visit. Thank you!,

We would definitely stay here again. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. On a clear day we had a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley below. Quaint shopping in Fancy Gap. Check out the wings and a beverage at Creek Bottom Brewing in Galax. Short trip to Mt Airy NC. We left feeling refreshed.

There were a few small spiders/little bugs here and there, but that’s kind of difficult to avoid with an older house like this. It was small, but in a cozy way, and it had more than enough room for us! We had two guests but we could have easily fit four.
