This was our third stay at Dave's place. The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I spent a lot of time soaking in the scenery, especially during sunrise and sunset. The house itself was well-equipped and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really appreciated the host's communication – Dave was friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues. When our AC went out, he was on it immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful stay with incredible views. I will definitely return again!

David really has thought through each aspect of the stay, from privacy, to relaxation spaces, to convenient items like robes for the sauna and bowls for your dog. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Floyd is such a lovely place to visit, with lots to do, but this spot was designed so well we really wanted to just stay back and relax, have coffee on the porch, and use the sauna. So thankful we found this spot, and we would love to come back some time!

We loved our visit to Allisonia at Amy and Derek’s historic cottage so much we added an extra day at the end! The New River Trail passes by the front yard which was so nice. The property has bikes to use included in the rental and we were fortunate to have great early spring weather to take advantage. Inside the home everything was clean and tidy and the hosts were very responsive. A great stay!

Everyone enjoyed staying here! Came up for a football game! Met the neighbor. Super nice people! Loved seeing the deer in the area! Couldn’t believe we saw 2 large bucks walking around during the day! Wish we had our boat! Beautiful looking across the lake and seeing the fall foliage!

Blue Ridge Escapes was an awesome place to stay. We had plenty of room for our party of five. There were great amenities available such as a hot tub, a dock to fish from, a canoe, a washer/dryer, and much more! The beds were very comfortable—we had a hard time getting up in the mornings. We highly recommend visiting the Mercantile restaurant as suggested by our hosts. There are also super cute shops there as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and I will be marking this listing as one of my favorites.

Emily’s place had a very well stocked kitchen. The included amenities set this Airbnb apart from all others — there were kitchen, bathroom, and utility closet / drawer items helpful for our stay. Emily spent much effort to ensure items were there, making it feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend you consider this location for your next visit to Radford!

This was such a beautiful and lovely cabin right on the water. We basically sat on the screened in porch all day enjoying the tranquility and peacefulness hearing and watching the river. This place was perfect!!!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay with you!

Charming and secluded cabin with beautiful views! Was comfortable and cozy. Lindsay was so helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our weekend stay!

We had a great time staying at Dwayne’s place! Beautiful views of the lake in the evenings and plenty of golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Will definitely be back!
