Beautiful 1903 home. We were not familiar with the area but a relative told us it was in a better part of town. Beautiful view overlooking the river. It is an older home so here are a few things to consider; the bathroom downstairs didn't have an electrical plug. I understand it is going to be remodeled soon so maybe that will be added. The basement is one large bedroom (no privacy) with two small bedrooms adjoined. It worked fine for us as long as no-one needed privacy downstairs. Loved having the outdoor patio and chairs and use of the barbecue grill. We would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The location was ideal—centrally located and within walking distance of great eateries, shops, and the co-op. The house itself had so much charm—older but well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed, from a washer and dryer to condiments in the kitchen. Very small tidy items, but not worth the words to mention. The place was fantastic. It even had plenty of soap, toiletries and everything we needed! The highlight for us was the fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dogs! The only small downside was that there were no paper towels, and we did have to clean up some leftover dog waste in the yard, likely missed by the previous guests due to the snow. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but the home was perfect for our group of four and two dogs. We loved the communal layout, the safe and quiet neighborhood, and the convenience of parking right in front of the house. Overall, a wonderful stay—we would absolutely return!

A comfortable house just outside of downtown Pullman. Only a couple of minutes to the campus, and still in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

It's a great place to stay. It's very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

This property was amazing. Everything was clean and neat. Bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean with extra fresh linens. The living room was large and spacious for our 6 family members that stayed there. There were only a few things that were a little annoying. First, the hot water heater was off, but Samantha responded quickly and got it fixed. And we were able to take showers and get ready. The other couple of things where the fridge didn't have ice or water in the door and the dishwasher lower rack needs the wheels replaced. Other than that, this is a fantastic property to stay with a large group with your pets. We will for sure stay here again as a family.

Cutest house ever! We had an extremely comfortable stay and the house was super clean! The porch outside was a great place to stay in the quiet and cute neighborhood.

So glad we chose this place! Beds were so comfy, lots of water pressure in the super clean shower, very clean with no clutter. We felt so relaxed after 3 busy days in Moscow and were so glad to have this place to call home. He left us a bag of ground coffee which was so impressive. Instead of going out for lattes we made our own delicious coffee in the room. Our first experience with an air b and b was so nice and easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Kim's house suited. our family perfectly. The fully fenced backyard was ideal for my autistic sister. She could walk around without me having to worry she would wander off. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Great kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub. We could walk to the park or even to downtown. Kim was lovely and responsive on email. I'd love to go back

Cowgirl bunkhouse is very cozy, warm and inviting. I felt right at home having chickens and horses around. I was here with my sick dog who was receiving care at WSU. Angela made the situation less stressful by being so accommodating and flexible with my stay. The place had everything I needed to stay Long term and my pupps were very happy with fenced yard. I hope to come back under different circumstances and explore the area and relax. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodations and the view of the river was very relaxing, with a walking path along it. The house is large and so comfortable with beautiful furnishings. We would definitely stay again!

This place was nice. It's close to downtown and several great restaurants. One of the only things I didn't care for was the amount of light that came through the blind in the bedroom at night. I didn't need a night light...

We enjoyed staying here on my daughter’s visit to WSU. We all enjoyed the adorable little place and had fun exploring Colfax and Pullman. Being dog friendly was a plus for us on our last minute trip.

Doug's Triple Tree Ranch is a great home away from home. Doug is very kind and very responsive to communication. His has a beautiful old farm house that is clean, kitchen fully stocked with any needs may have (please compensate $ any food utilize), cable, WiFii and a wood burning fireplace if wish to use. His farm has chickens, a mule and a horse out back, a peaceful get away. He even thought of a outside leash runner for our dog to have some alone time outside to take in the fresh air. The farm is a 50 yard walk to the local arboretum, minutes ride to Idaho University and short drive to WSU. We will definitely contact Triple Tree Ranch as our place to stay in the future.
