Tempatnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi. Kak Hendra sangat proaktif, bahkan menawarkan early check-in dan late check-out tanpa biaya tambahan, yang sangat membantu selama perjalanan. Komunikasi juga cepat dan ramah. Pasti akan kembali lagi jika ada kesempatan!

The unit is nice and homey, really like the pillow and bed choices, easy access to Central Park Mall (the tunnel is just next to the tower). Hosts are friendly and super responsive, I needed new lamp during my stay and they took care of it immediately. Downside would only be the elevator, which is really busy at the peak hour.

I had a wonderful stay at this place, The place itself was lovely, but what really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally missed the check-out instructions and ended up leaving an hour late, but she was so understanding and helpful, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to find hosts who are as thoughtful and considerate as she is. If you’re looking for a place with a warm atmosphere and a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!

Excellent appartement qui offre une position centrale dans Jakarta avec proximité immédiate d’une station de métro. L’appartement est confortable a quelques détails près qui peuvent être améliorés facilement. La propreté était aux rendez-vous. La vue depuis l’appartement est sympathique, on se rend compte du dynamisme de cette mégapole d’Asie du Sud-Est. Hôte très réactif et arrangeant 😉

David’s place was GREAT! couldn’t ask for more. Everything was right in the place, make your stay with family was perfect! Worth every penny to stay here, because it’s accessible and right in the center of South Jakarta! Near PIM, Gandaria also Senayan City & Plaza Senayan. If i were you, i would not be hesitated to book this place🥹 would recommend and love to come back🤍

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

Everything went well, Nando was very friendly and helped either everything! His apartment was nice and clean, the view from balcony was also nice(even I am afraid of heights). I can only recommend the host anf his apartment! all the best, regards Lukas :)

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Before being a host, it matters most to be human — and Ms. Diane truly embodies that. I stayed here with my wife and children, and we had many bags. Her staff warmly received us and kindly helped carry our luggage to the apartment. Throughout our stay, Ms. Diane was always responsive and went out of her way to assist us, especially since I don’t speak Indonesian. Her kindness made everything easier. If I return to Jakarta, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much for everything — we truly enjoyed our time here. And your staff member was especially kind, with a sincere and welcoming smile.
