La villa está en excelentes condiciones. Un lugar acogedor y bien decorado que te invita al descanso y buen compartir en familia. Muy bien equipado y con utensilios de muy buena calidad. El lugar super tranquilo. Todo lo complementa las atenciones de Jonathan que respondía de manera rápida y acertada, así como con gran flexibilidad para hacer de la estadía una gran experiencia.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Dario es un buen host, estuvo a la orden todo el tiempo, dio instrucciones claras y se mantuvo atento todo el tiempo, en cuanto a la vivienda, todo muy bien, justo como se describe y se muestra en las imágenes y la comunidad de VistaCana, excelente también. Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien, 100% recomendado.

Samuel’s place was just as described. The location was perfect close to pretty much everything. Peaceful and quiet with friendly neighbors. I would definitely book again !

The communication was great and she responded quickly . The only issue I had was the location was in a construction area and was very hard to get back to. The address that was given the Ubers could not follow. Also be aware to fully read the description the cleanliness and electricity is our responsibility. I also didn’t like that cleaning the towels was our responsibility but no detergents was provided. It would make it easier to clean if detergent is there. Other than that everyone was nice and sweet! I recommend it if you read everything thoroughly!

We paid for airport pick up through the Airbnb which was super helpful. The driver was so nice and we did have someone who spoke both Spanish and English. We also paid for a grocery stop which was near the Airbnb. There is security at the gate 24/7. The place was beautiful. We had clear instructions to get in and when we did have trouble it was easy to contact the host/co-host. We had an incident with an intoxicated neighbor which we do not hold against the Airbnb. We contacted the host/co-host who helped that situation with security and police. Luz came over and helped us so much. Luz was amazing and even helped me get balloons blown up the next day! I def recommend and would go back over and over. It’s close to the nightlife, beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. Each room was spotless and comfortable. The pool was clean. We were given instructions about paying for electricity right after we booked and that went well. There were towels, dishes, and shower necessities. 10/10

We would definitely stay here again! This location is very private with multiple gate entrances to get in. The Oasis they are building for the complex is amazing with a man-made beach and pond for kayaking, swimming, etc. Definitely a up and coming location! Dominic was incredibly responsive and helpful.

The location is perfect for those looking to explore the bavaro and punta cana area, just 8 minutes from big markets, and 15 minutes from the beach, hosts were very attentive to all our needs, the security in the residential it’s top notch. The house is well kept and just as the pictures, Will definitely come back.

Jenny is the best and her place is so beautiful. Picture do the place no justice ! She was an amazing host , communication was excellent! Arnel was the sweetest . She sends a recommendation team that helps with everything. We came with a group of 6 girls for a birthday trip and I really enjoyed every minute . The neighborhood was secure and it was in a pretty central location too! We will definitely be back. She explained everything to a T and she was super warm and inviting. I would recommend this place to anyone the views , aesthetics and everything about this place was amazing !!!

We had such a great stay at Obed’s place. The Villa was amazing and Mary was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The beaches are beautiful and we loved Cap Cana. We would definitely recommend renting the ATV and golf cart. It made it so easy to get around and everything you would want or need was a short ride away. We are already talking about our next trip back!

Amazing Hosts!

I absolutely love this place! It is truly one of the best Airbnb’s i’ve stayed in. The house is outstanding. And the neighborhood is fantastic. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. We were a party of six, with two eight year-olds. They really enjoyed the pool and the house. It is extremely comfortable, warm, and inviting. The house is spacious, airy, and bright. It is beautifully decorated and well kept. It is also super clean, which is extremely important to me. It has all of the utensils that you will need to cook and clean. The house is located in a gated neighborhood, with beautiful homes. It’s an excellent place for families and even just friends. There’s a beautiful church there and within walking distance to the shopping area that has great restaurants. You will see people walking in the evenings to this shops. You will also see a lot of people just walking in general. We love this place and will definitely come back! Thank you Carlos ❤️

The villa was perfectly appointed, with an extremely well stocked kitchen, linens, and towels. The pool with its waterfall was even better than the photos suggest. The resort was perfect for running and jogging, and easy to get to the clubhouse for golf lessons and a swim. It was quiet, private and extremely clean. We will return, for sure.

My family & I had a FANTASTIC stay in Gary's Villa. The beds were beyond comfortable, house was very clean, perfectly located to the club & golf and Gary was very helpful and responsive. The hidden gem to this house though is, Yaneli!! She is 10/10- PERFECTION. Not once the whole week did she skip a beat. Clean towels everyday. Made beds everyday. Clean kitchen. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. And the best part... the meals that she prepares!!! Lasagna, Dominican Chicken & breakfasts!!! All around fantastic stay. We are already looking to come back!!!

I will be back to stay here again. The hosts were responsive at all times (even the late hours) to assist with our needs. The home is so beautiful. Just a note: security is very strict on access to the neighborhood (a safety measure you will appreciate). If you plan on using Uber be sure to get your Driver’s Watsapp number. It will make pickup so much easier! All in all this was a pleasant stay and I will be back very soon.

Arianna is a great host. She put us in touch with the taxi, golf cart rental, made restaurant recommendations, private chef dinner. Her recommendations were all great. The villa was just like in the pictures. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and two kids. Any minor issues that we had were quickly resolved by Arianna or Mary. The location was great. We rented two golf carts which was all we needed to get around Cap Cana. The beach was a 3-4 minute ride. We loved the area so much. It was never really crowded even though we visited during New Years' week. We felt very safe the entire time. We would definitely be back and would not hesitate to come back to a place hosted by Arianna!

Newton was an amazing host! Effective and fast communication. The place was also amazing and beautiful. I enjoyed my entire stay, will definitely book again!

Hosts were amazing! Villa is also beautiful and very comfortable. We were there for 4 weeks and enjoyed every moment! We had a medical issue and Lourdes booked an appt for us since we cannot speak Spanish. The medical appt went well and easy to locate. Beds were very comfortable too, which is so important to me! Loved the pool in the back yard, it was used a lot during our 4 week stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone :)

La villa es verdaderamente preciosa! Muy amplia, éramos un grupo grande y todos estuvimos cómodos. Es un poco alejada pero llegan las aplicaciones de taxi sin problema así que considero que te puedes movilizar fácilmente. Los anfitriones fueron amables y respondieron rápidamente a cualquier consulta. A toda mi familia le encantó!

Excellent private property with car parking and swimming pool. 10 mins to Macao beach and about 20 mins drive to Punta Cana. House was spotless with new furnitures and had lots of space. Franklin responded on time. Yosse gave us the keys and made us feel like home throughout the stay. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Thanks for hosting us and a late check out helped a lot to get to airport etc . We had a great stay. felt very much like home !

Spent a week with friends and family. The owner had everything in order before we got there and was super responsive when we needed something.

Great location ; I felt like it was in the center of everything and if something was a little far it wasn’t a bad drive at all. The electricity was a fair price . Just make sure to turn everything off and you should be good . The host Dev was great and very helpful! Gave great recommendations on things to do and help on the house .
