Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera : locations d'appartements de vacances

Angel’s place is great if you want somewhere close to beaches without the fuss or price of an all inclusive. I stayed there with several friends and it was great to have a kitchen and living areas where we could all hangout instead of separate hotel rooms. We could comfortably walk to several beaches or catch the bus just outside the neighborhood. We felt very safe the whole time as well. The only potential drawback is none of the appliances are fancy or state of the art but that’s not what we were looking for. Angel made our stay very comfortable and provided many resources from booking tours to finding reliable transportation. He was very kind and always responded quickly. He went above and beyond to help us out and made us feel very welcome in Cancun.

Great relaxing place in the rather bustling Isla Mujeres. Get a golf cart for this location then you will have a great time. Food at restaurant has good food.

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

Estamos muy agradecidos, en todos momentos estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada !!!… el departamento hermosísimo !!! Todo impecable . Muchísimas gracias nos vemos prontito

Excelente ubicación, cerca de zona hotelera tanto en transporte público como en auto, la limpieza y funcionamiento de las instalaciones muy bueno, si regreso a Cancún regresaría a hospedarme aquí.

Great place, great hosts, great stay overall. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Everything was easy and the hosts were a pleasure to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend.

Excelente alojamiento en una zona muy tranquila, muy cercana a varios supermercados, restaurantes y el centro, y a un pequeño viaje en carro o camión de la zona hotelera, definitivamente es una muy buena opción

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place. He was a very responsive host, who messaged me before I got to the island and stayed in touch the entire time and also sent helpful pictures and videos for our stay. The location is great with the most beautiful view.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

Una excelente opción para llegar en pareja, el lugar es muy tranquilo todo está muy cerca y el anfitrión siempre pendiente de cualquier duda al momento querer hacer el check-in

Thank you for having us. The Jonathan’s place was one of the nicest and cutest we’ve been in Mexico. It’s very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. For the very first sight it’s well maintained. There is a cute front yard. Jonathan also let us to do late check out as our flight was late in afternoon. Highly recommended for staying there!

El departamento tal cual como en las fotos, los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente y las personas muy amables en todo momento ☺️ La ubicación igual está perfecta si viajas por tu cuenta, establecimientos muy cerca Sin duda lo recomendamos ☺️

Mami was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She was proactive and responsive for every and any query. She recommended a lovely driver from the airport. She provided beach chairs and cooler for day trips to the beach. The condo is so cozy and has great amenities including washer/dryer. We loved the sunny balcony, the comfy beds, the 4 bathrooms, and the gorgeous views from the rooftop pool. The gym is great. The outdoor mall across the street has a variety of good food options, a couple coffee shops, and good shopping. We felt very safe. The only down side was that there wasn't a neighbourhood feel. It is more like a secure compound. We also found a great little car rental place (Jolly Car Rental) who delivered to the condo and included drop off at the airport. We look forward to a return visit.

Fantastic Stay in Cancun! We had an amazing time staying in this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed; with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and more. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony facing the ocean. The view was absolutely priceless, and we spent time just enjoying the ocean sounds. The swimming pool area and beach were fantastic for relaxing or taking a dip. We arrived earlier than expected, but our host Nancy was very thoughtful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned before check-in. The location couldn’t have been better! Supermarkets, stores, and restaurants were all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was easy, she was always responsive. We highly recommend this place in Cancun! We will definitely come back.

Me encantó quedarme aquí! Me sentí súper cómoda, está igualito a las fotos, la vista preciosa, cómodo, camas super ricas, trae muchas cosas para que puedas cocinar, también trae lavadora y secadora de ropa, kit de baño, toallas, etc. está súper completos, en buena zona, con una plaza alado para que puedas ir a pasear, estacionamiento, alberca enorme. La verdad está de 10/10 me volvería a quedar mil veces más. El único detalle que le encuentro, pero que se puede arreglar es el agua. El boiler se tarda por lo menos 20 minutos en calentar, al principio el agua sale helada y se tarde bastante en ponerse caliente, después se pone caliente pero el agua caliente te dura como 5 minutos y ya se pone fría de nuevo. Como comenté, se puede arreglar ese problema. Recomiendo mucho este depa! 😁😁

Amazing apartment right on the beach with a beautiful view! The location is very convenient and walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean, well maintained and had a great shower. Eduardo is a great host and communicated promptly providing clear instructions for check-in and check out. Recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Departamento súper agradable y cómodo, te siente como en casa , hellen siempre atenta y súper amable. Condominio bonito, albercas amplias, limpias y zona agradable ( aunque, el personal del condominio guardias y de más… súper payasos me incomodaron en algunas ocasiones, no te dejaban están agusto en la alberca ya que todo el tiempo están sobre de ti viendo que haces y que no haces, el guardia de la caseta nefasto, nada agradable el tipo.) Perooo yo recomiendo mucho a hellen y su departamento por que sinceramente te siente en casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tus días agradables y ella y su hermana heidi pufff súper amables y atentas, excelentes personas. Tip: los camiones que ella me recomendó, súper te llevan a la zona hotelera y súper barato, súper seguros, nada complicado ir y venir. (. Ruta R2 15 Nichupté . )

This Airbnb was perfect for our weekend getaway at the beach! The space was clean and the hosts were very helpful with everything we needed! 10/10 recommend :)
