Alojamiento cómodo, bonito, limpio, muy práctico y la terraza increíble para hacer carne asada. Fácil de llegar y salir a av. principales. Buena comunicación con Arrendador. Espacioso, lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería a utilizar el servicio. Gracias. Tuvimos una estancia muy felices.

For one month this place was our home and it couldn’t be any better. It has everything we needed for a long, comfortable and safe stay with a little kid. The apartment is in good conditions, looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect. A lot of stores, restaurants, places to walk within walking distance. Diana is a very responsive host, always there to answer all your questions and help with everything you ask. I definitely recommend this host! We will come back100%

Great fully-equipped beautiful apartment with walkout to the shared pool area. Grabbing an Uber to go to the beach or the malls was very easy. Note that the King bed is on the hard side so it takes some time to get used to. You may want to request a mattress cover or padding prior to your visit. Also you will need to bring your own shampoo. My short stay was amazing! The bedroom is beautiful, natural light enters just beautifully while not being overbearing. The bed itself is comfy and the room is spacious. I enjoyed the bathroom equally, mainly due to the hot water but it’s nice too. The living room and kitchen feels much larger than it appears. This was a plus for me as I worked remotely and often found myself just standing by the kitchen or sitting on the couch and this was enough to keep me from going to my favorite place around the home, the patio. The patio, is where I spent my evenings and afternoons at for the two days I was there. It’s not just spacious but comfortable and complementary to the home feel. My night caps ended with de-plugging the cord to turn off the lights that hang above the comfy seating. 110% Recommend! Location is around the (long) corner from Las Americas Mall and the neighborhood is very quiet with a park 50 seconds away. Overall, it’s a modern, minimalistic, warm home. Great stay!

Excelente lugar para mi familia y para mí, espacios amplios, acabados muy buenos, muy buen equipamiento, bastante recomendable por precio, ubicación y calidad. El anfitrión siempre atento y en todo momento mostró amabilidad.

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

Desde el primer momento, la comunicación fue rápida, clara y muy amable, siempre atento a cualquier duda o recomendación que necesitara. está ubicada en una zona tranquila, segura y bien conectada. Me encantó que está cerca de supermercados, tiendas y con fácil acceso al centro y las playas, pero al mismo tiempo lejos del ruido turístico, ideal para descansar. El alojamiento estaba impecable: limpio, ordenado y con todos los servicios funcionando perfectamente. La decoración es muy bonita y cuidada, y me sorprendió que incluso estaba ambientada acorde a la temporada de Pascua, lo cual fue un detalle súper lindo que hizo la estancia aún más acogedora. Además, la casa es bastante amplia, con un espacio muy grande y varias camas, lo que la hace perfecta si viajas en familia o con amigos. Sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes fue la tranquilidad del vecindario y lo fácil que fue moverme desde ahí hacia cualquier parte de la ciudad. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento.

La casa es como se ve en las fotos, tiene estacionamiento. No está cerca de la zona hotelera, pero si rentas carro estarás en una zona tranquila y segura. Luis está atento todo el tiempo.

We had a lovely time and Guillermo is the perfect host. This home was a wonderful fit for meeting up with our daughter and her friend. It’s a quiet neighborhood, other than some barking neighbor dogs, which didn’t really bother us. It was hard to believe we were close to the city center because it seemed so tucked away and peaceful. It felt very safe. Even though my husband and I flew out ahead of my daughter, I was very comfortable with her finishing her stay at this Airbnb.

El alojamiento esta ubicado muy cerca del ADO lo que proporciona traslados hacia otroa puntos muy facilmente. Queda en una calle cerrada lo que brinda seguridad y tranquilidad, cuenta con maquina para lavar ropa (algo que es muy importante) y la atencion de Maria Cristina y su marido es de mucha calidez y super servicial. Estan atentos a las necesidades y buscan soluciones a las circunstancias que se plantean. El baño cuenta con toallas disponibles y botiquin, detalles que hacen una estadia tranquila

Highly recommend!! This beautiful condo looks just like the photos. We had a spectacular time in the house and by the breathtaking pool! Julio was kind and responsive and greeted us at the entrance. We will definitely stay again when we return to Cancun!

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)

Elegí este Airbnb a nada de irme para Cancún. Tuve toda una aventura con este viaje y de verdad sentí paz una vez que elegí este alojamiento. Fueron los mejores hosts del mundo. Fue un viaje por mi cumpleaños y permitieron que llegaran flores de mi novio y amigos. Todo el tiempo se ve el staff de los condominios cuidando y procurando, excelentes instalaciones no solo del departamento si no de todo el complejo. Las aplicaciones como DiDi, Uber, etc funcionando al 100% muchísimas opciones en especial si llegas tarde. De igual manera pasan los camiones de la ruta hotelera seguido, enfrente de los condominios. Se puede caminar muy tranquilamente por fuera y dentro. Nunca hubo escándalo, algo que se agradece. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pudimos cocinar nuestros alimentos y bañarnos sin ningún inconveniente. En ningún momento vimos bichos. Me encantó! Y def es un lugar que recomendaré y volveré pronto.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buena ubicación frente a la playa. Karla siempre al pendiente de nosotros. Incluso la seguridad del sector siempre se mostraron amigables. La verdad es que volvería a hospedarme ahí sin dudarlo, excelente servicio.

Definitely a five star, everything as described, very clean. The view is better than the one in the photo. We were a party of four and had a great time here. We would love to come back.

This was our family’s third time staying here. We feel very comfortable and safe. We love the pools. We used the gym and the paddle courts often. There are many good taco and local food places nearby, as well as groceries. Claudia is very quick to answer any questions we have and she is also very quick to deal with any issues. She is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.
