Un anfitrión muy amable y atento con sus huéspedes

Nice place. We booked at the last second so it was the right place at the right time.

I rented two rooms for the entire month of May. I had apartment 3 and apartment 19 (but I’m unable to tell which review is for which room). I stayed in apartment 4 and had several different people come and stay in room 19 throughout the month. This place was great for me, but definitely not for everyone. It is a small complex right on the beach, away from the crowds at Playa Norte and with a more local vibe. This is what I was looking for. The beach area was small, but I was often the only one utilizing it. The water in the ocean is shallow and there is some sea weed, but I enjoyed it. The water was smooth and perfect for paddle boarding. There was a dock next door to the left which I utilized for snorkeling from and saw a lot of fish. The sunsets here were amazing!! I had a beautiful ocean view from room 3!! There was also a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink and a charcoal grill that was awesome for dinners on the beach. This place is in no way luxurious, but it was clean, was adequate for preparing small meals, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The bed in room 3 was very comfortable, but I was told that the bed in room 19 was hard although I never slept in that room. Room 3 was in the newer building and was definitely more updated. It had a very large covered patio complete with lights and a ceiling fan…perfect for reading and lounging. Room 19 was overlooking the pool and was quite a bit smaller, but it was also cheaper. Staff members were very friendly but didn’t speak much English. They were very responsive when communicating through the app, though. There is a beach club next door (Nomads )that also has god and very affordable food…I ate there many times (try the pizza and the tuna tartare). One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the pool. The area was nice and it looked newer, but for the first several weeks I was there, the water level was below the level of the skimmer and the filter wasn’t working, so the water was murky and dingy. This issue was resolved by the end of my stay, though. I think they did some work on it around the third week I was there, and the water was nice and clean after that. Know that this place is by no means a 4 star resort, however, for me it was 5 stars based on the value for the money. I think I received a pretty good discount by staying for a month.

Me agrado mucho la estancia, tiene una vista increíble !!! Esta perfecta la ubicación, se encuentra a unos pasos de toda la vida nocturna, me encanto! Voy a volver 100%

We enjoyed our stay, we would’ve preferred to stay in Unit 1516, but was glad to stay in the smaller unit for the last night. We appreciate Jorge willing to accommodate us so well.

Nos encantó! Felices de haber pasado unos días en el depa de Nico. Nos sentimos como en casa. El depa está súper bien ubicado, la playa es hermosa, los atardeceres son espectaculares. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Desde el día uno, todo fue muy práctico, la comunicación muy buena y estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras dudas y necesidades. Súper recomendado para familias. El ambiente es familiar, muy tranquilo. Definitivamente, nos volveremos a hospedar en el depa de Nico. Muchas gracias por toda su ayuda y detalles. Qué Dios los bendiga.

Muy buena atención, un lugar muy tranquilo, plazas cerca, lo único malo fue que se apagaba el boiler, sin embargo, Alessandra arregló el problema. Muy recomendable y cerca de muchos lugares.

We had an incredible stay! Rosario ended up switching us to an apartment at the Garza Blanca resort and we loved every minute of it. The apartment was above and beyond our expectations! We even got an upgrade to an ocean front room in the last week of our trip. Great communication and can definitely recommend staying here!!

The place was great, just keep in mind that is a house in front of the sea, it has laundry that u need to paid, the staff is great super helpful and friendly, specially Mr Delfino whatever u need ask him his cool, there’s markets, bars inside the private complex and is close to the Hotel Zone so u can request an uber. Everything was great if you see some rust in some metallic things again remember is a house in front of the sea so as you know the salt in the air is getting to the house but still everything was great the place is amazing and u can get Uber eats and there’s 2 markets close to the complex u can walk.

Excelente hospedaje para viajar en familia, el lugar es tal como las fotos, súper cómodo, con todos los servicios de supermercados, gasolineras, restaurantes y farmacias cerca. A 10 km de la playa y del centro de Cancún, accesible a los diferentes destinos turísticos de la zona. Odette se comunica muy rápido con uno y le apoya en consultas o dudas del hospedaje o recomendaciones en la zona. Lo recomiendo y regresaría de nuevo con mi familia.

The pictures of Frank's place are accurate. The apartment is lovely, well kept, very clean. The place was quiet and a wonderful getaway. Frank was responsive, friendly and definitely addressed anything we raised or needed, always in a friendly, prompt and understanding way. You won't be sorry to book this place, it really is lovely and we always felt safe and comfortable in the area. If I had to change anything, it would be that it would be great to have screens on the doors to the outside so that they could be left open to enjoy the amazing, cool sea breeze. Also, if you're really tall, the bed seemed a little short to us, so it's definitely something to ask about before you book. I should add that the daily cleaning was awesome (made our working vacation seem more like a vacation) and the people who we dealt with like the woman who cleaned our apartment and the security guard of the condo complex were super friendly and wonderful. All in all, it was great!

2nd time at Karens place, 10/10 5 Stars ***** Amazing place and the perfect host, with great attention to detail. Very kindly Karen even left some food treats for my dog Bambu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! :)

El departamento es cómodo, queda como a 10 minutos caminando al servicio de transporte público que te lleva a la zona hotelera. Es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y tiene aire acondicionado. Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro

Lägenheten var både rymligt och väldigt fint, med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Servicen var utmärkt – personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet hade också ett bra läge. Jag rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

Recomendado, el anfitrión siempre estuvo en contacto y fue amable, además el departamento tiene mucha seguridad y lo encontramos en excelentes condiciones

This apartment was as advertised. I liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the kitchen. It had everything needed for long and short term stay. It had great Wifi, AC, and hot water. I especially enjoyed the outside sitting area, which is surrounded by plants and shrubbery. The apartment was clean, well maintained and updated. It’s located pretty close to restaurants, Market 28 , a large grocery store as well as small convenience stores. The ADO bus station and the bus to the hotel zone/beaches were both about a 15 minutes walk. The only small problem I had was a slight communication issue. Apparently the previous guests decided not to check out of the unit at checkout time. Unfortunately that issue was not communicated to me. Everything eventually worked itself out and I was able to check into the unit a couple hours later.

Una excelente estadia, no habia conocido a alguien tan dulce y atenta como Nona, estuvo muy atenta a todo lo que se le pedia. Sin dudarlo me volveria a hospedar en este alojamiento, la casa muy limpia y sin ninguna falla

Small, quiant studio nestled in a quite neighborhood. Everything is walking distance and there is a great curry house opposite side of the main road if you get bored of Mexican. In a 5 km radius, there are numerous coffee shops (ritual Coffee), nice bars (despachadas and La coyota) and chic boutiques. All and all the, great location, amazing host and good value for money. I would recommend this place.

Quedamos encantados con el espacio y con la ubicación, todo está muy cerca (plazas, zona hotelera, etc.), 100% recomendado. Estamos muy agradecidos con María, siempre atenta a nuestras dudas.

Excelente establecimiento, muy cómodo, muy completo, la limpieza y el orden excelente, volvería sin dudarlo. Y el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y fue muy flexible. Tiene muchas comodidades y nos sentimos como en casa.

This place is sacred to me. I have stayed here several times before because it is safe for a solo female traveler, GORGEOUS, so much attention to details when designing the rooms and decorating the exterior, as well as the many endless accommodations for the guests like the pool and hammock, seating areas, kitchen area, beautiful stone outdoor sink, outdoor shower, filtered water and coffee, free use dishes..there isn’t a thing Edain and Myra have missed. But most importantly, when I arrive there I feel like I’ve finally made it home. It gives me so much peace and comfort to be at this Airbnb, amongst who I consider family. Edain and Myra have cared greatly for me, especially when I’ve been sick in the past. There are 3 other very separate rooms here and it feels like a tiny community. I am forever grateful for this space and for this family. I will never forget the feeling of “home” when I walk through the door or sit to chat with the hosts. I can’t wait to return. See you soon. ❤️
