Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Todo perfecto y nos encantó. No está tan cerca, pero nos manejamos en bicicleta que es económico y fácil, 15 min del centro y playa norte. El lugar era muy cómodo, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para una cómoda estadía! Esta muy prolijo y limpio, linda terraza, bien las instalaciones, el barrio es muy pintoresco y tranquilo, gente amigable en la zona con muchos lugareños y turistas juntos!

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

El departamento se encuentra en una muy bonita zona y en si, cumple con todo lo descrito, excelente trato del anfitrion y el lugar estaba impecable y ordenado. Sin duda no será la única vez que esté ahí.

Edmundo is fantastic. We arrived late due to flight delays. He met us at the street and showed us everything even late at night. The apartment is private and quiet (not a party zone). The pool was nice, property was kept nice. The area seems safe and the property is in a security gate. It's about 12 minutes walk to Walmart, and 5 to an Oxxo. Several restaurants in walking distance. We stayed 4 nights and would rent again if we are in the area.

Un alojamiento increíble, las instalaciones son muy cómodas e impecables. Dafne es una excelente anfitriona, atenta y cordial con sus huéspedes. Totalmente recomendable.

Läget är bra, nära stränder, restauranger och shopping. Dock förekommer en del störande ljud från omgivningarna. Musik på natten, även högt pratande mm. 4-5 på morgonen från andra boende i korridoren. Värden Natty är mycket hjälpsam och fixar snabbt saker som man vill ha hjälp med. Hon är tillgänglig hela tiden och svarar snabbt på frågor.

Claudia was extremely forthcoming, the pics are what you get and all in all, just a wonderful stay.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Fue una agradable estancia, el lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y tranquilo, la ventaja de que fuera en una zona privada ayudó para la tranquilidad y la comodidad, la zona era segura y tuvimos una excelente experiencia, con la ventaja de la alberca y el aire acondicionado que en Cancún es muy necesario. Todas las habitaciones tenían televisión. Si volvemos a ir, en definitiva nos volveríamos a quedar ahí si es posible porque quedan cerca centros comerciales y les recomiendo que si buscan tortillas, pan, o verduras, afuera en la avenida pueden encontrar todo y si no, hay un Walmart cerca. La señorita Xochitl fue muy amable, muchas gracias por todo.

Muy agradable y la casa cumplió con nustrasne esodades para el número de personas, aunque en realidad pasábamos poco tiempo ahí pues el uso fue para cocinar y descansar por la noche, tomar una ducha pues fuimos con.o equipo de Natación Artística a competir

Le logement est super bien placé dans 1 résidence vraiment tranquille . La maison a tout le confort pour passer 1 agréable séjour et ricardo est très à l écoute des résidents je recommande

Casa muy cómoda, limpia y muy equipada, la zona es muy segura y hay acceso fácil a lugares de interés cercanos.

This airbnb was great! It was everything that was described. The two spacious room and lots of living space . We were two guys so we are pretty simple. The pool and jacuzzi were great for us so much it actually became a highlight for our trip we didn't expect. The location is very much inteintegrated with the neighborhood so if you are not a city person this may not be for you. It was close to everything we needed a great taco and consume spot along with the grocery store next to it. The bus was right there to take us to the hotel zone and back. It had restaurants close by that were open late till 2am. We felt safe even late night- again we are use to city living and still keep aware of surroundings. The best part was the communication from our host cause she was proctive and responsive. I was admittedly skeptical at first of the location, surroundindings , things to do , but she made it very approachable in every aspect. If I decide to go to Cancun most likely return to her. awesome!

Muy cómodo y el anfitrión súper al pendiente

We really enjoyed our stay at Nino’s place and felt comfortable very quickly. Nino the host was very nice, professional, responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and modern with amazing views of the marina. It’s equipped with everything you need. The apartment and the views are exactly like the pictures. The porch is very nice in the afternoon and evening for reading, relaxing and enjoying the nice breeze from the ocean. It’s also great benefits of having the pool and the gym room. The apartment is located in a nice area with 5 minutes walk to the marina and the mall that surrounded with shops and great variety of restaurants. It’s also very convenient and easy access to the city buses if you decide to go to the hotel zone or downtown. With 24 hours security at the property, we always felt safe. Overall, Nino’s place is wonderful and we definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Super endroit, calme et très joli. Bel espace extérieur près de la piscine. José était super sympathique et a bien répondu à nos questions. L’endroit manquait cependant d’un peu de matériel pour la cuisine, c’était le strict minimum. Un bon couteau, quelques bols à salade, quelques ustensiles et verres additionnels ne seraient pas de trop :) Mais nous n’avons manqué de rien. A noter, il n’y a pas de tienda très près (30 minutes de marche aller-retour).

Lorena was our host while we stayed at the condo. She went above and beyond a good host. Any time we needed anything she took care of us. She picked up water when we ran low before the truck came. She brought an extra gate key when we had company, plus helped us with the bus system and more. Our blender broke and we had a replacement that day. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our condo was very clean with a bunch of extras, water, paper towel, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. there are many good restaurants close by as well as two large grocery stores as well as Walmart. The pool area and grounds are very clean and well maintained.
