Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera : locations de villas de vacances

Our stay at Sergio’s place was incredible. The location was great - very close to restaurants, the beautiful beach, and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful. Sergio was incredibly responsive. It was quite noisy due to the location off the main street. Also, there is an entrance to the downstairs apartment in the kitchen/dining room. It was locked and we always felt safe, but it could get noisy at times as well.

Es una excelente Casa y Ubicación, se requiere auto para poder trasladarse, pero muy cerca de Aeropuerto, Zona Hotelera y Restaurantes. Así como súper mercados y plazas. Algún puntos de mejora pero menores

We just touched down to a -20 degree Celsius home temperature and we’re missing the Villa already! The weather was perfect, the pool at the villa was refreshing and maintained during our stay. The ac wasn’t working in the bedroom and even before we could mention it, a maintenance crew came in to fix it proactively. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful. She booked us a golf cart at a cheaper rate then renting in town, had it delivered and pick up from the villa which reduced all hassles. She also brought over a charcoal bbq so we could make burgers and fish. Amazing vacation and we had the whole place to ourselves (there are two units , one up and one down) but the downstairs wasn’t occupied during our stay so we had a very private pool and courtyard. Oh, also huge thanks to our cleaning lady - I didn’t know cleaning was included so was a nice surprise every second day. Highly recommend! Thank you Silvia! Place is huge , very private gated community, Maria responded to all our needs right away … Perfect for a big group , definitely way to big for the 3 of us

Maria was awesome. She was quick to respond and was very helpful with recommendations for tours, shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely return here and would highly recommend for all travelers looking for safe, convenient, and comfortable accommodations in Cancun.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was as described. Steps to the beach and a short walk to the bus stop. We enjoyed the patio and balcony. Jaqueline provided beach towels and chairs and the kitchen had what we needed. Would stay here again.

Bill and Laura were excellent hosts. Clear and timely communication. The house was exactly as described and amazing. Roof top was our favorite place especially in the evenings for sunset. Do not hesitate to book with Bill and Laura at Casa Elegante

The company is so easy to work with. The house was beyond expectations. Ezekiel and staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The FOOD! It was the best food we have ever had. We let them pick our meals and it could not have been better. We had a total of 4 couples, trip for the memory book!

This is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and our family travels the world frequently. The home is so beautiful and well equipped with everything you’d need. The property grounds are breathtaking. You’re gated for complete privacy, a fantastic floor plan for families, comfy beds with wonderful linens, super comfy couches, the kitchen has every utensil needed, blackout curtains, and the home was incredibly clean. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Location is fabulous to Punta Sur, walking to the beach and great restaurants. The design of the home is flawless as well as complimentary interior finishes. I want to live here!!! We’ve stayed at several places on the island and nothing compares to this place. This will be the only home we stay at in Isla from now on. Thank you April and team who make this the perfect vacation oasis. A++++

We had an incredible stay! What makes the villa so great is that its private and peaceful. You have all the benefits of being in the hotel zone (on the south end), but without a sea of people. The pool was not crowded. The beach was right there. The views were incredible. It was inexpensive and efficient to take Ubers wherever you want to go. Navios is by far the best restaurant in the area and its a very short walk from the villa. Highly, highly recommend. This was one of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in with my family of 5.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location was fantastic, close to all the attractions and amenities I needed. The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was very responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Absolute paradise. Exactly as described. Pictures do not do it justice. Four master suites including one on the main floor made our stay even better. Each suite was beautiful and comfortable. Balconies and seating at every level to enjoy the views. Pool and hot tub were gorgeous. Dock provided a wonderful setting for coffee in the morning and swimming/snorkeling in the afternoons. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión muy al pendiente de lo que sus huéspedes puedan requerir. Nos quedamos con mi familia en una de las habitaciones para 8 personas de la Azcapri Villa de Juan Carlos y tuvimos una gran estadia. La habitación es muy cómoda y esta muy bien distribuida, cuenta con cocina donde se pueden preparar alimentos. Muy buen Wifi. La Villa esta pensada como un lugar para relajarse, y todo ahi te invita a ello; desde la musica ambiental, hasta el Spa, tiene un cenote privado! Recomendamos 100% alojarse en Azcapri Villa si lo que buscas es un lugar para relajarte y conectar otra vez contigo mismo, nosotros en un próximo viaje a Cancun planeamos volver a hospedarnos aqui.

Carmen and her team were so responsive to my questions at the beginning of our villa search which really made her stand out. the villa was exactly as described if not better it had all amenities and some great local information shared by Carmen. You 100% need a car here but they make that clear and we always have a car. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a regular pool clean and also house and linen change. All bedrooms have AC and then fans throughout the main communial areas. we found it be to very hot in the evenings and struggled to use these areas. but I guess everyone's tolerances to heat is different. check out was straight forward and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should be return to Mexico. thanks again!

Contrary to the last review, the condo did not feel dirty or dusty. The window tints are darker, but this is likely to prevent the sun facing condo from becoming hot during the day. Also, the owner has added a new ceiling tile, which is why it looks a bit different from the pictures. Otherwise, the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our group of 5 people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, and cutlery. The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. If you’ve done your research about the area, you should be fine. Remember, this condo complex was built in the mid 1980s and shows its age, so you can’t expect 5-star luxury amenities. The pool areas were great, and the condo complex staff were friendly. You’re literally right on the beach, and there are also several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store adjacent to the complex.

Great Location, would definitely stay again. Very responsive host who sorted out all of our transfers to and from the airport and to Xel Ha too.
