Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Mami was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She was proactive and responsive for every and any query. She recommended a lovely driver from the airport. She provided beach chairs and cooler for day trips to the beach. The condo is so cozy and has great amenities including washer/dryer. We loved the sunny balcony, the comfy beds, the 4 bathrooms, and the gorgeous views from the rooftop pool. The gym is great. The outdoor mall across the street has a variety of good food options, a couple coffee shops, and good shopping. We felt very safe. The only down side was that there wasn't a neighbourhood feel. It is more like a secure compound. We also found a great little car rental place (Jolly Car Rental) who delivered to the condo and included drop off at the airport. We look forward to a return visit.

Angel’s place is great if you want somewhere close to beaches without the fuss or price of an all inclusive. I stayed there with several friends and it was great to have a kitchen and living areas where we could all hangout instead of separate hotel rooms. We could comfortably walk to several beaches or catch the bus just outside the neighborhood. We felt very safe the whole time as well. The only potential drawback is none of the appliances are fancy or state of the art but that’s not what we were looking for. Angel made our stay very comfortable and provided many resources from booking tours to finding reliable transportation. He was very kind and always responded quickly. He went above and beyond to help us out and made us feel very welcome in Cancun.

We selected Eduardo’s condo based on the great reviews and were not disappointed – it was perfect. The villa was clean, spacious, uncluttered and located at the upper corner of the building so we had great views of the beach. Towels (beach and bath), dish soap, shower soap, shampoo, paper towels, TP and even a couple bottles of water were provided. We were close to a supermarket in the mall behind the building, a carryout a block away, the bus stop and many restaurants. The building had security and we never felt unsafe. There are a couple of pools and plenty of uncrowded beachfront (unlike many of the resorts). There is a washer in the unit (no dryer). The AC worked well, there was a newer refrigerator and a stovetop. Beds were comfortable, great hot water and pressure. Eduardo was probably the most attentive host we’ve encountered and really makes an effort to ensure you are comfortable and have everything you need. We would definitely come back without any hesitation!

The location was wonderful with the large, beautiful beach just steps away. We walked most places but the bus stop was very close. Simple decor, comfortable bed and pillows, great balconies. Would definitely visit again.

Augustine was so helpful and the beachfront apartment gas the best view of the ocean and easy accessibility to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable with really good AC! Thank you so much and see you next time!

The space was clean and homely. Easy access to the pool and beach. The staff at the resort were less than helpful and very rude when I asked a question in regards to the room because we did not book through them. That is my only complaint. The space was very beautiful!

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

We booked this place last minute due to an issue with our original one, and Andres was able to accommodate us within an hour. It's a great place to say, clean, good area, not a disappointment.

We planned a trip for my 30th for 14 people and this was the perfect stay! The house was so beautiful especially in the morning while drinking coffee. The concierge was amazing and helped plan everything from the travel to a boat day to golf cart rentals, to a private chef! Would highly recommend!!

I stayed with a group of 10 friends at this listing and the hosts were incredibly accomodating. Whether it was calling taxis for my group to get to beaches or ensuring the house was cleaned each day, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The house had a great location, allowing my group to walk to multiple breakfast spots as well as dinner spots for food and drinks in the evening. The popular beaches were a 7 minute taxi ride and the hosts made sure we had rides each day. I would definitely recommend a stay here and really appreciated the hosts' strong communication skills. What could've been a stressful trip with a group of 11 turned in to a relaxing week on a beautiful island.

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

Schön, ruhig und für den Preis kann ich nur empfehlen. Rodrigo, unser Gastgeber und Ansprechpartner war hilfsbereit egal was wir gefragt haben und immer sehr freundlich. Wenn man kein Luxus will /sucht und nur Strand, Sonne und die mexikanische Atmosphäre genießen will, dann diese eine gute Option ist.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Adorei ficar no espaço de Casie. Nós sentimos em casa. Fizemos uma viagem de casal mas o apartamento permite ir com a familia. Gostamos muito da recepção da Nicki. Ela foi ótima dando dicas do condomínio, das melhores praias e dos melhores lugares para fazer compras. Com certeza, voltaremos!

Bethany is amazing! Her place is just like the pictures, absolutely breath taking. Clean, close to everything you would ever want to do, safe location, we cannot recommend it enough. Bethany also provides suggestions of things to do, has private chefs available to cook for you, first class all the way! We will definitely be back

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

Definitely a five star, everything as described, very clean. The view is better than the one in the photo. We were a party of four and had a great time here. We would love to come back.
