Lovely villa to stay at. Klodiana was wonderful, so friendly and eager to be of any assistance. She has made stunning and each individual 'suite' is styled differently. It is a little oasis in the middle of Ibiza Town. The lovely Ice was a special and was a lovely addition to our stay (we fell in love and would have taken her in a heartbeat!). I would highly recommend this villa. This property has one main house with a bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen and living area. there are also two independent suites with a bedroom and bathroom, which could make it ideal for families with older children or couples. The location is fabulous for thr beach or the town (accessible by a lot of stairs). If stairs are an issue on the way back up there are ample taxis and Uber is available. Despite being in the main town, the garden and pool area is like a little private oasis and it was such a relaxing area to sit out in.

Logement très agréable et très beau forcément un peu cher mais c’est Ibiza et tout est devenu très cher là bas … la maison est fonctionnelle , calme, avec une belle piscine et le chant des cigales La cerise sur le gâteau c’est la gentillesse et la réactivité d’Annalisa notre hôte. Je recommande +++

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Elle dispose d'un grand jardin bien exposé avec des orangers, citronniers... Et que dire de la belle piscine avec jacuzzi chauffée où nous avons pu tous nous baigner en plein mois de février. Juan Miguel est plein de bonnes petites attention pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour, lait, dosette café, bouteille eau et vin. Encore un grand merci à vous ! J'espère pouvoir y retourner rapidement !

The visit to Ibiza was for a training and I can only say that we wished we’d had even more time in the house and the beautiful property! It felt like a retreat in itself and evenings there and waking up to it were a delight. This is a beautiful home and thoughtfully and tastefully designed with an inviting, modern, and relaxed aesthetic where you will surely feel right at home. Alba was a thoughtful and kind host and I had recommended it to friends and saved the listing to favorites in Airbnb even by night as I will surely visit again on any Ibiza trip in future.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig und es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Vielen Dank an Alex für den tollen Service! Je nachdem wie die Flugzeuge starten ist die Geräuschkulisse schon recht hoch, auch riecht man das Kerosin. Andererseits haben wir auch gerne die Flugzeuge beobachtet und in der Nacht ist es ruhig. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und wir können die Villa nur empfehlen!

Tenho certeza que ficar nessa casa foi a melhor escolha que fizemos. A casa é muito linda, confortável, com móveis de excelente qualidade. A decoração da casa é um ponto que merece destaque. A localização é ótima, perto da praia e perto de tudo o que precisamos: mercado, restaurantes, academia, barbearia. Teseo é um excelente anfitrião, foi flexível com o horário de check-in. Sempre que precisamos de sua ajuda, ele foi rápido e solícito. Fui recebido por Nancy, uma senhora muito educada e simpática, que passou todas as orientações sobre a estadia. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa. Havia amenidades, como sabonete e shampoo nos banheiros, cápsulas de café e uma garrafa de Moët & Chandon geladinha na geladeira. Quando eu retornar a Ibiza, com certeza escolherei essa casa novamente. Muito obrigado!

Jacobo’s home was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a home from home and the most beautiful garden and outdoor spaces to really enjoy the views of the sea. Thank you
