Punta Islita : locations de vacances avec piscine

Excelente alojamiento, tal y como se muestra en las fotos, es muy seguro y limpio. Está ubicado cerca de restaurantes, playas, supermercados, etc. La comunicación con Jeffe fue muy efectiva. Lo recomiendo, y sin duda volvería.

Simplemente es hermoso, se lo recomendaría a cualquier persona

The views and location to the beach are absolutely incredible. This place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the open air concept. This place made our trip to Costa Rica even better. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the crowds but still be close to everything you need!!

This house is in a great location. You can walk to the beach and are right around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful. We were lucky that so many of the plants were in flower, so it made hanging out there really nice. The kitchen is functional and the AC in the bedrooms was great. Could have done with AC in the main room, as that was still hot despite the fans. The vibe of the house is very chill, although the bathrooms could do with a bit of an update. We had problems with opening the front door. There is definitely a knack! Alex was very helpful and his recommendations were spot on. We had a good stay.

This place was pure magic. Close to playa pelada and some great restaurants and the little bodega store. Our two families loved the separate living spaces that were just interactive enough. The concierge service was a great help in getting local recommendations and booking excursions. Would definitely recommend.

Das war die schönste Unterkunft, die wir in Costa Rica hatten. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet worden, sodass man sich direkt wie zuhause fühlt. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Nebendran wohnen scheinbar Arbeiter, die teils etwas lauter waren, aber es hielt sich im Rahmen. Es gibt nur in dem "Master Bedroom" eine Klimaanlage. Die anderen beiden Zimmer haben nur einen Ventilator. Für uns war es okay.

**Absolutely Wonderful Stay!** This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more. The house is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. What really made it special, though, was the peaceful setting. Surrounded by nature, it felt like a perfect escape from the noise and stress of daily life. Our host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for better communication. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning location, this place is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a great place it is! Beautiful house with pool, everything was as described, 2 bedrooms, 1 office room and kitchen/ living room - we have a family of 3 and had more then enough space, swimming pool was great, while it is small it is deep enough to swim for kids and adults. Everything had a personal touch, from design to garden outs of the house, laundry room located next to the pool in detached building with plenty of supplies for kitchen and washer, beach accessories and separate toilet. There was also 2 bicycles at our disposal, but we mostly just walked to Sámara beach (under 10 min walk) and grocery store ( 5-7 min walk).

It was perfect for what we needed, and the wildlife was magical. The beach was quiet, clean and such a short walk.

What a beautiful, well appointed and spacious oceanfront condo this is. The view is just absolutely stunning. The kitchen has everything you can need with kitchen staples available in pantry and fridge. Even a dishwasher! The lanai is the best place to be with the ocean breeze and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable with AC and fan and the sound of the waves. The pool is very large and deep perfect for refreshing laps. The beach at low tide allows long walks all the way to playa blanca or for drinks at BernarDos. We would love to come back again.

Karen’s place was super clean and provided everything we needed to live comfortably like we do in our own home. Plenty of storage for our clothes and bags which helped the place feel uncluttered. The kitchen included many amenities we were grateful because we love to cook. Everyday we bought fresh amazing fruits and veggies and pastries in the local markets nearby. We were cool and comfortable during our stay and the layout was very nice and spacious. She provided plenty of linens and towels and the charming laundry room off the kitchen sure came in handy. It is centrally located in Samara and one night we watched the night life and a parade from above. What we found so special about Samara was how the people live healthy and have a glow about them. The fresh clean food the air the water is pristine and the people live in harmony with the wildlife.

Mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten (und das waren einige)! Zuerst einmal: Spyros ist super nett, war jederzeit ansprechbar und kam auch proaktiv auf uns zu - ganz ganz toll! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, das Bett mega bequem, es gab eine schöne gemütliche Leseecke und alles was man brauchte. Der Garten war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern, alles war grün und der Pool ein absolutes Highlight - alles sehr gepflegt! Santa Teresa ist relativ laut und trubelig (das wussten wir aber und wollten wir auch), es gibt zahlreiche Geschäfte und der Strand ist sehr sehr schön. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Selbst mit unserem „typisch deutsch“ kritischem Auge, konnten wir absolut nichts finden, was wir nicht gut fanden. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder! Excellent place! It was well furnished and comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Instructions were good and it was well located next to the ocean and a supermarket.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Die Anlage ist sehr schön und hat eine angenehme Grösse, welche sehr beruhigend ist. Das Zimmer war echt top und sehr sauber. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuss sehr schnell zu erreichen und ist es ist ein cooler Spot zum surfen! Der Poolbereich (inkl. Sportbereich) biete alles was man braucht! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!
