Just an amazing stay. Very clean. I’m a little… bougie. But I was quite impressed with the stay and the level of cleanliness, which means a lot coming from me. Well maintained. Great time. Pool was cleaned daily. Jurgen seems like a straight up guy. We had no issues on our stay but I’m sure if we did he would address them rapidly. We were in need of batteries and he had them there within the hour! This is quite the hidden gem. Great value if you’re looking to either A) just sit poolside and relax Or B)treat it like your home base. Use the money you’re saving compared to other similar places that are double the price and not even as clean, and rent a car and travel all over The cherry on top was the groundskeeper, Jenaro. What an incredible human being. When you stay here, feel free to ask Jurgen or Jenaro about what he recommends. You can’t go wrong. Must stay place. No complaints 10/10

La casa es espectacular, espaciosa y súper moderna. La calle es de lastre y si se tarda mucho tiempo en salir a la carretera principal. Las playas cercanas son muy rocosas, así que pudimos aprovechar bastante la piscina y las amenidades de la casa.

Me and my parnter had a great stay, the house is brand new, nice and clean, it has everything you need, very peaceful, great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, mini market. The Host was always very nice, would awnser right away if any questions. We would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

The view, the view, the view. This place is the last one on the top of the hill. The view from the deck was stunning. We watched the sunset with the parrots each night (the parrots also visited at sunrise). The pool was great and our daughter didn’t want to get out. The property felt quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in Santa Teresa.

Beautiful location and property. View is fantastic. Pool area was lovely. Outdoor bathroom was a vibe. Felt extremely private and peaceful. Fairly quick access to town in Santa Teresa. Our host/concierge Fiona was extremely responsive and helpful. Our first time in Costa Rica so a few notes for other first time visitors relevant to this property. The roads to access the house are really rough which made coming and going an adventure. 4x4 helpful. In April, temp is fairly hot and high humidity. The AC kept the bedrooms nice and cool but the main room stayed pretty warm. House is set in the beautiful jungle which means wildlife at all times of day and night. Very fun but also a LOT of noise. Bring earplugs if a sensitive sleeper. A few small issues with the appliances during our stay but everything was resolved reasonably. Overall our trip was fabulous and would absolutely book with this host and property again.

So sad for our vacation to come to an end! We’ve visited Costa Rica 7 times now and this just might be our favorite stay. Single fin was so beautiful and in an ideal location. We came with our 2 adult children to enjoy the week, none of us are surfers but the area seemed like it would be so fun. It did not disappoint. Ate at amazing restaurants and enjoyed the locals. I would highly recommend renting 4 wheelers for your stay. Much easier to get around. We spent 2 full days driving outside of Santa Teresa and had the best time. Be sure to go to Montezuma (don’t miss the walk to the creek that flows into the ocean - so fun!) and a short drive to Hermosa and Estero Chapeton. Julia was a wonderful host and so responsive. She was quick to respond and made sure we had everything that we needed. What are you waiting for….book your next stay here!
