Punta Jacinto : locations de vacances

This location and the lay out of the house worked great for our group of 12. A private space for the late-nighters to stay up, easy access to the beach, a nice covered porch facing the ocean and a big, well-stocked kitchen. There is a neighborhood rooster who is quite committed to his daybreak routine, so if morning noises bother you, this may not be your place. It wasn’t really an issue for us and added to the charm. The construction of the new house is right in front of your view to the ocean so that was an unfortunate detraction, though it was not far enough yet along to block our view. Host was easy to reach and helpful.

The house was great. Layout is to maximize sleeping arrangements, but not a ton of space to eat and relax unless you use the rooftop deck. I absolutely loved it but be sure to realize it is a tight metal spiral stairwell to access. My kids also loved it, but for those that are not highly mobile might be an issue. Puerto Rico is the jungle- lots of wildlife noises at night and plenty of roosters crowing at all hours. Maybe bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping. All and all a fantastic place to stay while in Rincon.

I read EVERY review under this house BEFORE renting it & found I would take the chance at rent it myself. After my 10 day stay, I can say this was the most pleasant/peaceful experience ever. Kevin responds QUICKLY anytime I reach out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Nobody bothers anybody. The house was clean and EXACTLY as described. I had a blast here with my brothers. Not one issue. Washing machine, bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, Air conditioning, TV, ALL of it was perfect. I have no complaints. I just hope this is still listed next time I come to puerto rico for the same price. between me and my two brothers splitting the cost between us three for the 10 night stay…. i felt guilty for how good the deal was. no lie. I think applebees charges more for a good night out then kev does for a good night here. I highly recommend. I read every review, dont listen any negative ones. im sure those people didnt communicate or read the description correctly. cause i can vouch for this crib.

We had a beautiful stay with Robert and Raquel! They were extremely kind, responsive, and provided us with local recommendations. We were thrilled that they provided us with a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel gear. As for the place, it was super clean, perfectly located with a great view, and the AC worked wonderfully. The bed was also very comfortable and spacious. Planning on returning in the future, thank you:)

Gorgeous beach house, fully equipped for a great time in Parguera. Absolutely recommended!

Cristina's upstairs apartment is just wonderful. A perfect little place to stay beachside in Rincon. Two of us stayed and we loved each having our own bedroom. Beds were very clean and comfortable, A/C worked very well, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make quesadillas and cut up fresh fruit from the fruit stand up the street. The huge porch, beach gear to use, outdoor shower, and smart TV were wonderful amenities. Hearing the waves from the ocean, seeing the sunsets, and visiting the local eateries were how we spent our days. We also drive down to visit the Parguera bioluminescent bay one night. Our favorite local areas were Playa Dona Lala a short walk down the beach, and the Acai bowls at the Beach Cafe. Cristina was very helpful with clear instructions and local recommendations. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. This place is a wonderful beach side stay!

This condo is a great place to stay for a girls trip. It is super cute and cozy. The apartment is nicely decorated and it matched the description and pictures. The sunsets from the balcony are out of this world. Renting a car is a must on the west side and this condo is close to all the popular beaches. Katrina is always responsive and a great host. It is a nice place to bond with your close friends.
