Le logement offre une belle intimité en ayant la cours intérieur. Une belle espace pour profiter du Rbnb. San pancho est vivante tout en étant calme et chaleureuse. Nous avons fait des belles rencontres , passer du bon temps à la plage et toujours très bien manger. Le Rbnb as tout ce qu’il faut pour allez à la plage.

A very beautiful home and the pool is great. Kitchen was easy to cook in and beds were comfortable. We were there 10 days and a house cleaner came twice. Host was very responsive and helpful. There is construction noise during the week and the host is honest about this. I think you won’t find a place in Sayulita that doesn’t have construction noise as it is a growing city. The home is difficult to find. Put in the name of house in Google Maps to locate it - just the street address will take you to the wrong building with the same address.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

Wow, Justin’s place was paradise! We were there for four weeks and it was so comfortable, so accommodating, so very pleasant! The pool was great, as well as the well-cared for, beautiful garden. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen very well appointed. We wanted for nothing! A perfect, delightful stay. Thank you, Justin and Melissa!❤️

Right from booking to our stay Gabriela made it seamless. We were travelling with 2 dogs and she even offered snacks for our mutts and detailed where we could take them for a walk! I will book again and the proximity to the airport was a plus. The house was very clean and any problem we had Gabriela was only a text message away and the response time was quick.

Great place! Lots of common space for hanging out inside and outside, bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and comfy. Great location for exploring town and getting to the beach. Briana was a responsive and helpful host!

Un lugar increíble, disfrutas de la tranquilidad de la selva y unas vistas hacia el océano inigualables. El camino para llegar se transita mejor si vas en camioneta porque literal estás en la montaña. La propiedad es grande y espaciosa, la alberca muy linda. No está tan cerca de la playa, tienes que trasladarte como 15 minutos en auto y el camino es difícil en automóvil. La atención de los anfitriones es muy buena, se comunicaron en todo momento y estuvieron muy dispuestos a satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y alejarte del bullicio de la ciudad o la gente. Muy buen lugar para relajarse y vivir tiempo de reconexión con la naturaleza.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. Super close to the airport as well which made traveling easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

La casa estaba muy limpia, todo ordenado, la alberca se ve más pequeña en fotos, solamente que en uno de los baños, el escusado no tenía tapa y nunca fueron a ponerla, la chica que limpiaba me dijo en varias ocasiones que iban a ir, pero nunca fueron. Todo lo demás excelente.

Our experience at your Marina Del Rey penthouse was one of a kind! From the moment we got there we felt the PV MARINA vibe!! From one side you have the spectacular view of the Marina and from the other side you get the beautiful view of the city! This beautiful high ceiling, spacious 4 bedroom 4 bath penthouse is sure to accommodate your every need. The big screen TV was a plus, the air conditioning kept us nice and cool inside since the temperature outside was nice, warm and toasty. The beautiful pool was a hit to cool off and tan!! The best part is the location!! A variety of Delicious Restaurants and bars are all along the strip right outside the complex. The accessibility was amazing! Ubers and taxies are always on standby ready to get you where you want to go. Communicating with management was very easy. They quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this AirBNB to anyone who is looking for a comfortable spacious condo. Looking forward to revisiting.

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

peaceful and private, yard with hammock, comfortable king bed. loved it, so much better than the hassle of Condominium in the area. will stay again if I have the opportunity. spent about 2.5 weeks and it's such a quiet area no traffic noise. thanks again

Stayed for one week in late November 2022 as a multi-generational family of 10. Seamless pick up and check in. We were greeted twice by Claudia and once by Harry, who gave us a tour of the beautiful place. The listing is 100% accurate, and Harry's place lives up to those pics...such a nice place with beautiful views everywhere. The sound of the waves, and the fresh air, beautiful sunsets, the wildlife, and perfect temperatures can't be captured in the photos. A perfect place to return home to after touring. Ample private space for all, completely equipped. Everything worked. Always felt safe The pool and beach were excellent, and never busy. Staff at the property were friendly and efficient. Not much around walkable, but very easy to get cabs even for 10. And lastly, the hosts - Harry and Claudia, and Marisela (who cooked two delicious meals for us) were all excellent hosts! For a large group, excellent value for cost. Would stay again if opportunity arises. Thanks and Bravo!

We travel frequently and always rent villas instead of condos. This was only the second time we rented a villa with full time staff. I always worry that they will be intrusive and impede feeling free and private. Mary and Karen were virtually invisible. I don't know how they accomplished it, but they were amazing. They prepared most of our meals and it was way better than any restaurant we tried in town. The house is one very short block away from the beach. You can hear the ocean and we didn't even bother to wear flip-flops to go back and forth. It was hard to get our teenage kids to leave the pool, which was heated round the clock and we stayed in there each night star-gazing for hours. The house is amazingly well appointed, authentic in style while modern in amenities. Shane was fantastic in booking us excursions, making great recommendations and being very very responsive on things we should not have even bothered her with. Truly a seamlessly run villa in all respects.

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

El mejor alojamiento en el que me he hospedado, mi esposa y mi perro lo disfrutaron mucho. las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado lo cual refresca mucho el alojamiento. la alberca esta impecable y perfecta para relajarte un rato. definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos ampliamente el lugar. Perfectly situated just outside the hum of town, this little house is an ideal retreat after a short walk to the beach or spending hours enjoying all that San Pancho offers. The kitchen provides just enough to make cooking meals possible after a stop at a nearby store for the essentials. The bed is medium-firm and comfortable - I have a bad back and had no issues after 2 weeks. The patio is enchanting, with privacy, dappled light, and lots of plants. Spending cooler evenings out there is an easy routine to acquire. The palapa rooftop is another fabulous space to relax in with amazing views. We loved everything about this place, especially being far enough away from the noisy late night music, which we’ve suffered when closer to the beach, but do bring ear plugs because the adorable free-roaming roosters love to sing (all over town!)
