We spent a month in Patricia's beautiful condo which was perfect for 2 people. The linens, towels, appliances, cutlery and dishes and the furniture were very clean and in great condition. The view from the balcony looking out over the beach and bay is gorgeous and on many occasions, we were able to see whales jumping. We especially loved the rooftop pool - warm water and an outstanding view of Puerto Vallarta in both directions. Patricia is a wonderful hostess - responding quickly to any question we had. The building is also very clean and there is a lot of security around. It is centrally located close to a large grocery store and within 15 or 20 minutes walking distance from many good restaurants in the Versailles area. Downtown PV and the Malecon are about a 35 min walk or maybe 10 min by Uber. We highly recommend this condo and thank Patricia for a lovely vacation.

We loved our week at Patricia’s place. Everything is exactly as described! I can’t say enough good things, there are so many pools- the roof top was also open during our stay and the staff working in the building are also excellent. There are so many places close by to walk including a grocery store, coffee shop (Ola Cafe), about a 30ish minute walk to the Malecon or a cheap Uber. Some of our favourite places to eat nearby were Tuk Tuk’s, Trattoria Ciento Once, and El Punto Del Taco. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! The view out the balcony was beautiful and we even saw whales. The condo was exactly as described and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (even ninja branded appliances too!) We had our toddler with us and we were able to child proof easily and make it safe for her. Andrea was a fantastic host. She replied quickly, gave recommendations and met us for check in / check out. The location was great for being quiet with a toddler. It wasn’t as walkable as we’d like for restaurants (having a toddler who walks slow - but if we had travelled without her it would have been fine!) the coffee shop on the corner (ola cafe) was a close walk and great coffee each morning. Only things I would have to say to add for the condo itself - another blanket. We wanted to be able to sleep on the couch too but couldn’t. The building was very nice. The elevators could take a bit because it was a tower. If you wanted a good pool chair you did have to go down quite early.

Súper bonito el lugar y el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estar tranquilo. Malo las albercas muy frías, y la única climatizada mucho bebé y niño que no hacían comoda la estadía a los adultos, recomiendo especificar eso. Comida rica y buen precio, playa muy bonita

My family of 5 stayed in Enrique's beautiful condo. It was my husband, 10 yr old daughter, and 8 and 3 yr old son. We enjoyed having the full kitchen, three bathrooms and bedrooms, and living room and balcony. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Natcho and Guillermina met us the first day, showed us how everything worked, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed the beach and the warm pool. We were there during spring break, but there wasn't any crowding at all. Temperatures were relatively low, around 70, so we did not need to use the A/C; we opened the balcony doors. Within walking distance is a 24-hour convenience store called OXXO, a pharmacy, and a restaurant. We used Uber to go to the grocery store (20 minutes away), and downtown and restaurants only took about 15 min. I recommend messaging Enrique before your departure to get additional information on the condo's location and pictures so you know where the apartment is.

This unit had a great view…..mostly what I went to a beachfront condo for; great location within the complex. Quiet guests, many older retired folks so no loud music or other distractions. The unit was clean and well-furnished. The host and assistants were very responsive to questions or any issues. There is a huge grocery store (think super Walmart) just a block away so it was easy to get provisions on the way home from nightlife (just a few dollars in an Uber to some of the touristy spots). We stayed for less than a week, but it is a complex (and this unit in particular) that one could be continent for an extended stay. The beaches in Puerto Vallarta are not sugar white as in Cancun or the US gulf coast, but compared to other sections, this area was walkable. The ocean is very close, and with no bugs it was great to leave the doors open and listen to the surf at night (when cool enough not to need the AC at night). Each room has its own heat/cooling unit that worked very well.

Gynna's condo was a true delight. We felt instantly at home thanks to the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Gynna and Rogelio were exceptional hosts, attentive and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Malecon, Costco, and other shops. We're already planning our return to Puerto Vallarta and wouldn't hesitate to book with Gynna again.

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

La casa de Ismael es espectacular y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutarla, fuimos en familia y la disfrutamos muchisimo, mil gracias por el kit de bienvenida y por todas las atenciones y las recomendaciones para que la pasaramos muy bien, la casa sin duda super recomendable, es hermosisima y con todas las amenidades descritas y cerca de una playa muy linda, Ismael siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros para hacernos sentir en casa. A group of 14 of us went down for my bachelor trip and had the best time! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great place that accommodates lots of people. The host was so easy to communicate with even months before we arrived. Overall, 10/10 experience and cannot wait to come back! 🤩

Wonderful place! We stayed here with 3 kids and had a very comfortable experience here. The pool is warm and the kids loved it, the location is perfect, a short walk down to the beach and also close to town for groceries and restaurants. The only note I would make is the railing on the balcony, something to consider if you have little ones as we have a crawling baby and needed to keep that off limits. It was totally fine for our older kids. Very responsive and helpful host and we had a great experience here, thank you!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Oscar was waiting for us when we arrived to show us around his place. We stayed for almost a month and after our first night we felt like it was our home away from home. We were provided with wifi, a nice tv on the main level to watch the streaming services, kitchen utensils to cook with. Upstairs is the bedroom with a great view for morning coffees and to watch the whales. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom, we used it sparingly as the nights cooled off enough for us. His location is perfect. We went back and forth each day across the highway , which has lights to cross safely, about three times a day - we would have morning coffee at Ninos, beach in the afternoon and then suppers in or out. There are places in Bucerias to buy fresh produce and meat for eating in. Oscar provided water refills and responded quickly to our messages. We took a bus trip to La Peñita one day and the Pacifico bus stop was very close and easy to get to. A very pleasant stay with a great host!

Excelente alojamiento, supero nuestras expectativas, todo muy limpio, cocina completamente equipada, wifi funcional, la alberca más grande de lo que esterábamos, todas amenidades todo muy bien, sin duda nuestra primera opción para regresar. Esperemos que algún día pudiera tener climatizada la alberca, por que nos toco clima frío y casi no pudimos disfrutarla, pero todo excelente.

Un lugar altamente recomendable. Elena y su esposo fueron muy amables y atentos. El lugar perfecto para 4 personas con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. Disfrútala mucho del club de playa. Nos recibieron con un par de cervezas y unos jugos que nos supieron a gloria. De verdad muchas Gracias por sus atenciones.

La Jolla de Mismaloya is a gem ! The views are breathtaking, whales passing almost every day were the cherrie in the top. This unit was perfect, super clean, ALL the staff is beyond friendly and they do anything to make you comfortable and feeling home away from home. All the facilities are very well kept and shinny!! The pool is perfect and it has access to the beach. Definitely will return!

Amazing location and breathtaking view! Add the fact that the apartment had everything you need for a day in the beach: beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, towels! Walkable distance to Oxxo, restaurants and coffee and ice cream shops. Everything you need in one place! I will definitely use this rental again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. This is a great condo that is comfortable to stay in. Condo is well equipped. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Marc is an excellent host who responded quickly to all our requests. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing apartments! We were super surprised with the view! Sunsets, ocean - it is hard to properly explain how mind-blowing is the experience! And best part of that - whales, whales, whales! I think we saw them in 13 days 40-50 times at least from the balcony! Rory and Sergio are great hosts! Super responsive, attentive, helped with many preparations in advance and during the stay. Apartments are completely new, area is safe and there is much what to do on that beach - horse riding, jet ski and else! Highly recommended!

Sam’s home was – well, the only word to describe it is heavenly! The furnishings, the layout, and especially the views, were like something out of a Hollywood movie. It was lovely to be able to listen to the sound of the ocean’s waves, and enjoy the warmth of the sun without setting a foot outside the door. Not to say we didn’t take advantage of the lovely infinity pool on the rooftop, while drinking margaritas and piña colada’s while enjoying munchies. The pictures on the site here, well, very accurate, cannot capture the wonderful ambience we experienced during our six days at the Orchid. Hoping there is a next time!

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time
