the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

Izabela är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig. Hon vill alltid lösa saker för dig om det är något som händer i lägenheten så gör hon allt för att hjälpa dig! Mycket bra läge, nära stränder och pool nedanför. Lugnt. Skulle rekommendera en tjockare madrass till sängen som skulle göra det lite mer bekvämt om jag skulle påpeka något:). Kanske lite mer utrustning i köket t.e.x potatiskalare, någon mer stekpanna etc. Men jag stannade 2 månader så jag trivdes bra!! Allt ser ut exakt som på bilder bra storlek för mig som reser ensam. Mycket ljust och fräscht, rymlig dusch. Lagom stor balkong med fin utsikt mot pool och stjärnhimmel på kvällen. Tack Izabela för min vistelse i din fina studio!!!:):):)

Saubere moderne Wohnung. Besonders der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Übergabe mit Barbara war sehr unkompliziert. in der Küche waren die nötigstenutensilien vorhanden.

Danny is definitely a ‘Superhost’. Very welcoming. We wanted to explore north of Alicante when we landed so met Danny around 7pm at the apartment. No problem for Danny to meet us at this time. Danny was very thorough showing us round the apartment. Lots of handy products left be previous guests which was lovely to see. When Danny found it was my birthday whilst we were there he recommended a steak restaurant. After our agreement, he knew the owner and booked it for us, plus we got 10% discount which was lovely. The apartment gives you everything you need and is right on the high street in Queseda so literally everything on your doorstop. Loved our stay, explored the area with our car hire from the airport. Close easy parking to the apartment. Great stay, lovely guy, lovely area. Thank you so much Danny x

Just back from a lovely stay at this apartment. Lovely complex, beautiful pool and gardens ( which the apartment directly overlooks) Great central location to access many lovely restaurants/ bars, the fantastic Saturday weekly market, and walkable distance to many lovely beaches. The host was so helpful with any questions right from start of booking, and as apartment was not occupied the day before our arrival, was more than happy to let us check in hours earlier than normal check in time. Logement plus que satisfaisant, un Steve est un hôte réactif et disponible. Son logement est très bien situé: Proche de la mer moins de 10mn à pied et de nombreux restaurants notre préféré " my Dream" qualité prix et personnels juste waouh. Supermarché 24/24 à 2mn et un mercado à 10mn et tout ça à pied La piscine est top et nos enfants y ont joué des heures... et nous aussi... C'est une très belle location avec tout le nécessaire même pour la plage juste à venir avec son maillot et sa brosse a dent. Je recommande fortement et c'est clair nous y retournerons.

Spędziliśmy 10 dni w mieszkaniu Jenifer w czasie ferii zimowych 2025. 2 dorosłe osoby. Mieszkanie jest bardzo przyjazne, jest tam wszystko co potrzeba żeby dobrze spędzić czas, ugotować posiłek i się zrelaksować.Fajna lokalizacja blisko sklepu i 5 min od plaży w spokojnej okolicy. Jenifer była bardzo pomocna i miła. Zawsze reagowała szybko na nasze prośby. Super apartament w dobrej lokalizacji bardzo poleca.

Very well appointed apartment on a quiet street. Has everything available for a comfortable short or long term stay. Just a two minute walk to the local beach and Restaurants. 25 minute walk to the town centre or Promenade. Great communication with co host Ivan with speedy response. I have no hesitation recommending this well priced accomodation in Torrevieja.

we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad de lokatie was erg centraal we konden mooie wandelingen maken langs de kust met een mooie omgeving het winkelcentrum zit om de hoek das ook een plus. in de omgeving vele resto van diverse nivo kortom een toplokatie. we hebben ook de bus gebruikt naar torrevieja deze stopt voor t winkelcentrum. we konden ook lekker van de zon genieten op t dakterras met prima inrichting. kortom een geweldige vakantie.

We spent 6 weeks in this lovely apartment, which was located in a peaceful and beautiful area. The apartment had everything we needed and a spacious, sunny rooftop terrace. If we needed shade, the balcony offered a shadier spot. The owners were always responsive to messages, and when we had an issue, they helped immediately. Check-in was flexible. Highly recommended

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Had a lovely short break with the family. Theodora and David were great with communication. Check in and out was so flexible. Apartment was lovely and clean and we really felt comfortable and at home. Kids asked if we could go back again at the very start of the trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

The best location in Orihuela Costa, near to the beach and La Zenia Shoping Center! Amaizing garden and pool. Absolutely recommended for everyone. Lilla
