Al Piccolo Nido ti senti a casa,l'host Stefano e la moglie Silvana incarnano perfettamente il concetto di accoglienza e vanno oltre la lungimiranza:l''appartamento è talmente completo che non vi mancherà nulla né per brevi né per lunghi soggiorni.Perfetto,confortevole, luminoso dagli spazi ben organizzati e liberi,tutto funziona e vi è molto di più di ciò che ci si aspetta comprese la delicatezza e la privacy sin dall'ingresso.E'stata una coccola e non un semplice soggiorno.Climatizzazione,acqua calda,cucina e materasso sono al Top. La zona è serena, vicinissima a tutto e ci si sposta con facilità sia a piedi che in auto poiche' ampia è la possibilità di parcheggio. Procedura di check-in impeccabile.

Francesca hat uns trotz unserer späten Ankunft herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage in der Altstadt und der Eingang befindet direkt bei der besten Pizzeria der Stadt. Daher kann es abends etwas lauter werden, was jedoch zur Atmosphäre der Stadt beiträgt.

Unser kurzer Aufenthalt war super entspannt. Wir konnten die Gastgeber stets erreichen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Der Check out war auch flexibler als beschrieben und der Garten durch den Sam der Hund herumläuft war ein schöner Ort, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Sehr zu empfehlen, da auch das Stadtzentrum nicht weit entfernt ist.

Tolle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit viel Platz für unsere große Familie mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zuhause. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Betten waren groß und sehr gemütlich, die Bäder schön, die Ausstattung der Küche prima. Durch die gut isolierten Fenster war die Wohnung trotz der Lage an einer befahrenen Straße mitten in der Stadt relativ ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen konnte. Tina ist super!

Rita is absolutely amazing , very helpful and ready to help you with everything you need. House is very clean and only 15 minutes away from the Gulf of Asinara beautiful beaches.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Olbia at Anna-Maria's place and such great value. Apartment was spacious and really well appointed. Everything we needed for the nights we chose to eat in. The location couldn't be more central but was still very peaceful. We chose to hire a car for our excursions, thank you Anna Maria for the tip! Parking was free and relatively easy to find just on the water front about 3mins walk from the apartment. Anna-Maria was an excellent and friendly host. She was very responsive to messages and gave excellent check in instructions. Thank you!

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Merci à Laurence et son conjoint pour l’accueil et leurs bons conseils . Un appartement très beau, propre , bien équipé. Nous avons adoré être dans Bonifaccio et de pouvoir partir en promenade depuis l’appartement . On recommande !

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Apartment in der Altstadt von Sassari. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und hat eine schöne Küche – ideal, wenn man auch mal selbst kochen möchte. Die Lage ist super zentral, mit vielen leckeren Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften direkt in der Nähe. Wichtig zu wissen wäre: Wer mit dem Mietwagen anreist, sollte wissen, dass die Parkplatzsuche in der Altstadt wirklich schwierig sein kann. Außerdem war das WLAN leider recht langsam – wer darauf angewiesen ist, sollte das bedenken. Abgesehen davon war wirklich alles top, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen! Maddalena hat extrem viele Tipps für die Umgebung gehabt und war sehr hilfsbereit!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Michèle. La location est parfaite et très agréable. Avons aussi profité des extérieurs avec sa piscine (à partager avec les 2 autres villas), sa table de Ping-pong et son beau terrain de pétanque (raquettes et boules mises gracieusement à disposition). Michèle est joignable à tout moment et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement !

Morgan war ein toller Gastgeber, hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alles flexibel gestaltet - vielen lieben Dank! Das Haus ist klein, aber absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen und ein Kind. Es steht auf einem Gelände mit anderen Gebäuden das von einer Mauer umgeben ist. Die Dienstfahrzeuge von Morgans Gartenbauunternehmen stehen ebenfalls auf dem Gelände, so dass man nicht komplett alleine dort ist, aber ein eigener Gartenanteil ist optisch gut abgetrennt und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Auf dem Gelände und im Garten laufen Hühner frei, auch eine Schildkröte hatten wir entdeckt- was wir als Tierliebhaber toll fanden. Nur muss man aufpassen, barfuß in der Gartenwiese nicht in Hühnerkot zu treten. Wirklich toll war, dass man man das kleine Fitnessstudio in einem Nebengebäude mit nutzen durfte. Im Haus war alles sauber, die Ausstattung für ein Ferienhaus absolut ausreichend. Ein schöner Urlaub und ein toller Standort!

Sarahs Häuschen liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer, hat alles was man braucht an Ausstattung und ist super gemütlich. Die Lage ist einfach genial und gerade für uns mit Kleinkind war es super, nicht weit mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren zu müssen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Wir kommen sicher wieder 🌸

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Alloggio molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie funzionante) con un bel giardino/terrazza dove poter mangiare all’esterno e poter fare un bel barbecue. Nota positiva: il check-in et check-out flessibili ed in autonomia, posto macchina di fronte al giardino, un supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi, l’host molto disponibile e reattivo. Nota negativa: la pulizia dell’alloggio al nostro arrivo, andava verificata poiché abbiamo dovuto rilavare federe e lenzuola. Vi erano 2 bagni nell’alloggio, ma purtroppo solo uno provvisto di doccia, e per un gruppo di 7 persone non è stato molto pratico, purtroppo la doccia esterna non era disponibile. La spiaggia più vicina non è a prossimità, per raggiungerla meglio andare in macchina. La piscina è più vicina all’alloggio, peccato che per accedervi bisogna pagare sdraio ed ombrellone. In generale abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander d'aller chez Charlotte. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5min du port et du départ des excursions. A 15min de la ville haute. Appartement au calme, très propre. Charlotte est très soucieuse qu'on s'y sente bien. Nous avons grandement apprécié d'avoir un parking privé et un supermarché à 2min à pieds.
