Muy satisfechos, con el alojamiento, lo que se muestra en las fotos es realmente lo que es, un lugar acogedor y relajante, lleno de naturaleza y paz, realmente hermoso, muy limpio, el Centro de puerto viejo está muy cerca, donde hay de todo y muy buenos restaurantes para todos los gustos, Giorgio siempre atento y dando excelentes opciones. realmente volveríamos estar allí

Daniel went above and beyond to make sure we had nothing short of an amazing stay here in Casa Cocles! Daniel was checking on us through the trip to make sure we knew of the local spots and must-visit areas. He also greeted us with some fresh cut fruit to munch which was very refreshing! The location is at a really convenient spot that allowed for worry-less travel between different activities. We ended up visiting the animal rescuer center, countless Puerto Viejo restaurants, Cahuita National Park, BriBri tribe territory, lots of beaches , etc and these all felt very accesible and easy to get to with or without a rental car. Some tours even offer to pick us up exactly at Casa Cocles for free! We were super grateful and happy with our stay, and will definitely be coming back here for future getaways!

This home was amazing! It always felt like you were outside and in nature and it is a one minute walk from the beach. With restaurants and markets nearby you don’t need to go far if you don’t want to! Overall five stars felt very safe with the locks and alarms!

El lugar es hermoso, amplio, lleno de árboles y tiene un rancho para pasar un rato fresco y agradable. La casa hermosa, con lindos acabados rústicos, está bien equipada. Luís siempre responde las dudas. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en la casa de Soledad y Fernando! La casa está muy bien ubicada 7min caminando de Arrecifes Punta Uva! Viene bastante completa y equipada (gran refri, microondas, licuadora, AC en dormitorios) y la propiedad está preciosa y muy linda para disfrutar de la naturaleza del Caribe. Vimos monos araña, congos, tucanes y morphos desde la terraza. Fernando siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros antes y durante el viaje, muy gentil y servicial. Soledad nos facilitó juguetes de playa para nuestros hijos de 2 y 5 años y ayudó mucho para entretenerlos 🙏🏼 Muchas gracias, no nos dieron ganas de irnos!

The house was exactly as shown in the listing. The plunge pool was great, and the location was private and peaceful. A great experience!

Amazing location and such a serene place!! The hosts were super communicative and we’d definitely come back. The outside shower was a huge highlight!

We LOVED Papi's Place. It was actually better in person than the photos. Attention to detail was everywhere. You could tell there was a lot of time, effort and intention put into this rental. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was great. We enjoyed the property thoroughly. This is my second time to PV, and I plan on coming back a third. And I WILL be staying at Papi's Place. Thanks again for the great stay!

GREAT house!!! Huge, open spaces. Beautiful exterior with lush landscaping and a great pool. Perfect house with a lot of character. Big kitchen, perfect to host dinner for a large group and with all the things you need to cook. Overall fantastic experience! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. And Mariana is the best host! Easy to communicate with, very flexible with requests, and she put this together for our group on short notice!

Home was nice. Owners were very friendly and responsive to any needs or issues. Pool cleaned daily. Yard was large, but not fenced in. Back yard was awesome…besides pool, had a lot of trees… cocoa, guanabana, pipa, coconut, banana, star fruit, etc…. Also a lot of other plants. We saw howler monkeys, blue/black frogs, capybara, numerous bird species, butterflies, etc. Very private and peaceful. Our favorite place of all our stays…. So far!!!! Thank you.

What a wonderful stay. From the private pool surrounded by nature, trees and wildlife; to waking up to sloths in the backyard; the quiet and peaceful setting; and the comfortable room. It was just what we needed. The place is really nice and the price is right on point with what you get. Also- the wifi is really strong so if you need to work while on vacation, you are set up.

Excelente opción, la fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar. Las instalaciones, la ubicación, la atención, la limpieza, la paz del lugar valen completamente la pena. ¡Esperamos regresar!

El hospedaje es increíble, tienen todo lo necesario para disfrutar cerca de Cocles, la piscina se agradece mucho para aliviar el calor. Muchas gracias, esperamos volver.

Andrea and the new hosts, Meike and Marcos, are absolutely lovely; very friendly, and helpful, exemplifying the feeling of warmth and welcome in Costa Rica! I worked remotely for several weeks and the Internet was great. It hardly rained while I was there so there were no connection issues. The location is wonderful and offers a truly remarkable rainforest experience. I saw more wildlife on a daily basis than I did almost anywhere else, including the local refuge. The monkeys, toucans, and great green macaws are plentiful. Manzanillo is a lovely, quiet town with great restaurants and beautiful beaches. I had a wonderful experience snorkeling there. This is a perfect location if you would like to be out of the bustle of Puerto Viejo yet close by car or bike to Punta Uva and Playa Chiquita. Gondaca-Manzanillo Refuge is a very short bike ride away. If you are looking for simple accommodations in a stunning jungle setting, this is the place for you!

Bungalow cómodo y lindo a unos minutos de Puerto Viejo. La ubicación es privada y muy tranquila. Ariela nos proporcionó toda la información y recomendaciones a nuestra llegada, siempre respondiendo nuestras dudas.

What a stunning location and home! Everything about Villa Toucan and Villa Macaw was thought out. The outdoor bathrooms (beautiful!), the open kitchen and dining are (outstanding), the lovely, helpful staff (priceless)! All in all we had an amazing holiday in your home. We do apologize for the shift and widening of your driveway, following our transport getting stuck!!! You’re not kidding when you say a 4x4 is needed in the rainy season! But we had a healthy and active group of 15 and we’re able to walk the driveway on many occasions! Superb location that allows you to stay IN THE JUNGLE, but so close to so many great beaches and activities!

Il s’agit de l’un de nos meilleurs logements au Costa Rica. Il est situé proche du centre mais au calme pour pouvoir y dormir. La description et les photos correspondent exactement au logement, il s’agit d’un petit coin de paradis. Sirlen a été très agréable et réactif. De plus le parking sécurisé et la piscine sont un grand plus. Vraiment à recommandé.

Wir waren eine ganze Woche in Maya's Unterkunft und können sie von ganzem Herzen nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und auch echt geräumig. Besonders gut hat uns das Outdoor Badezimmer gefallen! Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selber kochen kann. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind 2×Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm und 2× extra Strandtücher, das haben wir noch nie in einer Unterkunft gehabt! Alles in allem haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Maya hat uns ebenfalls ganz viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. :)

This is my 2nd visit to Casa Jungle Love, and it was just as lovely and peaceful as my 1st visit. This beach house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the visiting wildlife while sitting out in the garden. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Small grocery store right next door. Beach access right across the street to Playa Chiquita, with many other beaches to explore close by. Danielle and family are great hosts and super welcoming. Visiting with them is always a pleasure. Can't wait to come back and visit again!
