I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

It was clean, the view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was so comfortable. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the shared space! It's really great that you can use it as much as you want. This time my stay was short and I didn't have time, but next time I'd like to relax on the rooftop terrace. Thank you very much.

Great building in a very modern area of San Jose steps away from all the action. Host is very friendly and always very responsive for whatever you may need. Definitely recommend.

Mi estadía en este apartamento estuvo genial. La ubicación es top, muchísimos cafés y restaurantes buenísimos para visitar en los alrededores, el edificio súper moderno y el apartamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Gabriella fue súper atenta, respetuosa y muy amigable, siempre respondiendo rápido a cualquier pregunta o duda. Me encantó y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera! Definitivamente volveré!

A great flat, bigger than it looks in the photos. Access to the heated pool was a real bonus. The best thing about the flat is the location, barrio escalante has everything you need, loads of restaurant and bar options, close to museums and felt safe in the evenings. To note- they’re not able to store bags after check out.

This apartment is super clean and safe. It is 5 to 10 minute drive from the airport. There are also great restaurants close by. We felt super safe and comfortable. We would stay again.

Barrio Escalante is our favorite neighborhood of San Jose - it is safe, walkable and has a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops. URBN is our favorite place to stay in Escalante. We have stayed there over 30 times. Jorge & Allan’s place is our new favorite apartment in URBN. They have made some great upgrades, including new flooring, an upgrade of the shower, new sturdy towel racks and the bed/ mattress is super comfortable. Their place is also very well equipped. They are great, responsive hosts. Parking is included, which is not true of many places in URBN. Definitely 5*!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jennifer’s place! It is a wonderful building that is in a perfect location to walking and exploring the city and local flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing safety, security, and keeping everything pristine, and the amenities are perfect for restful days. Staying here absolutely elevated our experience in Costa Rica and we will certainly be aiming to stay here for future visits! Thank you!

this is our second time staying with Jon. its a very nice place, strong wifi and he's fast to answer if we have questions or issues. we stayed in 2 other places on that property but Jon's is best because you can't hear the highway noise from his place and it's in the first floor so safe for kids not to be with a balcony. Definitely recommended

April’s home was absolutely perfect for what me and my partner needed. We wanted a serene spa like experience without having to go to a lot of places. We had everything we needed on our 4 day stay. There were great fresh markets on the way so we stopped for food and never had to leave out once we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. April and Tony’s welcome was warm and friendly as well as their dogs Maisa and Graco. We live on the Caribbean side and wanted to spend time in the serene mountains for a cooler and relaxing experience. This will be our get away place when we need to take a break.

The house and property were beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your space.

Excelente atención, el lugar es hermoso y tranquilo

Our family absolutely loved staying at this air B and B. Was one of our top favorites. Great location and we were able to walk to get breakfast in the morning. Was a short drive to Jaco, not bad at all. My boys loved the open-air house and the pool. We got to see monkeys one day while swimming and tucans and other parrots. We can't wait to come back!

L’hôte (Marlon) était très réactif et était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir avec une grande classe. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans le salon, cuisine et dans chacune des 3 chambres. Il y a également trois ventilateurs sur pied. La piscine du complexe à proximité du logement avec plusieurs bassins et aménagement est très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons.

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Best rental accommodation we have ever stayed in as a family of five. The house and views are better in person than the photos. We loved seeing monkeys, a sloth, exotic birds, iguanas, and geckos all from the backyard pool area. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table - the game room was a hit. The only downside with little kids are the rooms all have separate entrances opening to a hallway outside, so you cannot hear them from the master bedroom. But we would return to this place and I very much hope to in the near future! The concierge service, restaurants, and nearby activities are also outstanding!
