Second time staying at this Airbnb. its a fun spot to take pictures and be safe at in San Jose. Their is good food spots walking distance. The apt is really clean everytime I stay here.

This apartment checked all our boxes in terms of what we needed for a short stay in San José. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Background: I stayed for 10 days, during early April, rented a car and worked remotely during the week. Apartment: Excellent views of San Jose. Floor to ceiling windows! The entire building has a very upscale feel to it. The apartment itself is nice with a decent work area and two TVs. In the kitchen all of the essentials are there as well as in the bathroom. The balcony is really nice. Wireless internet connection was fast and reliable. All the appliances were extremely easy to use. There isn’t an A/C in the living room so just be ready for that, but I don’t think I would have used it anyways. The A/C in the bedroom worked great. Looks of closet space and the bed was comfy and clean. Host: Excellent communication. Super responsive day or night! Felt like a concierge! Surroundings: Very safe, upscale area. 4-5 min drive to parks, coffee, malls, groceries, restaurants almost anything. Very walkable area! For the money, the place is an absolute steal! BOOK IT!

I would say if you stay for a short time it’s 5 stars a long term stay would likely be 4 stars due to noise. The good Allan was great and responsive. The first day the coffee maker was broken and Allan replaced same day when I told him. It is close to Barrio Escalante and great restaurants and La Cali for nightlife. It’s a great location between San Jose Centro and San Pedro. It’s also close to Parque National that has great location. The building is great, a good gym, small pool, coworking area, laundry room and great bilingual door staff. The not so good, it will be noisy between the train and La Cali it will be loud and need to close the window. The mattress was initially a problem as the springs went directly into my body but figured out the mattress was on the wrong side and after flipping it was a lot better. Overall if you want to be in the heart of the action this is a good place to be. If you want peace and quiet would look at another location.

Lugar ameno y acogedor, con una temática original y muy bien empleada, con una excelente atención y servicio por parte de los anfitriones y colaboradores del complejo de apartamentos.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos una estancia muy confortable, el lugar es muy bello, la vista preciosa. Para alguien hogareña como yo, conté con lo esencial 💯

My second time staying at this location! Love it very chic and central. The Alice and wonderland theme was a cool quirky touch!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house! It’s perfect for a family trip, with plenty of room and great amenities. The shared pool was a highlight, and the peaceful neighborhood made our stay very relaxing. The host was always responsive and gave us excellent local recommendations, which we really appreciated. The large parking lot was convenient, and our kids loved using the projector to play Mario Kart (we brought our own Nintendo Switch). Overall, this house was a fantastic choice for our trip. Highly recommended!

La casa es grande, espaciosa, tiene todo lo que se busca para grupos grandes! La pasamos genial en nuestra estadía, la recomendamos al 100%

Wir haben uns bei Stuart super wohl gefühlt und hatten unglaublich schöne Tage. zwar ist die Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich, was Stuart aber in der Beschreibung bereits erwähnt! Aber dieser Weg ist es absolut wert. Hier kann man entspannen, den Pool nutzen, seine Ruhe genießen. Erholung pur! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Dennise's place! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located for exploring San José. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We felt right at home and would definitely book again for any future visit to San José, Costa Rica!

Para mi el mejor lugar de Costa Rica. El internet es muy bueno para trabajar remoto. El edificio cuenta con áreas comunes espectaculares y a 10 metros hay un mini súper y un Café restaurante y muchos mas lugares disponibles. Aharon es un buen Host siempre disponible y listo para ayudarte. Súper recomendado 🙌🏻

It is a newer and well maintained building and apartment. Hot water was great...

El apartamento es pequeño, tipo estudio; pero demasiado cómodo y hermoso, con todo lo que se necesita para una estadía corta o larga. La cama riquísima, hay aire acondicionado, se siente uno muy seguro y confortable. El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy cerca de todo, fácil de llegar. Me sorprendió la torre inteligente de parqueo que tiene el edificio y muy amable don Domingo, uno de los guardas del lugar, le explica a uno todo, como maestro de escuela. Muchas gracias, María Jesús. Recomendado el lugar, 100%.

Muy lindo apto y súper cómodo para 2 personas. Esta full equipado y el edificio tiene todo tipo de amenities. Esteban es un genio, estuvo muy atento siempre a nuestras consultas, nos dejó entrar un poquito antes y dejar las valijas un ratito más ya que nuestro vuelo salía más tarde. Nos dio tiempo para recorrer la ciudad en la mañana. Gracias Esteban!! Recomendó sin duda este alojamiento!

Value per price was incredible. Very cost effective place to stay. The unit was spacious, clean and had very nice AC! The unit was also well equipped with basically everything you needed. Close to Los Suenos resort and a golf cart ride away from the Beach and Grocery Store. Bonita had great contacts for airport transportation and a Golf cart rental. Pools and grounds were kept immaculate. Condos and houses are very secure, guard at a gated entrance. We saw sloths, macaws, toucans all from the back patio. Only con would be the street noise, as the unit backs onto the main road.

A beautiful place to stay at while visiting San Jose amazing and fun artwork and activities within the apartment building and close to a lot of restaurants and other venues. And Andres is absolutely the best Host. He is very responsive and super helpful and will provide great recommendations for activities within the city and outside the city. Definitely will be coming back soon.
