Es nuestra segunda vez hospedándonos en el apartamento de Seidel. Nos encanta venir acá. Es un lugar super lindo y lleno de muchas comodidades. Esperamos volver pronto.

This condo is located right across the street from the world class pristine surf of Playa Hermosa. Gil's place had so much natural light and I loved opening the sliding glass patio doors to let the sea breeze in. This place was literally spotless and I appreciated Gil letting me check in 4 hours early so I could do some meetings for work. Also, the washer and dryer was conveniently located right out back. Super secure and safe, but you will definitely need a rental car. I loved the fluffy white dog (Max) and the cute little black kitten that would come to visit every now and then. Only thing was the WiFi was really spotty as times and was not 100% reliable for my work calls/cell phone service. Other than that, I look forward to staying at Gil's place again. :)

La estancia estuvo increíble, el alojamiento impecable, ubicación impactante y con salida directa a la playa. Nada que decir, todo reluciente, la atención amable. Muchas gracias por esta gran experiencia!!

We had a wonderful stay, the house is beautiful with amazing views, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and super relaxing. The hosts were kind and responsive, and provided many great recommendations for places to go. The location is within easy distance of a number of parks and other activities, including Puerto Viejo. We even got to see a sloth on the property! We would definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to return to Costa Rica.

La estancia fue espectacular, el lugar estaba ideal. Hermosas vistas en la azotea, silencioso, parqueo seguro. Frente a la playa con acceso y cercanía a servicios como restaurante, supermercado, panaderías etc. Sumamente recomendado.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a 25 meter lap pool. The location was perfect, and the condo fit our family perfectly. We loved sitting on the balcony or roof top to watch the surfers during sunrise and sunset.

Dana place is beautiful. Right on the beach, many activities and tons of delicious restaurants. The studio was super clean and location is very safe. Parking was a breeze. Host was awesome. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nos hospedamos en Pavones, fue una experiencia excelente, ¡5 estrellas! A pesar de la lluvia, el lugar cumplió completamente nuestras expectativas. La casa es amplia, ventilada y perfecta para disfrutar del entorno natural. Abner, el encargado, fue muy atento. Aunque solo lo necesitamos una vez, su atención fue adecuada y rápida. Es importante mencionar que las áreas comunes (cocina, terraza, sala y comedor) están en el segundo piso. Esto puede ser un reto para personas con movilidad reducida. Mi mamá, de 76 años con desgaste de rodilla, logró subir y bajar, pero preferimos que lo hiciera solo dos veces al día. Sin embargo, esto no afectó nuestra experiencia. Otro detalle importante: sigan las instrucciones que Meadow les da para llegar. Si usan Google Maps, probablemente se pierdan al llegar a Pavones, pero con las indicaciones será fácil encontrarlo. El entorno es maravilloso, rodeado de naturaleza. Definitivamente vamos a volver. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Ein traumhafter Ort! Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier unglaublich genossen. Die offene Küche ist der Hammer und man findet da wirklich alles, was man braucht. Es ist schon ein besonderes Erlebnis, wenn man am Kochen ist und dann 14 Brüllaffen nebendran in den Bäumen rumturnen, zwei Tukane im Baum daneben sitzen und zwei Aras vorbeifliegen. So ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir fanden es auch super, dass wir die Kajaks nutzen und zum Mangrovenwald paddeln konnten. Die Hausverwalter-Familie war immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass der Eisspender am Kühlschrank nicht ging(oder wir haben nicht verstanden, wie er funktioniert), aber das ist angesichts von all dem Schönen eine absolute Nebensache. Wir wären gern länger geblieben, hatten aber die Weiterreise schon gebucht. Vielen Dank für diese traumhaften Tage!

Tuvimos una estancia genial. La casa estaba muy bien equipada. Mucho más de lo que esperábamos. Súper recomendada!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

We LOVED Patricia's place. it took us awhile to get used to the heat as we arrived from Canada. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Everyday we saw new animals. We saw all 4 species of monkeys right outside our door! We also saw Toucans, Macaws, agouti, Coati and a Tayra all on the property in 5 days. I would absolutely recommend Patricias place and hope to return one day :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was amazing with so many wonderful features. The tile around the pool was non slip, the pool was gorgeous with an ocean view, the towels were in abundance as were the sheets. The kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor areas were so spacious. Our caretaker, Henry, was great at providing information and taking care of any issues. He was very responsive. We would return!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Everything was great at the place. Excellent location and overall great place. nice pool too. I would recommend this accommodation.

The Condos as Los Suenos are a very comfortable stay. This condo in particular is decorated and outfitted well, and it made me feel like I was staying at my grandfathers in Florida, which was a welcomed vibe as I live in Costa Rica now. The grounds are enormous and expansive, like a whole village. It was a bit confusing to navigate without direction or a map but simple enough. There were many restaurants that delivered to the condo like room service which was great and the marina and shops were lovely. The condo has access to a pool area they call a beach club, it’s a 5 minute drive from the condo itself located next to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing what you do and don’t have access to staying on the grounds. To use the hotel amenities you need to buy a day pass but the day we were there they were sold out. It’s a lovely condo. Very expensive for Costa Rica, they charge that much for Los Suenos community amenities.

Stunning sunsets and spacious living is what we’ll remember from our fabulous stay! Syd was a friendly and responsive host always ready if we had a question. The beachfront location exceeded our expectations; it was quiet and incredibly scenic yet just a fun golf cart ride to Tamarindo. Also delicious restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to rent golf carts. Our group of 6 adults LOVED our stay!!!

This is a beautiful condo. We had plenty of space and our teenagers loved the pool. We enjoyed being a little bit away from the center of town but a quick walk to restaurants and shops. Soda Raquel was very close by and served a delicious traditional breakfast. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck. We appreciated knowing there were guards who ensured only guests were in the pool area.

Recientemente nos hospedamos en un apartamento en Acqua Residences en Jacó. El apartamento era amplio, bien ventilado y con excelente iluminación natural, lo que hizo nuestra estadía muy cómoda. La piscina del complejo es hermosa y bien mantenida, proporcionando un espacio perfecto para relajarse. Además, todo el personal de Acqua Residences fue muy amable y atento, lo que añadió un valor significativo a nuestra experiencia. Sin embargo, encontramos algunos inconvenientes durante nuestra estancia. La cafetera funcionaba de manera lenta, lo que resultaba un poco frustrante en las mañanas. La ducha del cuarto principal no ofrecía agua caliente, lo cual fue una desventaja notable. Además, la pila para lavar ropa presentaba fugas de agua, dificultando su uso. A pesar de estos detalles, la ubicación frente a la playa y las comodidades ofrecidas hacen de Acqua Residences una opción atractiva. Esperamos que se realicen las mejoras necesarias en el mantenimiento de los electrodomésticos.

The Condo was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the things necessary to cook. The condo has air-conditioning in livingroom and bedroom, but it was a little noisy in the bedroom. They do a great job keeping insects down, only had some problems with ants on the patio. From the condo you can see the ocean and people picnicking on the beach. Weekdays are more peaceful. The building is fenced so it feels safe. Unfortunately I didnt read that Bejuco beach is always red flagged because of the strong currents and riptides. Beautiful sand beach to walk on and enjoy the sunsets but not swim.
