We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

Rob’s place was comfy and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio a lot. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the downtown strip made getting food easy. Rob was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

This condo was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation in Rincon! Rafael was very responsive and always provided detailed instructions to simplify check-in and navigating the area. The extra amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) was very appreciated and added to the wonderful experience for our family vacation. We fell in love with Rincon and would love to return soon! We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

Had a wonderful stay on short notice! This apartment was very clean, has a beautiful view of the ocean, and is within walking distance of downtown Rincon.

Second time doing a month long stay with my family at Ricardo’s and it was great. The place is modest but can fit a lot of people and the location really can’t be beat. Ricardo is very nice and helpful and his house manager, Jene, really is the best. She always got great recommendations for anything yours looking to do and she offers a bunch of helpful services like airport runs, beach rentals and more. We are grateful for all the wonderful memories our family has made at this home over the years and we can’t wait to come back to Rincon next winter :)

Arlene’s place was amazing. The view and outdoor place are what really set it apart. We were able to watch the sunrise each morning while listening to the ocean. There is a great beach less than 1 mile away. The chairs and other beach supplies available was so helpful! There are many great restaurants in the area as well and we really enjoyed the Rincon Farmers Market on Sunday that Arlene recommended. This was the perfect place to spend time in Rincon. Will definitely be back!

Our stay was awesome! The house is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. You can see the water from the third floor balcony. Marco and Magda were great. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Marco and Magda for sharing your home with us.

Awesome condo. Right on the beach. Amazing views from the patio. Plenty of local spots to eat & drink. Well within walking distance. There's a couple small markets close. And a big one 10 minutes away in Rincon. We'll be coming back for sure!

This place is right on the beach and we had it all to ourselves the entire trip! We arrived here on a stormy weekend so what started as a clean beach ended cluttered for the rest of the trip. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch my teens surf and body board the entire time, we loved that we were lucky enough to get great waves! This spot is pretty close to Rincón and we found ourselves going there quite often for food. Nearby walking distance and bakery has coffee and food and also the pharmacy has tons of things. We enjoyed a smoked chicken place several times. I did not notice when I booked that there is no washer and dryer so pack accordingly. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags and toilet paper for 7 people- most were boys so it’s not like they used a lot of TP. No hair dryer. Only one tv and it’s in the master bedroom so plan for games or “family time” haha. We really enjoyed our time and would rent this place again in a heartbeat

This location is perfect, offering easy access to the beautiful shoreline where I spent countless hours enjoying the sun and surf. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

We arrived late at night and Marilyn was flexible with our arrival time. It was dark when we arrived but we were blown away by what we could see. The outdoor deck and pool area are amazing. The inside of the house was clean and beautifully decorated. We were a family of six and felt we had plenty of room and then some. Once we woke the next day and saw the property in the daylight, we were blown away. It’s really beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area every day and night. Would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks Marilyn, Kevin, and Wanda!

This Villa was beautifully situated between the ocean beach and the pool. It is large and spacious and lovely inside and out. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen as better place for our multi-generational vacation. We will be back. Thank you Rafy!

Bobby was a great host. Responsive and helpful. The air Bnb itself was amazing. Incredible views, large kitchen and living room with a comfortable couch. Super close to a number of great surf spots. Would definitely stay here again. Already missing it!

Thanks for the great stay! You can't go wrong here. Beautiful oceanfront location, great walkability for Rincon/Puntas area. Fun walkable surf and plenty of short driveable surf. Comfortable beds. Worked out great for our first ever trip with our 8 month old.

My 2nd time in rincon, first time at pelican. Literally amazing. Jim is super chill and very down to earth and made the entire trip beyond easy. Great communicator and a great place all together. Couldn’t ask for anything more and will totally be back again!!

Suleym was an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay at her place! The location was great for our needs and she happily provided us recommendations for local spots. When I got home, I realized I had left my sweatshirt in the bedroom and Suleym offered to mail it back to me. We hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Sandy Beach Villa at the end of March with our family (10-year-old son, 13-year-old daughter). The villa is on the first floor of a beachfront building, providing an amazing location just steps from the sand. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants like Jacks Tacos and Casa Islena. Domes Beach is a short drive away and has huge delicious mojitos. Check-in was smooth, and the villa was clean and felt freshly renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing under the palm trees. Each room had air conditioning and fans, ensuring a comfortable stay. Gated parking was convenient, and there were beach toys available for kids. We loved dining on the patio and stargazing from the rooftop deck. Overall, it was quiet and private, with a beautiful setting. The host was responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Sandy Beach Villa for a peaceful beach getaway!

Malgré notre arrivée au milieu de la nuit, tout a été fait pour que nous arrivions sans aucune difficulté dans l’appartement quia sa propre entrée. De plus, les hôtes (Astrea et son mari) ont toujours été à disposition pour toutes les questions ou demandes et sont tes sympathiques. Concernant l’appartement, il y avait 2 grandes chambres donnant sur le jardin. La vue sur le jardin est, d’ailleurs, magnifique depuis les deux terrasses. Nous avions l’impression de dormir à la belle étoile en écoutant les chants des animaux la nuit tout en se sentant à l’abri des intrusions animalière par des moustiquaires fixes partout. Ce fut magique. La douche extérieur en bambou est un plus très appréciable et très pratique pour enlever le sable avant d’entrer dans l’appartement. (À savoir toutefois que la plage est à 10-15 minutes à pied en traversant un bout de “forêt” non éclairé de nuit, cela nous a absolument pas dérangé) En résumé, c’était génial , un vrai petit coin de paradis !
