The views are amazing from the balcony, so close to the ocean ! We felt comfortable and safe. All kitchen supplies available, bed comfortable, living area has nice couches and a big table. Also washer and dryer ! They provided beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler. Walkable to restaurants, Tamboo and Jake’s shack were our favorites.

This was my second time renting from Adam but in a different unit. The location is perfect - close to the beach, several places to eat, and a couple of markets for necessities and souvenirs. The atmosphere is relaxed at Sandy Beach, with the evenings full of live music from Big Kahuna bar down the street. This condo has great views of the water and the general neighborhood from both the front balcony and the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of both bath and beach towels. The kitchen had most things we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were a few extra amenities left behind by others (i.e. seasonings, salad dressings, shampoo). Ines is always quick to respond with any questions or concerns, which is appreciated. There are usually a few friendly stray cats around, as is common around Rincon.

This condo was in a great location Right on the beach. There was adequate outdoor furniture. AC worked very well. Both bathrooms have been renovated. Nice appliances. Note, there is only one parking space with this condo (the listing says there are 2). We got lucky and took the only visitor spot available. There are enough restaurants that are walkable. You need to drive to the town. The pool is really a soaking pool. Very small. No seating by the pool. But beach was very nice. Chairs and umbrella provided! Overall, very comfortable.

Our family stayed for over a week. Nice place. Sandy Beach is a quiet beach in Rincon. It's called Sandy Beach because this beach has a sandy bottom, unlike Maria's Beach which is rocky. However, it can have rough waves and strong winds, so may not be ideal for small children. There are quaint shops in the area and nice coffee shops, bars, and restaurants...very walkable. I would recommend having a car to go into town for grocery shopping and for exploring other beaches. There is a parking lot next to the condo, which did have late night visitors on Friday and Saturday night, but most other times the noise was unnoticeable. The condo was as expected. It has a rooftop terrace with a grill that we used one night for dinner. The picnic table up there was a bit rough, but it's fully exposed to the elements. We enjoyed the shared first floor terrace with lounge furniture and a picnic table and water station for cleaning sand off our feet. Pleasant renters in the other two condos.

We really enjoyed staying here the past couple days. This place is truly a gem and everything we could’ve ever imagined. The balcony/hammock is gorgeous and the view is amazing.

Super location in a quiet area right on the beach. We liked the low key area that was close enough to town and numerous beaches. We would stay here again. The only downfall was there is a beach bar across the road which made it hard to sleep in the front bedroom until it closed.

My family absolutely loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The apartment has everything we needed and the super comfortable beds and linens at the end of the day were heavily. There was a minor issue with the AC dripping and someone was there to fix it within a few hours. We felt safe and walked to amazing restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. And the beach! Paradise

Great deal for such a large place. Very close to the beach, but it’s a steep walk up the hill so we usually drove with all our gear. Very kid-friendly, lots of toys to play with. We used their camping chairs for the beach but two broke (just from rust and normal use) and they were very apologetic. Super responsive and quick: the washing machine was leaking and Maria’s husband came over right away. Although there were lots of stairs and we had an elderly relative with us, the stair railing is extremely sturdy so it wasn’t a problem for him.

This little gem is exactly as described. Not fancy, but very comfy, with stars and ocean, nightjars and coqui, lovely quiet beach just steps away. We are “senior” travelers and enjoyed it! Jay was quick to answer when we had questions. It is 55 steps to get up there, but the stairwell and landings are wide, clean, and well-lit. Worth the climb! Safe gated parking accommodations. Recommend Pausa Cafe and Guayabos Sunset Restaurant.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply perfect. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. The location is close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes Rincón such a special destination. The hosts were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a paradise getaway in Puerto Rico! 🌴☀️🌊

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.

This place is in an incredible location -- that balcony truly does overlook the sea and you can watch the sun set in the west. The place is very comfortable, has a well-supplied kitchen, and even an in-unit washer/dryer which was so wonderful after over a week on the road.

I loved this rental! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. The bed was extremely comfortable and so are the pillows (I travel a lot and these are very important to me). They also had ice cold air conditioning. It was extremely hot when I was there but I slept with a blanket on at night. As a guy from New England I love this. Steps away from the beach and a great coffee shop.

The Landing view accommodations are exactly what you would expect from a beach villa. Bedrooms in the basement, main floor has kitchen and spacious living space, top floor is a gorgeous rooftop balcony. What was amazing to me was all the amenities, washer/dryer, beach chairs, wagons, umbrella, beach toys and even snorkeling gear. The villa is walking distance to the beach and delicious restaurants. Also within a 10 min drive to the Rincón city center. I stayed here with my family and 2 kids aged 7 and 4. Definitely recommend, great spot and beautiful space.
